Suttons Pizza & Kebab House in St. Helens

Fabulous and outstanding food service the staff at the kebab shop are very friendly and welcoming and I love the atmosphere love the food what they cook love your kebab and pizza

did not receive it wanted it delivered.

Pizza was dry the onion rings were beautiful the garlic mushrooms were just squashed in a tiny tray they was all broken they were gorgeous if I hád a bigger tray but honestly absolutely gorgeous xxx

Ordered £40 worth of food for it to not turn up. When we called up to see where our order was they said they haven’t received our order. Money has been taken from our bank account and just eat is saying it has been delivered. Not happy.

Order took over 2 hours. Asked for an update through just eat. Said I'd receive a text update. I didn't. I had to call the takeaway to be told my order hadn't even left the kitchen. They'd also sent a "courier on way" within the estimated window. When mentioned on the phonecall it was pressed "by mistake". Over 2 hours it took. Food wasn't great either. I would have thrown it away but was that hungry. Won't be returning again.

This has always been our favourite kebab place, but the last couple of times has been disappointing. Tonight food arrived barely warm, and the food was overcooked. My son had onion rings in with his popcorn chicken. My sons popcorn chicken was hard and dry, as where the onion rings. Gutted as this place used to be the best!

food was lovely, but delivery was almost 2 hours, we didn't think it was coming as a notification came up that it had been delivered. Tried ringing the shop but it was engaged. Another notification came through after saying it had been delivered saying it was on its way, then it took another 35 minutes for it to come. To top it off driver went to my neighbours house with our food before realising his mistake

Food was nice. But both pizzas and garlic bread was squashed against one side of the boxes. So as you can imagine most of the topping was stuck. It was as if they had been carried on their end. Sad really when food is so well made.

Waited over an hour and half for a burger. Delivered 20 mins late over the hour and half. Food was freezing cold and the burger was like rubber

Had a Sutton's Box from here and blown away by it. Meats were really nicely cooked, the chips were great and even the salad was really fresh. Will definitely be ordering again.

First time I've had a problem with an order, no salad or sauce on one of my burgers as selected. The chips wasn't as delicious as usual. Everything else was spot on as it always has been.

The absolute worst rip off merchants I have ever come across, accepted my order online, took my money then cancelled my order. When I rang for an explanation I was informed my address was "too far" even though it stated on the website they deliver to my address. The manager informed me I would recieve a refund in 5 days even though I have had numerous deliveries from this same pizza place one being last weekend! When I informed him I had paid deliver charge he stated did I really think that was enough to cover the cost of the driver!! Even though it is their website that set the delivery charge!! He was rude, arrogant and offered me absolutely no solution after taking my money!! I would not advise anyone to order from here as they take your money and do not DELIVER YOUR FOOD!! Unprofessional, rude, arrogant, rip off place!!

Ordered food on their own website. So its impossible to get a refund... called shop as items were missing to be told that's not the deal they do anymore. They said they changed the offer on just eat and it mustn't have changed on the website yet. Checked just eat and offers are still the same as the website. Missing a bunch of items including my daughters ice cream. Disappointed child and absolute rip off merchants. Wont be back!

Spot-on doner kebab. Hot, fresh, thinly sliced doner meat; fresh salad, and the right kind of chilli and garlic sauces for kebabs. Bravo.
