Burnt donna meat thst was cold , cold chips only 1 tiny piece of shish the chicken was dry and cold . Total waste of money its going in the bin

After seeing the owners of this place emptying a vast amount of rubbish from their delivery van that blew all over bridge street ( bin was 10 foot away ) I shall not ever order food from there . Just ridiculous throwing rubbish out virtually right outside your doorstep. Suppose it's their culture

We have been ordering from here for years. We ALWAYS order our pizzas and calzone from Milano’s and they are usually perfect. They must have been having an OFF night , the calzone was acceptable but the pizza was awful. There wasn’t enough sauce and it didn’t go near the edge of the pizza. There was only a scattering of my extra mushrooms and olives certainly not compared to normal and the stuffed crust was over baked and very tough (I gave up trying to eat it. I was very disappointed.

ordered multiple times from this restaurant but really disappointed tonight will not be ordering again, food delivered wasn't correct without any explanation, parts of food stale and other parts undercooked and not edible, really disappointed

managed to obtain the 40% discount, on delivery didn't give me the order of Peroni beer. for the delivery driver to tell me, well you got 40% off. then when I challenged gave me a can of Carling (Which I despis), then gave me another to make up the price. I like the food, but the cheek, don't offer the discount if you cannot make the order.

Do not buy food from Milano’s. I have seen the owner buy expiring food from Tesco to use in his takeaway. I seen this firsthand and from looking at other reviews this looks to still be happening. This place needs looking into!

food was 45 later than the latest delivery time they specified. they pushed the order back another 15 mins. When it arrived my pizza was very overcooked with burnt cheese on top. Will not be ordering again.

Beware. I ordered 8 cans of Fosters for £23 delivered due to an unexpected late visitor. When I opened the bag they couldn’t have sent a worse or cheaper lager. Ended up with 8 cans of 3.4% alcohol small cans of Carlsberg. Absolute rip off.

The kebab was too spicy for me. I asked for the mild sauce, but there was still chilli in it so I couldn’t eat it.

Ordered my food cos i was absolutely starving but it only turned up over an hour later by that time i wasn’t starving anymore but wanted a fat nap my pizza was burnt AND cold cheese were soggy i thought they swam across english channel before they go to me Milk shake tasted like it has been in microwave one of them looked like a cup of radioactive slime long story short still starving and we have ran out of digestive biscuits good job 🎀🌸💗💅✨🌼🥰🌞

I'm not one for writing reviews but this is awful. food arrived over 40mins after I got the notification it was on its way. It was stone cold, wrong drink delivered an the customer service when I rang up to see where my order was, well I have no words. Trying to imply I hadn't received a notification as the food had just left. It was already past the lasted delivery time advised at that point. If I could give no starts I would. I'll be doing my best to get a full refund

Didn’t sent food. Tried to request refund via just eat. Text from restaurant stating they won’t refund but sent an extra item as an apology? So they either forgot my order or didn’t send it out to even be able to give a free item. Food finally came, no free item. It was cold. I’m not using Just Eat anymore, it’s always mither! Going direct with local restaurants that appreciate custom and have pride in their food.

absolutely vile freezing cold my bottle of coke was warmer than pizza garlic bread swimming in fat everything tasted like warm up I won't be ordering again from here vile wouldn't feed it to my dog

Delivered cold !! Cheap nasty Donner meat, real horrible grisly rubbish that came in a rock hard tortilla wrap and the fries were rank and cold. Only plus was The bin loved it. AVOID this place there are better options.

This is my one and only takeaway. I always order pizza and cheese chips on collection and is most of time perfect. Good pizzas with loads of garnish,crispy and very cheesy chips. Carlos is a very good man and is always a pleasure to have a little chat with him 😊

Delivered early but food quality wasn’t the best. Burnt pizza, ordered spicy chicken but it was regular chicken and onions not fully cooked.

Pizzas were nice and correct. Chips tasted like they were reheated or microwaved. Forget me dip I paid for.

We ordered the food on the basis it’d be delivered between 45-60 minutes (as it said against the company). The ETA given once we placed the order was already later than that so after a short time we tried to cancel the order but it was non-refundable so we kept the order in place. We waited and tried calling them lots but got no answer. It went well past it’s latest expected time so we eventually all went to sleep. The food came whilst we’d been asleep for ages - food has been left uneaten.

Ordered a 16 inch meaty legend, received a 14 inch margarita. Not the first time it’s happened, ordered double cheese burgers week before to receive all singles. We were regulars but not anymore, phone just rings and rings when you try to contact. Disappointing

Absolutely awful!! Never had such a bad meal from here than I have today. Said it would be 30-45 mins. Ordered at 12.05 and it turned up at 2am!!! Food was cold, naan bread rock hard and in edible and the garlic bread was burnt to a crisp. If I could add photos I would. Won’t be coming back here again

Fly in my burger,chips burnt, £12 minimum order then further £2 for delivery, for some reason allowed ¼ burger not ½ as they only have ¼ burgers in, delivery man was nice that was about it. ALL OVERPRICED POOR QUALITY LONG DELIVERY TIME need continue

Over 2 hours wait time, kept ringing up to see where it was to be told "it's on its way", 2 hours later it's still "on its way" I would review the food if I could actually taste it!!!! Rang again... kept answering and IGNORING ME!! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, do not go here if you actually want to receive food

Food came had mushrooms on pizza and the garlic bread was stuck to the box so when we opened the lid it ripped the cheese off the full lot of the food was wasted !!

Went in Friday evening, ordered off the menu above the counter (Kebab meal with chips and a drink). Staff tried to argue that the kebab didn't come with chips/drinks even though it was listed as a meal. Got really aggressive and demanded I pay extra for items included in the neal. Other customers got involved pointing out that the meal was advertised as "with chips and drink" until the staff relented and provided what was advertised. Really aggressive and rude staff. AVOID!!

Absolutely abysmal food & service. 2hrs 45 mins for food to be delivered & it was stone cold & congealed. Barely edible at all! Shocking that this standard of food was deemed as acceptable by the restaurant to be delivered! I will make sure that no one I know orders from here after the service received this evening.
