Our server Poonam was great and kept checking in with us. She was particularly attentive to my son who said his meal was 5 stars. He had the kids Mac and Cheese and I had a flatbread pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas online to collect. Got back and ate 3 slices of each one. First was farmhouse, was very nice. Second was chicken and sweetcorn… when I bit into the 3rd piece, it tasted of fish so I spat it out. I’ve only had breakfast in the morning, and felt good all day. 3 hours go by, started to feel unwell, and I had a feeling I was going to be sick at some point…. Which I was. I’m certain that the fishy chicken slice caused it, and I’m still feeling unwell at the time of writing this. I only wish I’d seen some of the reviews about cleanliness before ordering, as I would not eat at or from a dirty place. I will never go back here, even if the meal was free. Disgusting, and had I been able to, this would get no stars from me.

Visited Pizza Hut at Colton, restaurant was very quite (only 1 other family in) no atmosphere whatsoever. Only 2 members of staff in on a Friday teatime. Browsed through the menu but, decided the cost was just ridiculous for a family of 4. We don’t mind paying but, decided our small locally run Italian restaurant would 1) have more atmosphere 2) cost a lot less- we really could not justify there prices for what we were ordering. We left without ordering (visited MCDonald across the road) sat in a window seat and we noticed not one person entered Pizza Hut in the 30 mins of so we were there. Not sure how it is running, it should have been a busy time but, the restaurant remained dormant. Meanwhile KFC, Mc Donald’s all were inundated with customers. Pizza Hut, you are not attracting customers and you need to ask yourself why?

Pizza was undercooked and barely warm. Wine not cold. Sad and miserable place. Won’t be coming back. Also cold in restaurant

Despite the car park being full, we managed to find a space and headed inside. Not been for over a year. Lovely friendly welcome. Prompt service. Salad bowls, always fun and great as a starter. We order a pizza each and a side of chips and garlic bread. All came quickly, hot and thoroughly enjoyed. Still rank pizza hut for the best sit in pizza! Delicious. Took half a pizza and half the garlic bread home. Just as tasty the next day when warmed in the oven. Thank you to our lovely waitress. Made our night.

Only rated a 1 circle cause i couldn’t choose none, food cold, service terrible, had to ask for drinks twice, had to put our own plates out, basically had to serve our selves the whole meal, was about to leave and then realised desserts never came, had to ask three times for dessert to finally be delivered, will never again go after this horrendous experience…

We called in on a Saturday night, a bit later than usual. The manager was great, and found us a table I could access easily with my wheeled walking frame. The menu is available as single use paper or you can order online via a QR code. We had 3 in our party. The menu wasn’t complicated, and the electronic ordering simple to use. The food and drinks arrived promptly and was of good quality. It’s one of the few places that stocks my favourite cream soda, which was a welcome treat. After main course, our daughter decided she wanted desert to take away. This was no problem, and the waitress ordered it for us. The waitress was very attentive, and was a student, so my 19 year old daughter and the waitress had a brief chat about university. A very pleasant experience in a clean and comfortable environment

Pizza Hut has failed in making a Covid-safe restaurant a customer-friendly experience. Nowhere throughout the restaurant were there hand sanitisers, especially not when you walk in or leave by the exit. And that brings us to the food/drink. Prices for the lunch have slightly been reduced but the value has been dramatically. There are no refillable drinks, for ‘safety’, yet Nando’s for example just bring you more drinks, why can’t Pizza Hit do this? There is no refillable salad and all you get is one small bowl with a very limited choice. Ordering and Paying- I’ve used online ordering or app ordering a few times during the last few months but Pizza Hut make it very difficult to do so. When we want an extra drink (no refillable remember..), you need to go through the whole process to login, go through security checks, order and then pay (even for one drink). Repeat this process anytime anyone wants a drink or extras... Pizza Hut have got this experience really wrong!!!!!!

Visited this restaurant on Sunday and it was awful. I have never ever seen such unhelpful rude staff. They threw the food on the table and walked away without checking anything was ok. When we asked the manager to help with ordering on the app she just shrugged. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of this branch.

