Speedy Peppers in East Riding of Yorkshire

Well we did it again… A few too many drinks and a pizza at ‘Speedy Peppers’, fresh, hot and fast service and great value for money! Yum 😋

Saltiest kebab I've ever eeaten if you like the taste of pure salt all the way through your meal you will enjoy otherwise avoid at all cost there's loads better places in the town and the customer service by the owners is disgusting. Coming from a local to whoever reads this before ordering stay well away

Under cooked and not tasty. No cares or pride on what is being served to the public When I called to complain the blonde lady behind the counter that served hung up the phone on me when I complained twice. I will never go there again. AVOID

Absolutely disgusting Avoid this place Went in just for a quick insight to a very limited donner meat tray for a young man .£5 aparantly with salad .Guess what no salad Got garlic yogurt. Tastes off. Donner meat worst ever Seriously heated up from the weekend Total awful I mean bit of salad why .how can they forget Not good especially £5 Never ever again .Seriously people go elsewhere

Disgusting customer service, we called to let them know that we didn't receive our full order, whilst my wife was on the phone she heard the girl on the phone call her a liar!!! Absolutely shocking customer service, why would we lie? To get a free kebab?? I know times are hard but wow, come on!! They then delivered the kebab with a 'peace offering' a free can of Pepsi, why would they do that if we were lying?? Maybe because they realised their mistake after the phone call. Also don't order their BOGOF pizzas on just eat, they won't honour it & tell you it's a just eat problem not theirs, they seem to blame everyone but themselves for mistakes, that's not how you treat a customer. Save yourself the insult of being called a liar & order somewhere else.

I went in the shop today and ordered an onion ring cheese burger and within 5 minutes they had my order ready. My meal had the burger with two patty’s and onion rings within in it also had chips and salad. This was all delicious and thought it was great value for money for just £6 and will definitely be coming back and would recommend to others.

Quick service, very good pizza, reasonable prices. Lots of choices. Will certainly go back when next in Bridlington.

i wouldn't bother with this place there are plenty of other places far better than this. at this place you will be told your food will be an hour for delivery then they'll take 2 hrs. then they cant get your order right then when you call them about it they say they will send the driver back up with your right order but they don't actually bother. then when you complain about it they don't care and give you attitude in return.

Have been a regular customer of speedy peppers every time we visit bridlington. 3 weeks ago I had excellent customer service by a young man who suggested 'freshly cooked chicken breast kebab with salad' it was delicious. Tonight we tried to order the same. Omg! Shocking, shouted at before we entered the building about wearing masks, 'if you haven't got a mask I'm not serving you'. I apologised, put mask on, tried to explain what we had last time, was told, I quote 'not here you didn't, we don't do chicken breast' OK, I said, may have misunderstood, but it was definitely chicken cooked fresh, any suggestions?! Shrug, look at menu, we decided to leave. I tried to tell the owner /manager about the bad service and losing a customer but he wasn't interested. Went to marmaris, 2 doors down, absolutely wonderful. Thank you speedy pepper, we've now found a far better takeaway, keep up the good work and you'll be closed very soon 😉

Not the best takeaway we have eaten, we tried it whilst on holiday, delivery took a while, and when it did arrive, it wasn't very warm. We had a mixed kebab which was OK, plenty of meat on the kebab, and a chicken parma, with cheese and mushrooms, which wasn't very good, it had either been precooked then reheated in the microwave, or had been left to hang around, as the only edible bit, was from the middle, chips were cold, so they went in the bin!

Went to speedy peppers 18th on way back to hotel after been to the spa for a concert. seeing not many persons in there10.30 ish i got 2 kebabs on small one large waited 10 mins to get order ready. opened it once out side the take away. BOTH looked the same no difference to small or large. BOTH were cold even though not opened 2 seconds from exit of take away. Rubbery meat , Garlic sauce would not recommend chilli sauce was ok. Wont be calling in there again, maybe if id been drinking would not have noticed as how bad it was. :-(

The chicken was Raw and the chips were cold will never order from this takeaway again they need checking

We as a family used to order here all the time. We always used to have missing chips or missing sauces on numerous occasions. The one time we actually complained the owner told us to never order from their again as we are lying b******s shouting at us down the phone. Stay well clear of this place by far better places in the town to order from.

