Not Hot Stuff any more that was 5 star got a chicken kebab today with all the trimmings and seeing pre cooked chicken warmed up thrown onto a bread with only mayo was a joke

Absolutely disgusting food, ordered 3 12' pizzas one was completely burned and was unedible another one was slightly burned but dry and horrible also didn't have all toppings on, ordered 2 other meals which was burgers these was okay but asked for no mayo on the chicken burger and it come covered with mayo, used to always order from here and it was amazing food but won't be ordering from here again. Only gave it one star so I could leave a review otherwise it would be 0 star

Absolutely pathetic waited 45 minutes for 2 kebabs and it came and the order was wrong in the first place one of the kebabs had no sauce and was over cooked and was dry, we phoned to ask if it could be replaced as it wasn’t the way we asked and was told we was wrong and the chef said it was correct, he then said we have to wait another hour for food. Don’t speak good English either so if u want to complain they just argue with you!!!

Had chicken doner delivered absolutely drowned in grease like it had been deep fried grease was that bad the paper wrapping it was on tatters you tell them o sorry is all you get then ordered doner kebab a few days late stating no onions kebab came with mountain of onions there excuse was there busy

Can't beat this place for kebabs and pizzas. Portions are massive, when working nights this is the only place for takeaway. And the guys are really nice to us as well. Highly recommended.👍 The greedy joiners

Never trust this place!..... Total Joke . They lie about how long the food will be delivered..... I waited one and a half hours for my food , after them saying it's on its way many times....i eventually cancelled my order......total waste of a time

Food was delicious as usual, the donner and chips was a big portion and my daughter loved her pizza. Excellent delivery service from Daniel very friendly and was early with our order. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered chicken to night so disappointed,nothing like the picture thought might be a little like KFC that's what the picture shows,no seasoning at all just very dry chicken,never again picture shows what it was like, and the other shows what if should look like

My order was 20 minutes late, when i finally received my food, in the box of 9 nuggets, there was only one nugget, and the tub of ketchup was mostly empty - like the driver had eaten the food or something. not to mention i ordered 3 tubs of sauce and received one. the chips were cold and soggy, the bread was like it had been warmed in a microwave, the chicken tasted like pork and the cheese was hardly even melted on the chips.

Just ordered special kebab mix of everything I'll tell you I'm very picky and this is one of the best Kebab in St Helens no kidding thank you!

Upsetting experience. I have ordered chicken tikka kebab. And wrote to the notes in capitals that I dont want tomatoes in my kebab. Got kebab with barely any salad and plenty of tomatoes. Called back and all I got was " oh i tried to take them out but I am busy" ... what If I had food allergy?!... the only plus at the moment is that food arrived quickly and we are hungry.

Terrible place with a 1 star hygiene rating should suffer same fate as shillong which also had a 1 * and shut months ago, now has 0 star rating and shut down.

Rubbish came over an hour late chips were dry hard donner meat was like warm up very disappointing went in the bin never again stick with moss bank should of known better

Just ordered a take away. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Food over cooked and tasteless. Seafood pizza approximately 10 very small prawns and zero taste or evidence of tuna. Staters ordered were just about burnt hard and again tasteless with a poor effort of salad provided. I used to think the food here was good. Not used them for a year or so and will be giving em a miss in future. On a positive note delivery was prompt from a pleasant driver. What has happened to this establishment?

I waited 90 minutes instead of the 30-45 estimate given. Chicken was pretty much inedible, tasting like it had been heated 10 times. Definitely not worth ordering again. Shame because it use to be decent.

Delivered completely wrong order. The food was cold and soggy. The customer service is disrespecfull and unhelpful. Do not recommend !!! A sos był chujowy!

The dirtiest place I've ever seen. If you've only ever had a delivery then I recommend you go and have a look at the place. More flies than chips. The food could be as nice as you like but when it's filthy it doesn't matter.

Unassuming from the outside, this place is a gem. I come here every other week for work purposes and I’ve had maybe a dozen curries here. Never been disappointed. Owners lovely and happy to make changes to dishes. Really, really tasty curries.