Came today to be greeted and told to use hand gel. Grab your own menus and order on internet site to be brought to table. Not hard to do but maybe have it set up if you want faster ordering. Staff kept distance safely leaving food at end of table. Top marks for their safety. Cathy the manager came and said hello too.

It would have been 1 star if we hadn’t of taken my niece and nephew with us. Not advised online that everything is done online. Just states card payments. Arrives on Saturday 18th to be abruptly told to use alcohol gel before going entering the restaurant- the gel was literally like water and ran all over. I work for the nhs and had umpteen alcohol gels, sprays and wipes In my bag which I’d of preferred for us all to use rather than this watery mess. Anyway was then seated to be told everything to be done online. I couldn’t access WiFi so had to do this on my own 4G (which some people won’t have so will just get up and leave) then proceeded to take 20 minutes to place the order due to the website being ridiculously slow. I tried to locate kids menu on their to be taken to drinks - couldn’t get my niece a kids meal so had to spend more. Then all the meals was put on another table so we basically had to serve ourselves. The drinks were still the same price as before but now no refills. I know there’s no salad bar for self service but it should still be offered. The food was mediocre to say the least. The prices are so expensive now compared to before. I couldn’t use my blue light discount as there was no way of using it online - so I’m losing out on a benefit i should have had access to. I then find out today from a member of your staff after this shocking visit that you can pay with gift cards and the server comes and takes your order etc and I should be able to use my blue light card. To say my bill on Saturday for 2 adults and 2 children totalled £107.87 no wonder they didn’t tell me how to get my discount. Probably won’t be visiting again and this is sad as me and my partner visited at least 2times a month for years. End of a era with prices and service like this.

Ate here as we were passing after a long day on Sunday evening. Surprised that we were the only people in the restaurant (around 7pm on Sunday) but we got there a few hours after the buffet finished so maybe it was busy earlier in the day? The service was good (as I'd expect as we were the only customers!) The salad bar was fully stocked with loads of choice and all seemed very fresh. The pizzas were good. Can't really complain that a pepperoni pizza is greasy as that's just way it is! My wife chose one of the low calorie pizzas which was good. Not sure how they manage to me it low calorie when it's still a good size and covered in cheese! Prices are comparable to other similar pizza restaurants. It's been many years since I last came to a pizza hut so I'm glad to see they now have a range of different bases and types of pizza.

Very poor experience tonight. My husband and I popped in for a quick dinner on our way home. We we're greeted warmly by a member of staff and shown to a table promptly. It went downhill from there! It took more than 10 minutes to be served (which is really too long to wait), and our waitress barked across other tables to us "are you wanting to order?" Do you think this an appropriate way to address your customers?! When I started telling her my order, she stopped me and started reeling off all the offers that were available - it would have been helpful to have known this at the beginning, and be told in a less intimidating way). She seemed to be more bothered about which items were cheapest, rather than what we actually wanted to order. We waited almost half an hour for our main course, during which time.our starter plates were not cleared. There were plenty of staff, and the restaurant wasn't busy, but we were completely forgotten about. No-one asked if everything was okay with the food, or if we wanted anything. The manageress spent most of the time speaking to other staff members & paying no attention to the customers. The food was greasy and tasteless. It was also ridiculously overpriced (£5.69 for some crisps with cheap sauce and seasoning?) I know not to expect much when visiting a chain restaurant like Pizza Hut, but I do expect to be treated properly. Needless to say I absolutely would not recommend, and will not be returning.

We stopped here on our way south and ended up walking out. Firstly the 2 girls serving seemed too busy with their conversations to actually want to serve us and then when we did finally get sat down and looked at the menu we found it to be vastly overpriced since our last Pizza Hut trip. Fortunately the 2 girls were still talking so hadn’t got round to serving us, so we were able to just walk out and they didn’t even notice we’d gone!

