What a fabulous takeaway. We had ordered online and forgot the salad. Rang them up to ask for it to be added to our order and I'd pay the driver. They gave it us for free. Pizza normally a bit soggy, but we put in the notes to make it well done...and they did exactly that. Makes us keep ordering time after time. Keep it up toppings

Well, unfortunately we have had to throw away the cheese and tomato pizza away. My husband ordered sauces intended for him as he believed the sauce would come in a small tub however, was put all over the pizza and far too spicy for our son

Food was delivered on time or within the specified time however I’ve been a customer of toppings for some time now and the food was different, the pizza bases were stodgy, the cheese burgers were overcooked and tasted like rubber, no salad on the burgers, wrong sauces on the wrong food items missed two cans of drinks too. Fair to say that toppings is now on the list to avoid, shame though as I quite liked their food but this order was taking the mick!

Apart from the Donna kebab being cold the other part of the order was ok.

The food was really good - the only thing we didn’t like was the “Garlic sauce” tastes cheap and nasty. Please change to a better one. The meats and everything was yummy and very good portion size. The order was delivered 1/2 hour later than expected.

The chips were so wet and soggy, Massive mix up with the menu, it states mix burger meal, you choose the 1st burger and then the next option for the 2nd burger, so from reading the menu and clicking the options it should be 2 burger boxes! annoying!

Our new favourite takeaway however we’ve been twice and they’ve got it wrong twice. Second time they missed a tray of dinner meat, which was annoying. Before management reply, I’m not ringing for it because tea will be cold before it’s here! More annoying because the food is so tasty, definitely best kebab place in accy.

Mix burger meal, I got cheeseburger and chicken burger and it was by far the best burger I have had from a takeaway. Very tasty and warm when it arrived. The chips were also fab, nice and warm, not soggy or overcooked. Definitely be ordering again

hot and fresh delicious food. Missing portion of fries, called up and they were very apologetic and fixed the mistake immediately and delivered it within 3 minutes. Above and beyond customer service. Overall, very tasty food and amazing staff. Highly recommend and will order again.

would have got 5 stars the food was so delicious couldn't fault it. but I paid 2.50 thinking was branded bottle of coke (large) but was aldis own branded cheap cola wasn't happy and tasted flat.

For £8+ the tandoori chicken kebab wasn’t worth the money. It was only tiny

Absolutely disgusting food. Rocked up 20 mins earlier than said. They fecked off because I was in the shower and came back 30 minutes later with stone cold food. Absolute p take. Even after warming it up, it was purely disgustin, .everything just tasted of salt, more salt in this than the Dead Sea. How!!! Unbelievable

Cold food, sauce was split all over in the bag

Keeps chucking left over kebab meet down a local estates back alley. Reported to council. Video footage has been captured every time and came to the back alley in a toppings car. This is not a false review. Your driver used a toppings delivery car to do this every Wednesday at 1:30am. All footage has been sent. I’ve no reason to make this up but if an animal gets sick from you throwing food waste you will be getting the vet bill.

The naan bread was burnt and so was some of the shish.. they forgot one of the kebabs too and had to wait over 20 minutes to arrive. Wasn't a good kebab at all this time.

Waited a long time. Kebabs were luke warm.

Ordered a beef burger meal for a reason. I don’t like cheese and came home to cheese on my chips all stuck together like it was re heated. Nasty scran

Quality food everything guaranteed

Used toppings for years but very disappointed tonight. Ordered for delivery. The app gave a 45 minute delivery time which is normal I then waited an hour and a half for my food to be delivered and upon ringing to find out where my order was was told 10 minutes first time this was 10 mins after my delivery time I then waited another half an hour before ringing again. Rude delivery staff sat in his car on his phone for 5 minutes when he arrived then continued on the phone when he ce to my door while I checked my food wasn't cold. It wasn't cold but not hot like it normally is. Very disappointed

Delicious food and brilliant service

After waiting 2hrs we got cold food. The phone then wouldn’t even ring and seemed like our number had been blocked. Such a shame as the food is normally good and thought we’d found out new favourite…. We won’t be back after horrendous customer service and cold food

Very nice clean food. Love the achari pizza. Only recently tried Toppings and it's now on my favourites list. The food can take around an hour to arrive (which you can expect - if you want it sooner then pick it up) but when it does arrive it's always been worth the wait.