Just to put something in perspective...this fast food eatery is opposite my favourite bar in St Helens...I sometime drink and I sometimes don't. ...either way...once I leave the News Room then this place is opposite. I have so far never been disappointed. The guys working there are so polite and obliging...even if I have had a couple too many. My review though is based on today. I been playing darts in a match at the Talbot and popped here afterwards...I ordered a chicken kebab (they are very good from here) and a young lad (18 max) made my naan in the clay oven. As all was being wrapped up and handed to me, I heard him say to another team member "That's his first every naan" and I felt it necessary to post this review in thanks to an awesome chicken kebab...and from someone who never made one before. Thanks Guys

Food was undercooked and not fit for eating.

I’m very easy when it comes to food, specially takeaways but last night was the worst experience I had ever had.. finished work at 12AM and fancied an Indian so went to “hot stuff” on duke street with the other half and ordered a set meal for 2. I didn’t eat for over 6 hours so I was looking forward to this, anyways I ordered some random lamb dish and my usual favourite chicken tikka masala.. oh my god where to start.. the masala had no spices in whatsoever and was tastless.. literally no taste at all.. the lamb from the other dish tasted like doggie lamb and horrid and the onion bhajis was very hard and I tasted no onion in them at all.. Sadly they had Closed by 1 so I couldn’t take it back and it wasn’t ordered on justeat so I couldn’t give them a proper review.. the “muchie box” was ok last time I tried around 4 month ago but last nights experience I’ll never go again.. so bland to the point where my hunger wasn’t there anymore, the popadoms was stale and the nicest part of the meal was the dip, I’d post the pic of the onion bhaji I got but I don’t want people to lose their appetite. Posted previously on a different page.. there’s a reason this place has a bad hygiene rating, if you want to imagine what my chicken masala tasted like just go into a science lab and mix lots of random chemicals and taste it.

Nice food to the best you can get for a local down the street takeaway. The fella running the place with his son is a very well mannered nice man. Can basically get whatever you'd want.

I went in for a snack were I got chicken and chips food was nice and the waiter was a. Nice cheerful lad.

This service was shocking we was swore to when we rang back to tell them our food was missing and they refused to sort it out. It was a waste of money and time will not being going back

Firstly i would like to say how nice the delivery driver was, as this to me is a must, an the food, well i ordered and i'm actually still eating it as i type this excellent review. onion bahjis and a chefs special pizza with bq base and it is honestly amazing. my favourite pizza place closed a few years ago and ive tried so many, but never found one as good,,,,,,, however i have and i would like to say thank you. Possibly the worst food I've ever had.

Disgusting. Paid ten pounds for a bit of burnt bread doner meat and onion's. No extra cheese as the calaZone is very dry no sauce on the actual calaZone just in pots. Fuming. Don't work up north if you can't understand the accents. I asked for a doner chips and cheese... got onions and burnt bread and few onion's. Never going again . Fingerpost pizzeria do much better calaZone and they're not burnt. Even my dog is turning her nose up to it... and they never turn down calaZone Ever.... IT MUST BE CRAP

Worst food ever the donner kebab was hard and never felt so ill the next morning absolutely vile been throwing up all morning🤕

We ordered from here last night and I can honestly say I have never experienced a curry like it... It was absolutely disgusting. We paid over £20 for two curries two Rice and Nan bread and the best part about it was the Nan bread!!! How they can call there curry a curry is beyond me.. There was no taste to either of them, bland, the sauce was like water and the chicken, well god knows how long that had been siting around for. Small chunks and hard as anything, and the taste was like something that's been cooked, left for a few days in the fridge and warmed back up. The rice, one was a Pilau rice and the other a Vegetable rice, the Veg Rice was literally just boiled rice with big chunks of carrots (that was rock solid) thrown in it with broccoli chucked in too. Disgusting!! They was also 20 Min late delivering it.. Would not recommend this takeaway to anyone, waste of money and Vile..