The staff here are the best we've come across. A busy, jig Friday night yet we were constantly met with smiles & great service. Brilliant & clearly led tonight by a manageress who can get the best out of her team. We left a decent tip, well deserved for young staff trying hard & succeeding. No complaints, they found us a clean table quickly, took our order promptly, food was quick & hot...... But above all every single member of the staff were busy but still smiling) doing their best to serve everyone. Well done

Aside from two small parties the place was quiet. Service was slow and the pizza's were lacking taste. The salad selection is woeful and what used to be a tasty potato salad is now some sort of potato mush. We left with a take-out pizza with 2 toppings and it was penny's short of £20 on it's own. We will not be returning (to any) pizza hut ever again and if you want a tasty pizza go to Pizza Express or Domino's, best give Pizza Hut a wide berth.

The meal was actually quite nice but couldn't enjoy it fully as the restaurant was smelly and untidy. Upon entering we stood, then was greeted by (think the manageress) who then pointed and summoned a waitress to take over. The waitress took us to our table right next to a child's birthday family meal yet the restaurant was empty and we could have sat anywhere. Don't get me wrong i like atmosphere and children but the family were constantly walking around and chasing their child. Another couple came in and were seated, then almost immediately they had got their drinks. We waited and waited for a waitress but the three waitresses were in a corner drinking pop and giggling with each other. Finally one of them saw me watching and told the other one so she quickly put her pop down and came over.We ordered our meal and 2 beers. The beers came with one glass and she said we havn't got anymore of these glasses so i asked for another glass of any kind. The meal came which we enjoyed but not once did anyone come to ask if everything was ok, the waitresses just didn't seem to be interested. The table next to us where the child's party meal had been was just left messy and no one seemed interested in cleaning or tidying up even though they were doing nothing else!! The manageress was nowhere to be seen since the greet and we didn't see her again. On a visit to the ladies one of the cubicles was dirty and I couldn't get access to the toilet paper as the dispenser was jammed. Eventually we asked for the bill and as our waitress was at the till the other waitress was lounged in a seat opposite her scraping her shoes over the floor and our waitress was saying "oh you child, you child and both laughing. I blame the events of this evening on poor management and it should be sorted immediately. I definitely will NOT be going back.

El otro tenía un rollo de papel higiénico en todas partes y el tercero, la cerradura estaba rota y necesitaba una limpia. Not great service this time and 'extras' found on the bill. Always friendly staff though, just locked in their own world and sometimes forget you are there. Nothing wrong with the food. Some of the staff are really good- just pot luck who you get.

Stopped on our way to Manchester and have stopped here a few times, it was a Saturday at 4:30 and it felt like the staff had already given up for the night. The service was poor and the food not particularly good by Pizza Hut standards and as such next time will give this place a miss unless it’s standards and service levels pick up.

Can here as an unplanned meal out, added bonus they were taking the Tastecard's over the weekend. Having never eaten here before, I was only expecting pizza given the name. They do extra to this & even have a good size all you can eat salad bar. Was a reasonable wait for the pizzas but then again they were freshly made. Very tasty too. Will come back here again as an affordable meal out with young children

Me visita aquí tranquilo mucho como opción para una fácil opción relativamente barata de pizza. A los niños les encanta blitzing la ensalada. Un ambiente muy relajado. El aparcamiento es un poco así que intentaría acampamos tiempo fuera hora punta debido a los múltiples restaurantes de comida rápida.

Estábamos cerca y decidimos optar por una pizza, ya que no habían tenido una Pizza Pizza Hut durante años. Teníamos buenos recuerdos de un "Pizza Hut" y ordenó la Suprema Corte taza profunda.

Estaba ocupado, camarera tomó la orden. Las bebidas llegaron rápidamente. La comida llegó, no estaba tan caliente. La pizza sabía un poco como de cartón, muy decepcionado. Cuando pedimos factura, la camarera nos dijo que estaría con nosotros pronto, dijo que el restaurante era muy corto de personal. Después de estar durante 20 minutos, nos levantamos a pagar y dijo que se ha olvidado de nosotros! !

