Second time I've asked for no onions and both times it's been covered in them.

Absolutely spot on and delicious

Had the mixed kebab box absolutely delicious and it was massive not scared to put meat in my dogs loved it as well massive bits of chicken n lamb

Always consistently great food.

I am local and often order from here. In all honesty the food is good, however on most occasions when I pre order, my order is still only delivered 10-15 minutes late. Never an apology or offer anything extra. Also, I am literally around the corner but still have to pay two pound delivery every time, I can't go and collect as I'm alone with the children and can't leave them or take them with me at the time I order it for as it's past their bed time. Over all, good food but the service isn't very reliable or helpful.

wasn't very happy I waited for just over 2 hours for one pizza and chips I called the shop twice and was told my order was with a delivery driver and would be 10 maybe 15 minutes that was after over an hour of waiting I called again when it was reaching the 2 hour mark and was told the same thing nice pizza but not worth waiting 2 hours for when you have two kids yelling because they are hungry

used to order from here years ago, but stopped as the food quality wasn't good, thought I would try it again and it's absolutely amazing! so fresh.

Items missing from the order, also burgers where over cooked, buns where burnt. Had to wait even though I had a message saying ready to collect. Taking on way to many orders

Delivery was earlier than advised which is great but food went straight in the bin. Garlic bread was terrible, burnt, dry as a bone and hard.

This is my new favourite takeaway. I always get the suttons box kebab, it's got abit of all the meats, always comes hot and fresh every time I order. And the price is great 👍

Ordered the mix kebab share box there was loads of meat 😊asked for pitta instead of garlic bread which was great! The food was piping hot and on time and deffo recommend this great value for money and was delish 😋

Waited an hour and 15 minutes to be told the driver had left 10 minutes ago and was on his way. Waited another 20 minutes and was told they didn’t know which driver had took the food or where they had gone. Shambles.

Ordered food on just eat, the app said it was delivered nothing had arrived I rang and they told me they handed it to my son, I don't have any kids after me telling them I don't have the food they admitted they hadn't delivered to my house and they knew it wasn't the right address

Unfortunately this place has gone right down hill. Chips are microwaved and awful, next to no meat. 3 separate times I've had orders wrong with noway of contacting the restaurant. Will not be ordering again

This was our first time ordering through just eat. I pre-ordered for 5pm and it was at the door by 5 too. Fresh hot food and it was nice to see they put the salad for the donnor kebab in a separate box, so what wasn't eat right away went into the fridge for later. They even gave me a call because just eat duplicated my order and they just wanted to make sure I hadn't ordered two meals. So they cancelled it and just eat gave my money back.

I have ordered a few times in the past the munchbox and I've noticed the portion size get smaller and smaller. Hope this will change on my next order. That's my only complaint

Absolutely amazing the kebab we never had like it in the town. I think it wears to try highly recommend arrived hot and tasty 🤤

It took 2 hours before the food arrived. We had to ring twice to chase it up, the first time we were told it will be another 10 mins but it still hadn’t come after half an hour so we phoned again and were told again it will be 10 mins but it was another 15 Mins. I will be requesting a refund. We only ordered 2 kebabs this is shocking.

Really fast delivery and great food

Had an issue with my postcode (due to living on a new estate) called the restaurant and it was immediately rectified even with it being the busiest time on year

Just ordered my dinner from those. My fault I placed the other to the wrong address. I sometimes order for my disabled friend who can't use the Internet. My mistake. And would pay extra for it being delivered to the right address. Driver was fine. I ring the shop up and just argueing with me. I've spent around 30/50 a time here and ordered a few times now won't be. Also said to canel my order.

Pizza was dry the onion rings were beautiful the garlic mushrooms were just squashed in a tiny tray they was all broken they were gorgeous if I hád a bigger tray but honestly absolutely gorgeous xxx

Ordered £40 worth of food for it to not turn up. When we called up to see where our order was they said they haven’t received our order. Money has been taken from our bank account and just eat is saying it has been delivered. Not happy.

Order took over 2 hours. Asked for an update through just eat. Said I'd receive a text update. I didn't. I had to call the takeaway to be told my order hadn't even left the kitchen. They'd also sent a "courier on way" within the estimated window. When mentioned on the phonecall it was pressed "by mistake". Over 2 hours it took. Food wasn't great either. I would have thrown it away but was that hungry. Won't be returning again.