Ordered a takeaway via just eat, arrived quickly. Then realised the kebab had no sauces so I asked them to bring some. 20 minutes later they hadn’t arrived so I called again only to be told it was my fault for not selecting sauces on Just Eat. Checked Just Eat and it clearly stated sauces included with no option to select. Waited another 5 minutes for the sauces to arrive then eat my cold kebab.

Staff very friendly, the premises are very clean and the food very nice. Would highly recommend this takeaway.

Poor service, made to wait far to long. When i made my way to the counter to complain o it's ready all cut to size within 20 seconds. Why can't you be honest & say you forgot about it. Won't be using this place again. Poor very poor

Ordered 2 meals and also 2 portions of mozzarella sticks only to find all 10 sticks were hollow and no cheese inside at all, bery disapointed!

Seriously guys ?! We rang Speedy Peppers last night to order our pretty frequent family pizza night favourites. Couldn't believe it when the surly girl on the phone said it was going to be 30% more than before. When I queried it she said yeah the prices have gone up - ok a couple of quid but not nearly £10 more for the same order - cancelled it - won't be back. 😲 Good news tho Tower Pizza was lovely & same price as Speedy's used to be !

This is by far the best pizza shop in brid the pizzas are too die for. The chips are crisp and nice. Service is good too.

Popped in to Speedy Peppers, for a pizza after a good afternoon drinking in Bridlington, the staff were very friendly and the pizza was spot on!!! A great end to the day, will pop in again the next time I am over that way 😀.

Been a while since I visited as have been going to Dominoes but as Dominoes didn’t appear to have any special offers I thought I’d give Speedy Peppers another go.

Ordered a four cheese pizza, came like a one cheese margarita, very disappointed. Looked like mozzarella and that’s it, so was tasteless, will not be visiting again.

Ordered a simple meal on a Friday night for my family and was told it be 40 mins to 45. Pleasant staff when taking my order but that's where it stopped. 1 hour later and no food , 10 mins later I was called and told the driver had given my order away to another customer and they were re doing the order and they where sorry. Well sorry doesn't cut it with me I'm afraid and the least they could do would be to send a free order up but no so I resorted to telling people on here. Another big mistake as I'm a taxi driver in the town and I love to talk to all my customers Get a grip and maybe think about what your doing and you might just still be going at the end of summer. I re ordered at pizzeria and they laughed and said I wasn't the first. Let's see what I get from them and how it is

Popped in for just a cheese burger with extra cheese( £3.19) after a walk about town after 9 0`clock at night. Service was polite and friendly and quick. Once i got outside and found somewhere to sit and eat (takeaways are not allowed in the guest house). i opened the box and was pleasantly surprised that i had been given a portion of chips too. the burger was very moist and tasty and piping hot. The cheese was also ample as were the chips.

Visited this place and was left disappointed and ripped off.. Nearly £20 for a pizza with chips when the pizzas only £7..also charged £1.90 for 2 cans when they are only 80p each.. Must have had a slack day and saw us coming.. Word to the wise.. Make sure you don't get ripped off. The bloke who served us soon disappeared into the back so was unable to confront him

Visited Bridlington this week had a takeaway delivered from speedy peppers on Saturday night

Gorgeous pizza - pepperoni lover with extra mushroom and bacon. Really well cooked - best take away pizza weve had for a very long time.

Visited quite a few times. Lovely food. We often have chicken an chips from there and it knocks spots of kfc 😃

If you looking for a great deal then visit them for fast food and for 3.99 a pizza you can't complain and I have been twice and food been very nice

Just love this place the prices the quality and the location the place is simply best for pizza in the town speedy by name and speedy by service too I guess

We ordered a cheese and a mexicano pizza the cheese pizza was very bland the mexicano was the biggest let down it was like bolognaise on bread where we're the peppers onions and chillies it was vile I would not recommend at all complete waste...

