ordered the bbq chicken pizza could tell they just throw everything on top cheese wasn’t melted properly on top and they had put the drinks on top of the box so the lit was covered in sauce

Nearly 2 hours for food told 10 minutes every time you ring to ask instead of being honest. When the food did arrive it was freezing and not the best

Ordered two kebab wraps - £11 delivered absolute bargain Wraps were absolutly banging too. Hot and fresh. Tasted delicious. Ordered many times from here and never had a bad take out. Cheap and cheerful

Absolutely love mania pizza , new to the area and used now for a year now and never had a meal I didn’t like tonight we had dinner kebab , meat fresh bread fresh salad bursting with flavours loved the onions and tomatoes, nice little bite in the bag saying thanks for your order only thing did my head in was the garlic bread cut into tiny pieces .10/10 well worth the money

Arrived 45 minutes late so food was cold. Ordered a kebab with no sauce and ordered a tub of sauce for the other person they put the chilli on the kebab instead. When rang to explain the kebab was for someone who can't have chilli they put the phone down then wouldn't answer the phone after that. Won't be returning.

Anyone who knows me knows that there's nothing I love more than a pizza takeaway! So the fact I've been using Miami Pizza for about 3.5 years now and I've not looked back says it all! Sure, they're not perfect though (who is?); as with any takeaway, roughly once every 20 orders you'll find 1 thing missing, even if the overall order is small, but this isn't really a big issue; they're friendly when you ring up to inform them. One major issue, however, is that the delivery times are almost always over an hour - around the 80 minutes mark (and I'm about a 3 minute drive from them) - so you have to make sure you order it in advance of when you actually want it. But because the food is that nice, it's worth the wait in my opinion (,otherwise I'd give 4 stars). However, one big plus is that I've never had food arrive cold (that I can remember); which is probably the number one negative feedback takeaways usually have. Personally, I can only vouch for the pizza, garlic bread, chips & donner meat - but they're all very nice! Even an out-of-area friend of mine that I have over every month or so loves this place and looks forward to it :)

Food is good but, sounds petty, but music was that loud I had to shout my order and it was difficult to hear what the staff were saying and I've got good hearing, I had to repeat myself three times, I asked about the music and they just laughed and said it's good, again petty but lacking customer service

Ordered from here tonight at 5.20pm phoned at 6.45pm to see where it was and they said it was on the way then i phoned back at 7.20pm and they said it will be 10-15 mins maximum finally turned up at 8pm the 2 kids meals where wrong but they ate it as they had been waiting nearly 3 hours....no apology from them what so ever

I have ordered from miami pizza afew times great service I DON'T THINK SO! I ordered food at 7.45 waited 2 hours still not arrived so i phoned up to ask where my order is and all they could say it's on there way ridiculous service will never order from them again

Visited here in May for a Pepperoni Pizza, Came out very hot and tasted good, The staff also had good Customer Service!

Ordered twice from here and food and service was great. Tried to order for a third time and was spoken to so rudely and told they dont deliver to my address and the other two times were a mistake. I would have continued to order from here regularly and recommended it to others. After tonight I would definitely not. I'm so disappointed. You need to take your add off just eat if you cant deliver!

Ordered to burger meals and a free garlic bread one of the burger meals come with 9 chips and a little piece of lettuce and the garlc bread is no bigger than 4 inches what a rip off next time I'll be going to McDonald's meal went straight in the bin

The pizza was stone cold like it had been in a fridge so I had to put it in my oven for 20 mins. The kebab wasn’t hot it was just warm the chips were cold n hard I had asked for my pizza base to be cut down to be made thinner as I know remade pizza bases scan be as other pizza places have done this before for me including tour take away . This is the first time I have ever had bad food from this take away and it was really disappointing when we got our food and it wasn’t great at all It would be nice if we could get a refund or a voucher for when we next order food from this take away

Delivery Time was about 20minutes or so. But I think i know why. Had to cook the pizza myself as it was cold (I'm not joking) Considering I only live 300 or so yards away, shouldn't be cold.. even with the weather. Ordered a drink. Didn't receive. Never again..

The kebab meat itself was dry, hard and honestly it looked like it had been over cooked, left and warmed up again. I could make a kebab meat tire for a car it was that bad. And for some odd reason the naan bread tastes like perfume, the whole thing was thrown into the bin. The only thing nice was the cheesy chips and the delivery man who wished a happy new year.

Whats worse than being charged 95p for a can? Being charged 95p and it not geting delivered. Ordered 2 kebabs one was hot and fresh and 5/5. The other was ice cold and looked like cardboard. Such a disappointment.

