Every time without fail the food gets better and better, we must order from here at least 3-5 times a month, we lead such busy lives and find ourselves here more and more, honestly don't care what any other review is on here, if you find yourself in a pinch and looking for something to eat one night give these guys a try they will not disappoint, it gets better with every order, the pizza 5* the donner 5* chips 5* the service 5* these guys are just 5*, get yourself an express pizza and get tucked in best pizza/burger takeout in accrington and i would dare to say in most of the northwest. Keep up the good work lads true local legends

After waiting 1 hour over there latest delivery time and ringing them multiple times to get told its 5 minutes away. The driver turned up to tell me not to order with them and they always lie and most orders will take around 2 hours and he was only given the food 10 minutes before and not over 1 hour as they told me, which I can belive as it was still warm. But then the order was wrong and even the chips were inedible as they had been burnt. When there own drivers warn you away from the place it says something.

Ordered at 12.45am delivered by 1.15am. By far the best chicken burger & pizza I have had from a fast food takeaway. Will not go anywhere else from now on.... That good even phoned them to let them know how impressed we was. Definitely recommended 👌

Ordered food with the restaurant through foodhub. Over 2 hours and still nothing, they don't answer the phones to customers or to foodhub agents. They put a note on foodhub saying the food had been sent for delivery when it hadn't. Had to argue to get a refund from foodhub. Will not be ordering from here again.

I've never really bothered with takeout but for "pajama night as me and the kids called it!"I wish we'd have known sooner about this place,(kids loved it no matter ),but I can honestly say your gonna like this place, point is they go all out to be sure you are happy with your order, I'm the kind of person who prefer"s to get extra shopping than get take out ,I'll never live it down but they really are in my opinion well worth the reasonable price.

Partner ordered, 1 hour 25 minutes after I contacted them, called me a liar told me there was no order placed with them, stated they'd taken the money, our food was ordered but put the phone down, rang back to state they do have the order even stated foodhub says "if you need any help contact Express pizza" and I read out there contact number, within 30 seconds told me they actually did have the order and they'll get it to us within 15 minutes, no apology for the terrible customer service, clearly tried pulling a fast one with a £9.79 order, BE AWARE. Sorry but won't be returning with that service wether the foods "tasty" or not, donner meat came cold and cheesy chips too 🙄😒👍

Turned up an hour late with completely the wrong, lukewarm, order, ordered a garlic bread with cheese and got some sort of calzone pizza with sea food chicken and sweetcorn

Used to order frequently until recently when they got my order wrong and over charged us then the food came the meat on the pizza was only half cooked and the salad in the kebab was expired never in my life will I order from here again

Ordered my food before it was closed and the guy reassured me I would recive my food I work evenings so I hadn’t eaten since about 4 that afternoon (rang them at 02:00) but I was still waiting at quarter past 3 in the morning this is terrible customer service and I will not be taking my business here again next time just be honest with your customers instead of making me wait up for food that was never going too arrive absolute waste of my time

absolutely epic food it helped me get my first dub on fortnite because the pizza gave me magical powers and i was so happy i had a heart attack and died but then i was brought back to life with his burger. absolutely beautiful food 10 out of 10 would recommend to vegans

Fairly alright place & quick delivery, not had a problem anytime I've visited but if I'm honest, it costs a little more per item compared to the majority of the places around here!... Though it does happen to be only one of two that stays open until the very small hours! 😉

First and last time I will order I read the reviews and all I can say is people mustn't have tastebuds because the thin based pizza (thin base should be just that that thin and crispy) it was very soggy and doughy it was also tasteless the fries were barely passable overall just very very bland not tasty at all it went into the bun so waste of time and money

Was quick delivery but there was things missing and the chicken wings were spicy which I didn't order

Called the restuarant 15 mins after the order was due, was told the driver was on his way. 30 mins later no food, so I rang again and was told it'd be with me in 10 minutes, so I asked for a refund instead. Was told the driver has a heart problem and went to hospital so it would be sent out again, so insisted on a refund. Redirected to Just Eat to arrange a refund. Guess we're going hungry tonight as its 1am. Won't be giving this place another go.

Always seem to forget something or not read the comments correctly, although they sort it out its a massive inconvenience when you finish work at half 1 - 2 in the morning and thats my tea!! Overall its really good food apart from the donner meat which is covered in grease, almost like its deep fat fried or sat in grease until served

Only thing they ever do wrong or dont do, is read the comments... missed a few requests for sauces but thats all they have done wrong. The donner meat is very greasy, still edible but im not sure why its drenched in oil/grease

Ordered chips & cheese but received small portion of plain chips which i paid £2.20 for.

Pizza was burnt asked for no chillies sure chilli powder was on the base. Chips were half cooked and greasy.

Donner meat was good nan bread was rock hard and really chewy and the pizza we ordered was rock hard and tasted sour so that went in the bin apart from that the chips where good and delivery time was reasonable.

I would give less than a 1 for each, if I could! Food was 26 minutes late(on a Tuesday, when we had orders it an hour and a half earlier). When we rang to check where our food was, the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me, and then my husband. The food arrived stone cold, we put it in the oven, but it wasn't salvageable (probably because it had been sat in a car for the 26 or more minutes it was late). The delivery guy was rude and dismissive and when we lodged a further complaint, the person on the phone was even more rude! We have eaten from here before and never had a problem, we are returning customers. However, we will not return again! And I am disappointed I even have to pay for this mess of a meal!