Pizza was devine testy with planty on and and the delivery guy was nice and plesent. I will certanly be ordering from them again.

Very quick take away Food was tasty and hot. Clean place will definitely call again. Had meat feast pizza plenty of meat and topping. Friendly staff

This was our third visit to this place and will certainly not be our last. 1st visit we ordered a meal and there was so much we gave up....was fabulous. Twice since we've had chicken and chips that in my opinion was far better than a well known chicken place.... 10/10 and a cheesy garlic bread. Saving the phone number in my phone . Great .

Plenty of choice from kebabs to KFC type chicken and pizza upon pizza. Sampled the kebab shared chips and garlic bread with cheese. Very tasty and plenty for two. Good value for money. Will go back again

It took a long time for the pizza to be ready but the results were well worth the wait the pizza was really nice and cheap too I would highly recommend it if you don't want to go to a restraunt and other tons of money for a pizza I would recommend the dragons smile

We've just had two large pizzas, onion rings & potato wedges delivered quickly & efficiently on a cold & busy Friday night. The food was absolutely delicious, hot & the best pizzas ever. Thanks Speedy Peppers - fab as always !

Seving the usual mix of Pizza`s , Kebabs & Chicken they alwasys deliver Hot & Tasty food to your door , prices are fine and the staff are always cheerful !

Food ok but the staff need to brush up on their customer relations!!! I telephoned to order a variety of food for collection and the man I spoke to was very rude!! I asked him to repeat the order on a couple of occasions since I wasn't confident he was listening to my order!! He wasn't happy that I'd asked him to repeat my order quoting that he had worked there ages and knew what he was doing!! This didn't appear to be the case since he didn't seem to know his menu at all. In fact if my family hadn't of been hungry and was looking forward to what they had chosen, I would have told him to shove his attitude!!Like I suspected the order was wrong!! I was over charged for missing items and the kebabs were put on pitta bread instead of naan - quite clearly didn't listen.Definitely need to improve on your telephone manner and customer liaison!!!!

We have used this takeaway/pizza delivery place for many years now & have always found the food & service very good. The pizzas are hot & tasty, the delivery is good & the staff are friendly. The garlic special pizza & DIY are our faves and the potato wedges are the best ! Thanks guys keep on cooking !

Been here many times and never had a bad pizza I'm sure there's better places but like I say you always get a quality pizza here with quility ingredients used for a fair price nothing not to like its reliable and recommendable if it's pizza you want as your fast food choice I ain't a huge pizza fan but giving 5 stars as its the best pizza option for Bridlington allong with the one that's named after the small Turkish city beginning with B always good so 5 stars

i use to like this place but will not ring them again. lately kept me waiting over 1hr 30 min after telling me be 45 min i always have to call them chase them up. always making excuse of got wrong address. lost the order. dont offer discount for inconvenience never will ring again by time it gets to me lost my appetite.

Always use speedy peppers and never had a bad meal ever ,believe me I'm very fussy. Tonight we got a delivery driver with a very bad attitude my husband was putting the dog in the kitchen and trying to open the front door which is very stiff, the driver got very impatient and words were spoken between the 2 of us which resulted in me telling him to take the food back. I got straight on the phone to complain and within about 5-10 mins the food was redelivered complete with a complementary bottle of cola and an apology. The food was as gorgeous as ever . well done speedys

Boneless chicken box for under £4 cannot be beaten. The menu was huge pizzas to kebabs and always seemed to be busy - must be good !!

Ordered our food easily enough. Whilst waiting the staff had given someone's order to another customer. Had a meal deal ribs chicken. Started with ribs ,they were cold. Chicken wings were very good and hot . Sfc was so dry .definitely needed side dips oh no they forgot them.

