Placed an order to wrong address which was sorted very well and dealt with perfectly. Food was vile, ordered a Donna meat and chips refused about 5 chips, added salad on the notes, no salad arrived. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, no pizza arrived when I phone up got it very quick which was not even eatable as it was sloppy and had 3 pepperoni’s in a 9inch pizza. Used to always order from here as food was gorgeous. Definitely wouldn’t order again. Gutted it’s gone down hill. Not one for leaving reviews and being a moaner. But, complete waste of money and time!

Meaty pizza far to spicy, had to put actual sugar on it to eat and even then i left half. Far to spicy for me, that said husband loved it but they've made it far to niche to ever order again for me. I've had the burgers before and they arnt to my taste either. That said husband was really happy with his pizza, says its best he's ever eaten. I won't be back, him maybe but as we often order together it won't be much as I can't stomach that amount of spice

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered from here last night ,never again, worst takeaway away food I have ever had delivered Where do I start, I ordered chicken and Donner kebab on naan bread with mayo and fries. I received the order on time. When I opened the fries and picked one up they were soggy, undercooked and also I noticed it looked like 2 separate batches of chips ,one that had been cooked before hand and one after and mixed together ,could easily see it Then I opens the kebab ,large portion ,however only 3 pieces of chicken ,2 of them were crunchy /undercooked and the rest of it say 90% was doner meat , again with the Donner meat it looked like a mix of 3 or 4 differently cooked meats again I mean timewise like some was cooked hours beforehand and some looked a bit better and so on. And then the nail in the coffin was absolute overkill with the mayo ,it was a ridiculous amount put on it Safe to say I didn't eat it ,still in my kitchen bin. Overall very very disappointed with it ,much better places to eat around st Helens but this is one I won't be ordering from again. Complete waste of money, I have a good mind to take the food back in later on when they open again and demand a refund or it's off to environmental health with it Not joking If I could give less than one star I would .

Ordered a chicken wrap thinking it would be a flat bread because thats was wraps are but it was a nan bread with breaded fried chicken in it,, i thought it would be fresh chicken off the grill, myself and my husband were very disappointed and will not be going again i rate this lower than 1 star.it should state it breaded chicken and not fresh chicken. - 1.

Not terrible pizza but still far from good. I would only go again if I have no choice.

Ordered a chicken burger meal tonight and chicken burger on its own the food arrived my burger was under cooked and really inedible. So I've tried to ring to explain thay put the phone down on us and putting the phone down on us naw . So we have no tea . I will not be ordering ever again. Disgusting behavior tbh .

It's the best chicken I've ever eaten in my life, everything is very delicious, the fries, onion, salad, amburger, and the value is great, for sure I will go back to buy, but what impressed me the most was the chicken that is crispy, my mother is full, but keeps eating the amburguer 😂😂 It's very good place, I'm glad I found a good place to buy food and that it's open until after midnight. 🙏

A bit run down but a do a great pizza

If I could give less than one star , I would. Orderd food, got half of the order , driver told me to call the shop so I called up and was told a driver had been sent with the rest. Didn’t turn up after half an hour . Called them again to be told I “was already given it” , “you are wrong” and “all the drivers went home” was told I’d get a refund for the missing items. Didn’t.

Placed order on just eat, order got confirmed and payment came out of my bank. Waited for food and when I phoned up they said they don't deliver to my address and then a notification come through that it was cancelled, then they put the phone down on me. I went into to speak about getting my money back and the manager wouldn't even come to talk to me, just stayed in the back. I am currently still waiting on my refund. Absolutely shocking and wouldn't recommend this place. Had to give 1 star but I would leave non if I could.

******AVOID AT ALL COSTS****** £14,30 for supposed full house kebab and all I got was a load of minging donner meat, also tried to charge me £1.60 for a bit of sauce on top. Really was a DISGRACE YOU AV BEEN WARNED FOLKS

I rang up three times and they was when I eventually got the pizza it was cold

I had all small scrapes of donor and paid full price. Over charged me as I placed the order on phone. If everything is done right only then food's not bad but unfortunately that's not the case.

I ordered off their app for collection, which was STRAIGHT FORWARD on the website. When picked up the takeaway they increased the price I disagree and showed them the price, which was proven on the confirmation email then they agreed. When opened the boxes of meals it was covered in salad at the top then the meat n chips on the side. however, it was MEGA dry as one meal was missing ketchup and the wrap in another was missing Mayo so a little child had an unpleasant wrap only ended up eating the chips. So the price for the meals was not up to STANDARD, the meals came with drinks but they was was at ROOM TEMPERATURE which wasn’t REFRESHING either. The menu looked good so I placed an order BUT NEVER again to say we wasted nearly £40 on.

Firstly put chilli sauce all over the donner meat an chips when we asked for a tub an then charged us for a large an when we took it home there wasn't enough to feed a small child never mind an adult. An also forgot the onions after saying it twice .Will never go again.

Can't fault the food at all but the delivery driver was an absolute joke that needs to sort his attitude out!!!!!!!!!!

The food we got tonight was amazing Hot ,fresh and tasty even on a Friday night 5 stars .

