Food was extremely cheap and tasted amazing, no complaints, 10x better than the local KFC

Just Donner meat , no salad or sauce 🤦🏻‍♂️ chicken burger was probably a 20p one from Heron …. What an absolute joke ….. My expectations weren’t high on ordering but seeing the food and then tasting it , DISGUSTING!!!!! Don’t waste your money in here

The Fiery burger from here is amazing. That lads are great & very friendly, service is usually quick too. If you order online or over the phone they never mak your fries until you get there to puck up, ensuring freshness.

Food nice as normal however Ice cream arrived and not correct. Wrong one sent. I ordered and paid for caramel chew and got cookie. Not happy…

Best chicken shop in town,come in every week,amazing food and service, would recommend wings meal and the gravy, food is very cheap and affordable and great portion sizes but needs seating inside

Please start using a cooler bag for carrying ice cream. At £6 a pop I would like it to be frozen as each time it has arrived it’s been melted due to then being attached to hot food. Other than that food is good.

Fantastic food as always, pizza was unbelievable and thin like a real authentic pizza. Kebab was unbelievably good and dinner was particularly fresh which is a lovely surprise! Chicken was better than kfc my head actually fell off don’t know it till you try it. 10/10 and I’ll be back thankyou guys

Was feeling hungry and the bus stop was right outside Frankie's so gave it a try. Ordered chicken fillet burger with chips and drinks. The burger was a typical frozen chicken breast and only a small cut out from the breast at best . It was the same size as the bum. Quite small tbh. The burger tasted okay nothing special, the fries on the other hand where hot fresh and salted perfectly, also a good portion compared to say maccies. Would try this place in the future for there drumsticks or other poultry goods .

Didn’t ask for collection I rang and asked could it be delivered if I paid as I can’t drive and they was very rude and said collection and put the phone down on me so I had no food I want a refund

shame the bucket didnt come with a drink as ide have ordered a bottle ok coke, food is allways exemplary from here though.

The driver was so horrible we took about 2 minutes to get to the door my bf was stood there unlocking it and he banged again loud aswell and was just utterly rude

Food gorgeous as ever! Only thing was you forgot to put the cheese on my shawarma and chips, and I even left a food note about cheese! I didn't think it was important enough to ring up for and accidents do happen so no worries. All the rest of the food was amazing as always and we will be back next week! :)

Pizza was sloppy and unpleasant but the rest of the food was really good.

If you like fresh, hot food that's delivered rapidly to your door get Frankie's chicken. Their chicken strips recipe is second to none. You really need to taste it. Way better than any leading brands.

The garlic sauce was too earthy , and I think you need be more specific on the word cheese , I wanted grated cheese not cheese slices

Ordered from here for a few yrs , stopping due to issues with deliveries, delays etc but not because of the food. Have recently ordered again and today and no issues, time stated was delivered in. Food here is nicer than KFC. Ordered 2 x family mix boxes great value , 6 burgers fries and a ton of chicken. Ignore old reviews

food wasn't great. Garlic bread didn't have much taste and the gravy was like water. no taste and very thin.

Tried for first time, had chicken, fries in red salt and garlic bread with cheese. Can't fault it, the chicken is by far better than KFC. Can't wait to try for pizza and kebabs.

Fab service every single time. Gorgeous food 😋 they sent us freebie and wrote on the box (on the house) sent me a can of pop even though the option was side dish or can of pop. I picked to have a side and they still sent me a can of pop. which I really appreciated. top customer service 10 outa 10 🙂

I ordered my meal from this restaurant when it arrived. It was stone cold. I rang the company up the manager of the company says he is on his way with your food. It was stone cold so I have to put it in the bin. I would like my money back not happy at all.

the timing was fantastic - got my food 15 minutes after placing the order. food was really nice, Donna meat was top tier, fries nicely salted and really nice but the only thing I would pick at was the bun on the filet burger was soggy. apart from this I've no complaints whatsoever and have ordered from here before and food has always been up to scratch and always deliver well before expected time.

chicken was grease and stringy worst chicken kebab I have had yet. chips were over done and just way too hard and cold on arrival.

wow!!!! the fiery burger is absolutely gorgeous!!! I rang the restaurant as i wanted onions on the burger and they listened and put them on!!! the pizzas are also gorgeous!!! 5 stars!!!

Hi we received are order but rather then receiving a hawian pizza we received another garlic bread with cheese so in the end we got 9 inch garlic bread with cheese and a 12 inch garlic bread with cheese which is not what we asked for as we did not receive are pizza

Usually this place is excellent.....tonight, not so much. Fries were good but thats about where the good news ends. Husband ordered a donner calzone with hardly any meat on, but said it tasted OK. 12yr old got a cheese burger that he only ate half of because it was tasteless and very greasy. And I got a shwarma kebab that was basically just skin and fat on a dried out naan bread that was full of grease. Such a shame as we usually LOVE the food from frankies. Oh and we got free chicken strips that were extremely soggy but tasted OK. Really very disappointed 😞

The delivery was good but I don't get these five star reviews as it was nowhere near Some advice on the packaging when ordering chicken and chips I feel they should both be packaged separately on delivery as the chicken ends up soggy I used to come here when it first opened but now it's not very good it constantly arrives soggy and just basic as a chicken shop I feel you should pride yourselves in delivering crispy chicken just some thought as the chicken always ends up soggy

Frankies chicken is the best chicken on the planet. I've ate chicken everywhere and if you like piping hot stable food at a very good price that arrives usually way too fast. I mean if they can do it why can't everyone else?!!