Looking for a takeaway and found this place whilst in bridlington on holiday. Was very busy also with free delivery over 12 00 pounds. Lovely pizza and chips and cost under 9 00. Will definitely return

We called in to order pizzas and we're so not impressed we left before ordering as it was full of loud people carrying on etcwith food on the floor I would not go back here even if you paid me to go back. Both thumbs down.

We stumbled upon speedy peppers by accident while on holiday. we were meant to be having a roosters but it was closed (had one the next day it's horrible don't go) my partner found this takeaway and we ordered Parmesan chicken and chips. The food was absolutely delicious. It came in a pizza box which had foil for insulation so our food was piping hot. The portion was too big for me, the salad alone was huge! We will definitely visit this takeaway again, good value for money and tasty, hot food. We both wish we had gone back the next night instead of trying roosters

we visited this place in august and found a load of drunks and travellers pouring out of it.my family felt threatened and the staff were rude.also the garbage bin was overflowing inside.a pity pizza not bad just a rude snotty bloke served me as well

Delicious pizza at great prices - can't believe the prices!! Kids really enjoyed the BBQ chicken. Would definitely recommend.

speedypeppers is a great takeaway,the kebabs are spot on,and the pizzas are better then some of the main pizza places.well place to visit.the takeaway is about 1min walk from the seafront,so you can get your food and eat by the sea.all meals are cooked to order so its hot when you receive your food.so while you are in Bridlington and you fancy a takeaway do call into speedypeppers.the staff are friendly,they are open from 5pm till late,you can even phone your order in and tell them what time you would like it to be picked up or deliver for a set time.

Called for a takeaway. Good customer service, staff we're chatty.We got a large pizza for £4.99 because it was before 10.00pm. It was made and served really quickly. Tasty too.

Two x £2.99 folded pizzas ended up being £12.60 which would have been fine if they were worth eating. I have never come across such tasteless offering! I ordered chicken mushroom cheese garlic calzone with bolegneise sauce, it was inedible. Dry as dust, the chicken was minute cubed processed rubbish, the pizza dough was described as freshly made dough and the finest ingredients! It was thick and rubbery. I asked for bolegneise sauce on top so it would be moist and flavoursome, it was neither, just completely dry, truly awful. This is the worst ever takeaway we've ever had, buy elsewhere and enjoy freshly made, im totally disgusting and completely let down and as we are locals and us amongst many help to bring trade to our local home in the lean winter months but they don't deserve to be successful as they are completely hood winking customers.

2 hours waiting for delivery! When finally turned up I refused to pay full price as lady had promised discount then when I phoned up with delivery driver at my door she made him take food back - awful experience never again

Ordered a pizza tonight all looked good until we noticed that a wasp had been cooked into the pizza base !!! According to speedy peppers we are liars ! And if something is there then it's probably extra bread !!!! Vile vile vile !!!!!!

Food is disgusting not even cooked been reported again to the environmental health for hygine of staff infact total experience not worth the effort staff need a lesson in manners should not be allowed to trade shut it down before severe illnesses

Nice kebab, plenty of salad in its own box, choice of sauces, plenty of value for money, good choice of other food available, but sometimes only a kebab will do.

Think its been taken over, food here was lovely best takeaway in brid now they are not bothered food not as good what a shame, the kebabs were best in town.... Really gone down

Its a takeaway..that does pizza, southern fried chicken, and kebabs. We went here to get tea after driving over 5 hours. It was hot and filled our bellies. Not a 5* restaurant but it did the job.

We did not have to wait very long for our order which was executed correctly. It was piping hot so that when we got it home we enjoyed it at its best. I would recommend this place to anyone. The food- pizza, calzone, fried chicken, kebabs etc. are all worth trying.

I go here regularly, especially after the cinema on a Wednesday. The quality is consistent and the food excellent. I would highly recommend the calzone they are folded beautifully in the shape of a crescent moon.

speedy peppers is very good value for money when we go to bridlington we visited speedy peppers they got one of our orders wrong 2 times and the food wasnt warm as they cooked the other order before they even put the pizza under the oven

This is a take out place only. They are very efficient, reasonably priced and the food was good too. We had one of their stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas and were pleased.