Been a few times, as we live close by. Food has always been nice, friendly staff and its never been too busy. The toilets were clean. Will deffo go again.

Encontré este por casualidad cuando habíamos estado comercial. Personal muy amable y la comida era buena. Me pareció que por su nombre no sería solo pizza y estaba sorprendido por la gran variedad de comida, tenía pasta, lo cual fue muy bueno y mi marido tenía las costillas. Les encantó. El personal es genial y no mal de precio. Incluso acabados con la estación, que es un helado Máquina de helados servirte con un montón de ingredientes. Estoy seguro de que para los niños, pero muchos adultos ir allí también.

Hay ensalada gratis y una pizza de degustación. El personal es acogedor y muy servicial. El lugar era agradable.

Así que después de otro viaje a Leeds para visitar el hospital terminamos en este Pizza Hut antes de otra hora de viaje a casa. Y como era el mes pasado con muy buena comida, servicio normal.

Visitamos aquí un número de veces al año, y verdaderamente es suerte qué experiencia tendrá. Algunos de los empleados que trabajan duro y probar realmente difícil, otros parece que prefieren estar en casa viendo Jeremy Kyle. El director siempre parece estar tratando su mejor y...

We stopped here around 7pm one Monday evening. Not particulary busy & we were greeted and seated promptly, then it felt as though we had been forgotten about for quite some time.When we did have our order taken there was no interaction with our server - no upsells, no explanation of the drinks or salad bar. Our food came and it was very nice, hot tasty and well presented. We were offered a dessert after we had our main courses cleared away adn we said pop back in 5 we'll look at the menu. Again it too a long time for our server to come back and take our order but eventually she came over. We ordered 2 desserts which came to our table 3-4 minutes apart which is pretty sloppy service.As soon as we'd finished our desserts 2 differernt servers came to ask if we'd like our bill - now they were falling over us. But then the truth came out - a party of 35 was arriving at 8pm so clearly they wanted our table and us out of there. We duly obliged as we'd had enough of the shoddy service.

We frequently attend here for lunch or tea time. The pizza is always delicious and freshly cooked. The salad bar is well presented and the staff are friendly. We will be attending again soon.

Me and my 8 year old daughter visited here we had really good customer service from one of the male staff really bubbly my daughter loved him. Our food was lovely.

arrived at the practically empty and noticeably cold Pizza Hut in Colton, Leeds with 4 of my friends and 4 small children and were stood waiting to be seated for 5 minutes. when we were seated we had to ask for menus after sitting there for 20 mins. also had to ask to order. food took forever when it came it tasted good but was overly greasy but Pizza Hut always is. had to ask twice for them to bring my godsons birthday cake out that we provided and then the bill took a good 15 mins to negotiate. pretty dissapointing experience.

When we arrived we were totally ignored, not even a smile. It was quite busy with loads of families with young kids After finally getting someone to sit us drinks order taken. After ordering went for some salad which was tasty, you just had to dodge the rampaging children.The food was very tasty but the constant asking if everything was ok after being initially ignored was irritating.I think we just mistimed our vist as the place was nearly empty as we left.

Arrived to pick up an online order. When received the pizza was scattered all over the place in the box. The manager and staff were extremely prompt in replacing the pizza and were very apologetic. As a result of this, would not hesitate to return ! Thank you - the pizza was delicious and very round!

Restaurant was very unclean , floors were strewn with food and tables not cleared. Customer service is very strained . We had to wait for pizza for 15 mins wait for drinks another 10 mins . Knives didn't cut the pizza. Salad was fresh but station was very very unkept. Restaurant was not busy and the staff were inattentive and not personable . Don't bother eating here but take away would be OK . No customer care here at all , staff are just going through the motions which is a shame , because they seem like nice people .