2 stars only coz they got the order right. Smallest kebab I've ever had, meat unremarkable, pitta too dry to eat. Came with a tin of ice cold pop in the same bag so half the kebab was cold. Advertised as free delivery no minimum spend (£8.50 minimum spend) never again.

Horrible food, no change given, no free garlic bread, thrown more away than eaten, what a waste of money. When rang up about free garlic bread, was fobbed off. Avoid at all cost

Food quality is spot on. But we went in person, ordered a half pounder burger with cheesy chips, and two sky scraper chicken meals. When we got home. We was missing a sky scraper meal. Went back to rectify as we had been charged for everything and the guy basically said we hadn’t paid enough, £20 is the cost for just two meals. It wasn’t according to his pricing on the menu. We ended up paying twice for one meal as we wasn’t given a receipt for proof and there was clearly a language barrier. Won’t be going back.

Good quality kebab and nice pizza

2 hours for a delivery on a Wednesday tea time ordered at 5 still not food by 7 rang up to be told on its way 20 minutes ago still nothing used to be a good place and quick but gone downhill bad

We always place a order for delivery and it comes hot and tasty. There is a about a half hour wait but that's no problem with the food being cooked ect being in consideration. This is our favourite place to order from.

Pizza was late 10 min. And swimming in oil. Awful. Never again.

I use this place a lot because the food is absolutely stunning, good value for money, always piping hot when it gets here, they're usually early delivering food, too! The person is very polite when you ring up and reads your order back to you to make sure. They've only ever forgotten 1 thing but I rang up and they got the missing out to me within 15 minutes and apologised, so did the delivery driver. I won't go anywhere else, thank you!

Horrendous service ordered 2 x full house kebabs told 45 minutes at 1 hour 20 mins rang ask were order was, told already on way be there in 5 mins, surprise to say 1 hour 30mins later still not turned up, rang them & told them cancel order as sick of waiting & been lied to, especially wen only live less than a mile away, staff other end of phone tried argue with cancelling & to give them 1 more minute, told them no cancel order, ended up going elsewhere 20 min wait that's all & much better food do not recommend chicago pizza, service discussing wish read reviews beforehand

So shocked this place has bad reviews. I think the pizza they cook is the best in St Helens. I've never ever had a problem.

I have rung up three times requesting delivery, they take my order then when I say my postcode they claim they now can't deliver as their driver has called in sick! Really all three times only on hearing my postcode! They advertise 4mile delivery radius, my address is only 2.9miles away so I don't understand their issue with this. However on reading the reviews, they make various lies up to paying customers about delievery. If their driver is calling in sick that often, I'd question their hygiene standards. Anyway, I went to collect as it's only a two minute drive, returned home, food cold and not correct. I had ordered and paid for two extra toppings on my pizza which were not there. Rang back and was told they couldn't send a replacement or send the money I had paid for the extra toppings. They are happy to take your money but have no interest in customer service or customer rights. There are several pizzas places next door and across the road from this place I suggest ordering from these alternatives, people that are willing to provide a good service for your money.

Stay away from this place orderd and asked for my kebab well done came back barely cooked some times its ok but now for the second time they cant understand the difference between garlic mayo and coleslaw and by the time they send the correct sauce my foods cold if u want good service and the correct order order from somewhere else

Orders always wrong. Then when you phone to complain they take no notice of you and tell you not to phone again. Horrible and rude.. food is terrible too dry leftovers

Ordered food and waited 45mins when told half hr. Rang to see how long order would be and got nothing but attitude and told me food was still in kitchen and had wait @ least extra 15mins but couldn’t promise it. He even suggested that I cancel!!! When I said I’d wait the extra 15mins. I replied your actually telling me to cancel after waiting so long when you told me half hr. Which he replied giving me plenty attitude it’s still in the kitchen. Wtf?. Look I don’t mind and understand there’s a wait but over an hr is clearly taking the piss! Been done before going here but never again! Spend my money I work hard for elsewhere where where it’s far better deserved!.

Awful!!! Ordered at 8pm for delivery at 9.15pm. Got a message to say order would be delivered at 9.30. Received a phone call at 9.38pm to advise they were about to cook my food but didn’t have what I had ordered so did I want something else!!!!!!! The answer is NO if I wanted something else I would have ordered something else or maybe you could have told me an hour and a half ago that you didn’t have what I wanted and I could have ordered from someone else. Shocking service will never order from this company again!! Can’t comment on the food as didn’t receive anything. I realise it’s a busy time of year but if you can’t fulfil your orders just tell the customer and they can go elsewhere rather than wait for nothing !

Fresh food high quality sociable staff

I firstly rang my favourite pizza takeaway and ordered a 10 inch pizza for £18.00 and when it arrived l thought it was a joke ....it was not worth that price and had hardly any toppings so l refused to pay and sent it back... the driver even agreed with me ! Later on l found this company who ordered me the same size pizza with same toppings for almost £9.00. ! To be honest l doubted it being the same quality but was so impressed l rang the owner....the same pizza was almost nine pounds with sides and it was so tasty !! I can honestly say this pizza was the tatiest by far and the service was amazing !!!