So disappointed with our meals They arrived late ( 45 minutes from when text said food was on its way & cold Chips were clearly warmed up before being sent out to us they were stale and cold My salad from my order was missing rang the shop who originally insisted the salad was there - the meal was in front of me and was defo not there! They did offer to have a salad sent but then it would have been another hour My son never at his pizza he said it was cold and meat was hard We have binned our food ( which I would genuinely not do unless we had to ) Ended up cooking is a meal - totally defeats us ordering a takeaway and supporting local businesses will NOT a be ordering from here again really really disappointed would not recommend

Disappointed this time unfortunately. Ordered to collect at 6.45 and was notified food was ready at 5.30. Rang to advise I didn’t want food until 6.45 as per order and whoever answered phone said it was a mistake and food would be ready at 6.45. Collected at agreed time, got home, pizzas were cold. They had obviously been sitting around in their boxes since 5.30. A shame as their pizza is delicious, but I don’t like cold pizza!

Live literally down the road and the food was stone cold on arrival. Fries were freezing and hard. Pizza was awful, everything got binned. Waste.

First time ordering from my new build house that’s not on maps yet but driver called for directions, was polite & friendly & made sure food arrived hot & actually 30 mins earlier than stated. Food was great quality will defo be ordering from here again!

Food was nice and arrived on time but drinks didn't arrive with our order. Wrong drinks delivered an hour later. Rang shop to ask them to rectify mistake again but no staff available to take my call or provide a refund for the drinks which didn't arrive which was disappointing. Such a shame as have ordered from them many times before, but will look for alternatives now.

Ordered from here, was over half an hour late so rang and he said he was there in 5 mins, over half an hour again so I rang up again and he said it was delivered. They delivered it to the wrong house then told me there was nothing he could do an to order straight from there website so just eat dont take commission. Very rude on the phone. Just eat give me a refund. Would not order from here again. Understand things goes wrong but the way it was dealt with from the owner/manager was terrible. Such a rude person. 0/10.

Well ordered chicken burger with salad and sauce and a half pound cheese burger with chips what come was chicken burger no salad no sauce and same for cheese burger what utter disgust we have ordered from these fir years but last couple times been disgraceful we have just thrown them in the bin chips cold and tasted horrible burger was same as though they had been cooked with something else horrible our time as ended with Miami pizza

I make my orders for delivery or collection dependant on my schedule and have done for years. I must admit I do like to pick up the phone direct sometimes just because it is lovely not to just feel like just another customer, the dedicated team are not just keen to take the order and get you off the phone, it’s personal and reassuring. I am just as impressed with the service when ordering through the user friendly website or third party apps. Pizza & Kebabs are our usual food of choice and these are always of the highest standard and although I think of this as a weekly or twice weekly treat I don’t use the health option although refreshingly is is there as an option for the healthy eater. The food is well presented, warm and of excellent quantity & quality. I recommend Miami Pizza to anyone they are focused on customer satisfaction and attention to detail, if you make a reasonable request in adjustment to your order the team will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Ordered from here a couple of times however this time the pizza was abysmal. The sauce tasted horrible, the cheese tasted off and the toppings didn’t even stay on the pizza. Everything else was fine as usual however the pizza wasn’t.

Delivery driver just put the food on the floor whilst it was lashing down with rain, boxes got soaked and my 8 month pregnant partner had to pick them up from the floor as the delivery driver was already in the car and ready to drive off.

This place is normally my go to takeaway from the area but probably won't go back for a while. The staff were amazing but this time the calzone was burnt and dry and the flavours just werent right and it seemed dry.

Ordered garlic bread with cheese it didn't come rang the vendor, she was lovely and apologised and said it would be sent straight away, however the delivery driver was rude and nothing short of a wan÷#r and asked what was up with the 1st he didn't actually deliver.

My partner only finished work at 20:00 that’s why it was ordered for 20:30 and it came at 19:30

Got a pizza meal deal which included a kebab and it took about half hour but it was hot and good value for money and its at good standard , give it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but yes very good. Best in area.

first of all massive thank you to the staff at miami pizza, the pizza was of good quality and to my liking, the kebab with chicken had a nice portion and filled my tummy, my friend enjoyed the popcorn chicken and fries although they said the chips was like card board, overall the meal was pretty awesome

Having been recommended to try by a family member we did, if the rest of the food is as good as the kebabs then jeez will be back to try all the menu 👍🏼 Had a chicken & shish & chicken & donner not greasy, came with salad no sauce on my personal request absolutely beautiful lovely flavours and even the pitta fresh and not absorbed any grease from any meat quality produce and very tasty 😋