We visited as a couple with three children. Pizza Hut is...well, like any other Pizza Hut, I suppose - therefore it's the little things that count. I wouldn't put the food down as equivalent to a top class, a la carte place, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. In fact, the Cheese and onion bites as a starter were divine. The pizzas were good, and as usual, far too much to eat, but they are happy to box up the leftovers to take home. The salad bar could have done with filling up. I did see a young man make a start on it but we had nearly finished our meal by then. He also was cleaning up the salad bar which is a good sign as they can get terribly messy. The waitresses were good and very patient with our youngsters and their likes and dislikes. The deserts were voted very good by the children. Refillable drinks are a good idea and I've never seen vanilla coke before! All in all, it was a good meal. I won't say cheap and cheerful as the bill was quite hefty coming in at £170 ish for five with starter, mains and three deserts.

Not visited here for about a month (lol, i know, i think the staff thought we had emigrated lol). Visited after we arrived back off holiday and it was perfect as usual. Great to see all the friendly staff again. Gorgeous food. Cant fault it as usual

I ordered a large pizza for takeout with half vegetarian and half chicken bbq only to get it home and find 5 slices had chicken on it and only two were veggie...so how on earth is that half and half? One very hungry and disappointed vegetarian who will think very seriously before ordering take out from there again. Very poor

I haven't been too pizza hut in years, now i have been twice in the past month. I LOVE IT!! People who work there are so polite and friendly, and the food is delicious!! Definitely go back.

Myself, partner and daughter visited yesterday. For some reason we decided to try the buffet... Never again!! The pizza had clearly been left longer than supposed '20 minutes' we were told. The crusts were rock hard and to be honest they tasted like a supermarket frozen pizza, at best! When we informed the waiter he apologised which is fair enough, he told us we could have a free ice cream to 'get rid of the bad taste' as he put it. When my partner went to pay, sadly he never checked the bill at the time and only looked when we got back.. The waiter had charged for the ice creams too!! We wouldn't have bothered having any at all!! Will never go back there again and will certainly be informing friends and family not to bother either. Very, very poor.

Started off well, but our drinks order was forgotten about and then as we were waiting for the ice cream machine to be filled, our table was completely cleared of drinks, uneaten food and my daughters picture from the kids menu!! Our drinks were replaced and my daughter was offered a balloon as "compensation" for the upset caused! The staff were very apologetic but it wasn't great service at all. the food was ok, but there is only 1 drinks machine for the whole restaurant and ask you serve yourself now it was full of kids putting in all the different flavours and taking ages to get their drinks, with no supervision either from staff or parents! Please go back to served drinks as I did not go to a crèche!!!

I just want to applaud Pizza Hut in Colton, in particular Stefan who works there! I am a mother of three and going out for food is such a challenging task as my youngest son Adam has autism and can be difficult to say the least! My husband and I visited Pizza Hut Colton with the kids and Adam was having an especially difficult day that day, we were seated by Stefan and he took our drinks order, returning shortly after with the drinks to see if we were ready to order our food. Adam decided this was a great time to play up and told Stefan he only wanted dessert, we explained to Adam he couldnt have dessert until he had a proper dinner- obviously he was having none of it and was becoming terribly impatient- until Stefan leant in and told Adam if he had his dinner he promised the biggest dessert going! Adams face lit up! Stefan was his new best friend.. Adam had his dinner and of course his giant dessert! Stefan was so polite throughout our meal and recognised Adams difficulties- usually this is when staff sort of disappear and feel uncomfortable! Not Stefan though! He was absolutely brilliant with our family and we will be visiting Pizza Hut Colton whenever we are in the area! Thank you so much Stefan!!

Pizza Hut never fails to be a good place to eat with the family. For us we mainly go on our way home from a long day out. So here the food was, served quickly and tasted lovely. Pizza, Pasta and Salad options are available on the menu as well as deserts. The staff. They were smiley, friendly and helpful. Facilities. Toilets and baby change. Clean to a good standard.

I often eat on my own as my friends aren't in Leeds anymore due to uni. I thought I'd try Pizza Hut in Colton! And I was not disappointed! Firstly the waiter I had was named Stefan, very friendly and extremely polite. He even told me what his recommendations were. I agreed to have a pepperoni. 10 minutes later my pizza arrived with a smile. He also came back to ask if I would like a drink. Very thoughtful as I did and it was busy. Stefan seemed to be rushed off his feet that day but he made sure to get round everybody with a smile! He gave me my bill after I had finished and I left a massive tip! He could not of been any better. Seriously give this man employee of the month.

The food and deserts were delicious and the service was of a high standard. The gentleman who served us was very pleasant and helpful (Stefan if I remember correctly), but overall we enjoyed the place and would visit again.

First visit to Pizza Hut in years. Went in on good Friday the place was dead. Greeted by what seemed to be a friendly waiter...took 15 mins to take drinks order and food. Food was nice but nothing special. Half way through our meal the restaurant started getting busy, we had just ordered dessert when the waiter randomly came over and gave us the bill. He said he didn't wanna forget about us ...how rude we hadn't even started our desserts !!! Waiter was called Stefan of course we will not be back. Invest in some better staff Pizza Hut !!!

Regular visitor here but avoid school holidays as place is full of screaming kids and buffet looks like a massacre! Food is good..could do with more veggie pasta dishes. Prices for buffet are reasonable but meals from menu not that cheap. Special mention for a waitress called Penny who is excellent...she always makes sure we are happy and have everything we want and nothing is too much trouble for her...well done

Our food was gorgeous and we had a great server (can't remember his name) who was very friendly and was good service. The only downside was the area and toilets were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, but food was great and all the family enjoyed it.

We (me, my partner and my nephew) visited here in September. We always eat out at pizza hut as we know we are going to get quality food in a lovely atmosphere and greeted with a smile always (actually we visit that often we are now on first name terms with the staff lol). Luke and Nicole F are always great, and there is another girl and i have forgotten her name but she is fantastic and always has a chat with us. Anyway, the starter platter was brilliant as usual, my nephew loves the garlic bread with cheese (its eaten within 2 mins lol) so he was well pleased with that. Then we had a 241 voucher so had 2 medium stuffed crust pizzas to share between 3 of us which was plenty but my nephew did make the most of this lol. As always the unlimited drinks are fantastic and come in handy and the self serve drinks machine is great as if its busy you dont have to wait around for hours waiting for a drink, you can just go get your own. THANKS GUYS WE WILL BE SEEING YOU AGAIN SHORTLY

After our poor experience in Bournemouth was amazed our 9 year old wanted his party here.....thankfully all was as expected with really good service and happy children who loved the choice on the unlimited drinks!

We enjoy eating here when we have a discount voucher. We enjoy the food but the service is generally very slow. The waitresses are always very helpful and friendly. It isn't very often that we can't get a table straightaway unlike some of the other huts.

Myself and my partner came here on a Sunday evening around 7pm. There was only 4 tables in the restaurant yet it took over 10 minutes to seat us. member's of staff were just standing around talking whilst ignoring us. Once sat down they took our order and told us we had to collect our own drinks from the drinks area. not only was the drinks are dirty but I was disappointed that it was collect your own drink as it has never been like this before! for the prices you pay you would expect this service included! On top of this the salad bar was dirty a lot of the pots empty and bits of food all over the sides as well as the bowls being dirty. Once the pizza came it had very little topping which for 15 pound a pizza is ridiculous, it also had an undercooked base. Whilst we were eating a family came in when to order and then once his wife came out of the toilets they left due to the state of the toilets. I went in to have a look and the toilets were a mess. flies everywhere and the back wall to the toilet was missing so you could just see the breeze blocks! it stunk and was very off putting. had I seen this before I had eaten I probably would have left! waiting to order desert and to pay the bill was only a 15 minute wait each time when by this time we were the only table left. they obviously weren't bothered about giving any customer service as not once were we asked if everything was ok. I was very very disappointed with this visit! I will definitely not return!

My partner and I visited this restaurant for one of our "date nights".The service was great, the food tasty and great value! What more could you ask for?

We were staying at the nearby Travelodge and after a disappointing visit to The Harvester the previous evening we decided to try the Pizza Hut which is also on the doorstep of the hotel. We ordered a pizza each which arrived within 20 minutes, while we were waiting we had the salad from the salad bar which was lovely and fresh.When the pizzas arrived they were lovely and had been freshly cooked to order,

This is a nice Pizza Hut, well laid out, staff very nice and the food up the usual standard. It is very well situated for access to the motorway.

Ordered 2 pizzas online cost £16.40 payment taken online prior to collection. When I got the pizzas home I was discusted at the 2 pizzas that I saw, they were dry with hardly any topping, I have had better frozen pizzas which I paid £3 for at farm foods, this was my first and last visit to pizza hut. If this is consistent throughout the pizza hut chain then I am amazed that they stay in business "over priced junk stay well away"

Ad others have said, you know what to expect at Pizza Hut. But I was surprised that. the wedges that came with the kids meal had a spicy coating on them! Not ideal for a child really! The food and drinks were delivered in good time. I do think its overpriced for what you get to be honest. Would only go again if i got vouchers.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut for many years and was happy that the salad came "free". What a joke. The pizzas were so small it was embarrassing and they were so stodgy it tasted like cheese on toast with huge wedges of greasy bread. I am not sure if you call tinned salad fresh but all that is all they offered with frozen cucumber and nachos with dips.It was not very busy but had to wait so long to be served and when the pizza came didn't want to embarrass our server but for the price the size of the pizza is a disgrace.Slow service, awful pizza that wasn't hot and dreadful salad.

Had favourites platter to start (5 chicken goujons, portion of wedges and 4 slices of garlic bread with cheese) to share - beautiful to start with before pizza. They always give out a receipt at the end of your meal which if you go online and leave a review you get a 2 for 1 pizza voucher. If you have a sweet tooth then try the cookie dough mmmmmm absolutely gorgeous. Very sickly but lovely to finish a great meal.

We got here at midday so it as fairly quiet so there was no excuse for the extremely poor service we received. We were given choice where to sit and opted for one of the booths but after sitting down we realised this bit of the restaurant was rather dark and dingy - not sure if they hadn't turned all the light on or if said lights above our heads were broken. The waitress gave us our menus then informed us she would be back momentarily to take our drinks order. She did come back but we did have a little bit of a wait even though there were only about four others in the restaurant at the time. When she finally came back to our booth we all ordered our drinks and one of our party ordered a coffee and asked for pouring cream to accompany it which was met with a confused look from the waitress along with her saying ''pouring cream??'' (in a confused tone) ''We have cream we pour on desserts, will that do?'' (oh lordy!!) so then after that we said we would like the buffet. So she said she would go do our drinks now and we could go get our salad while they put some pizzas out on the buffet (understandable that there weren't any out as they had not been open long and were probably waiting till someone came in and ordered the buffet) The drinks took longer than they should have to come. When the pizza was put out there was 2 choices at first one looked like a veggie pizza but it had jalapeños on so I couldn't eat that, and the other one was veggie with loads of leafy type things on so couldn't eat that either. So I went to sit back down with only my salad. Shortly after they put a cheese only pizza out so I went up and took a few slices. When I had eaten that I went back up to find there was only TWO SLICES of pizza out on the entire buffet - unacceptable. So I stood there waiting with my plate and i was waiting for a good 10 minutes before more pizza was put out joined my a couple of other annoyed looking people. Eventually they put two more pizzas out... much more to my liking this time - a thin cheese pizza (much nicer than the thick ones) and a BBQ americano pizza - also another favourite of mine. So I took 4 slices of the cheese pizza and two slices of the BBQ americano, at which point I heard tutting from someone standing behind me. Really? Off I went with my pizza back to the booth. Very tasty. We ordered a second round of drinks, which could have again, come quicker. The three other people in my party got their drinks, and correctly, but mine wasn't there at all, so we said - ''We ordered a coke as well'', which prompted a response from the waitress of ''oh yeah'' (as in a casual tone of oh yeah i forgot) When we were done, we wanted to go but couldn't catch anyone's attention. One of our group went up to the till to pay and they were summoned back to the table, she actually said the waitress had said to her ''Go back to the table to pay there'' (maybe we would have done that in the first place if the staff had been more attentive to our needs!) So she came over with the card machine and said where's your bill? So we informed her no one had given us one yet so she had to go back to get it! So she cam back again, we paid and as we got up and put our coats on ready to leave, a different waitress came over asking if we were done and we said yes we are and started to walk off and this lady then asked if we needed the bill! So we informed her we had already paid and left! Some of the food was nice, but mostly mediocre at best, this place would have got 3 stars from me had it not of been for the lack of good service, which was a let down on this visit.

I have visited this place in the past but have just recently revisited with a friend. I remember it being a lot nicer than my latest visit.....For a start we were left to wait to be seated for a long time whilst being ignored by several waits and waitresses who clearly saw us but couldn't be bothered attending to us. This annoyed me as the restaurant was not necessarily busy so they did not have any excuse to leave us hanging around. I actually considered leaving. When we were eventually seated we were surprisingly served by a lovely waitress, the food did not take long to be served and was very tasty. The free salad bar you get with your main is nothing to write home about though!After my pizza I was stuffed so had no room for desert! My meal altogether was just thirteen pounds which is well worth the money - I just wish we had been made to feel more welcome at the beginning.I would recommend this place for a casual meal out, nothing fancy as it is packed with families with young kids. Overall very good value for money.

You know what you get at pizza hut. The salad bar with cheap choices and the only pizza chain that doesnt do garlic! Took 5 year old yesterday and her meal, small pizza, salad bowl and a milk was sensibly priced at £3.99. Salad bowls are free but staff not brilliant at replenishing stock. Sweetcorn is tinned with the liquid in the bottom of , they couldnt be bothered to strain it. We ordered large pizza to share. Cajun BBQ chicken - a 2 chilli rating. It was supersweet with a sugary sauce. I was told that the sugar sauce was BBQ and they forgot to put any chillis on so it was rather unbalanced.They knocked £5 of the bill which was acceptable. The staff were nice enough.I do understand that this is american style pizza not italian, just wish they would stop trying to re-invent the pizza and concentrate on improving what they do have...Daughter enjoyed the experience and I think that is who they aim at?

Away on business and fancied a Pizza. Staff very attentive. Placed m on a table away from th crowds as i was a single client.Food was as expectd but arivedfaste than expected.Oveall a good service and good Pizza

We tried to order a collection several times using discount codes on their websites, but everytime we got to the end, it said codes not valid for this hut. Eventually we settled for two pizzas for £10, and we went to kfc drive thru for the sides. Too expensive to feed a family of 5 otherwise.The pizzas were regular pepperoni pan base and regular italian ham n pineapple, but when i picked up, i realised the pan base is 9inch!!! I mean at full price, that is ridiculous, but as we saved with discount i went ahead and took them. Pizzas were nice, but i found an eyelash in mine, which i hope was mine but not sure!!!Would only use pizza hut with vouchers!

First visit to Pizza Hut in a long time, what a change, better menus & unlimited salad.The salad was changed regular not just topped up as before. Quality tomatoes & a good choice of dressings.

We had been in Leeds so decided to call at Pizza Hut, Colton Mill, Leeds 15 on way home.We arrived at 3.05 p m and were met by a friendly, smiling waitress her name Mel B.She let us choose where we wanted to sit, so sat near the window. She gave us the menus and also said gave us the menu for Happy Hour. The restaurant was very quiet. It was very clean and tidy. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu. We were given bowls to help ourselves at the salad bar which again was very clean tidy and well stocked. Our drinks arrived and were great, with ice. Our pizzas and side orders arrived and were hot and delicious. My husband added an ice cream for £1.00. Mel refilled our drinks without having to be asked, she offered. We spent just £13.00 which we thought was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. As stated before the waitress was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she really looked after us. Will definitely return.
