Ordered food, it never arrived… sound

Not worthy of the name. One would think, with a name like “pizza dome” they would know how to prep and cut pizza probably. Pizza was disappointing for many reasons. The star was for the chips and even these were either cool more than once or over cooked Go elsewhere.

Wow!!! Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse!!! I’ve got a dead piece of cardboard they’re trying to call pizza! It’s awful!the name pizza dome lull’s you into a false sense of security!!!! The food is disgusting!! Still picking through onion and bone, edit** never open when it says it is!! Food is garbage!!

Shocking delivery speed. Took over a hour then the order was short Several phone calls and two hours later rest of the order came and wasn't correct ..

Excellent experience. Excellent service. Staff have always been very nice and go above and beyond and the food was delicious once again. Never had an issue with this place. Cannot fault. Delivery was on time. 100% recommend.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a chicken kebab and I knew before I opened it that it was going to be rubbish because it felt empty. Hardly any chicken on it. The garlic sauce was slimy. It went straight in the bin. Will not be ordering from here again.

Food arrived 2 hours late and was stone cold. Left on my doorstep without knocking, said they knocked and rung the doorbell but when i rang half an hour prior to this they said that they think the driver has just set off.

I’ve been ordering with this restaurant for 3 years, almost every week. I got off the phone to them the other day trying to place an order to which I was told to “****” myself by the person who answered the phone. This was completely out of the blue and I’m really confused. I didn’t provoke the staff in any way and I’m so disgusted and appalled as I’ve been so loyal as a customer. You’ve lost one for life, you should be ashamed.

Told a few weeks ago from guy in store to download app and place order that way, which we've just done. Now refusing to honour said order as they don't use it, claim to be under new ownership (apparently in past week) and money has gone to previous owner. Couldn't answer why I was told to download app, or why it's still being advertised as their platform. Given two contact numbers for 'platform', none of which are contactable. Not legitimate at all, and will be placing a chargeback with my bank.

Ordered through just eat, they got our address wrong, missed added toppings, and it just isn’t good pizza. It was reasonably quick delivery though.

I ordered a meal for my family today and they came a little early but it was the best I’ve tasted since a while from them I ordered 3 pizza and the dough was so fesh it unbelievable taste of expense👍

Ordered a takeaway from pizza dome great harwood and I was not happy with the food I ordered a jacket patato with chilli con carne, but what I got was an under cooked jacket patato and kidney beans and green chillies that is not a chilli con carne to me and it didn’t look appetising at all will not be going here again… everyone else’s food was okay not great but okay just a let down with the jacket patato

Great takeaway in Great Harwood been there over 25 years.. staff are helpful and friendly.. everything from pizza's to donner kebabs and a kids special meal deal.. I call them for delivery and its always within 30 minutes..

Ordered 1garlic pizza with portion of lamb Donna meat, and a can of Rio, Rio was a can of lilt, Donna was chicken, plus my pizza dome special kebab with NO salad should consist 2 Sliced seekh kebab roll, chicken, shish & donner, Donna was chicken not lamb, there was no seekh and it was piled high with salad, it was also to late to ring and complain, Will not be buying from them again that's the most exspensive salad IV ever had,

Order was wrong i ordered a pizza dome special kebab without salad was given salad also ordered a can of rio was given lilt If simple orders cant be sent out right then dont offer delivery or learn to double check the order before it goes

One star because they are open...service abosolublty shocking. But what do you expect. I wouldn't tread my dog as bad as they treat white people even though that's their income...yes may be racist but I've witnessed week in and week.out there behavior...disgusting.

dont order you get half order and threats for refund they will give you cold food and treat you like crap

Have tasted their burgers and pizzas recently they were outstanding in taste and presentation. I think just because it came under new management recently there is a big improvement to be seen. Ordered for my guests and they loved it.. Highly recommend this place for pizzas and burgers.. Spot on 👍👍

Rubbish food and always get the order wrong

gone down hill badly since all these really young workers are left to cook and prep food. Donner kebabs was a favourite only from this place and it hasnt been the same since the beginning of this year. Disapointing but lazy managment for ya. Also purposely short changed about 4 pound when they didnt have change and hopefully thought i would not notice the little rascals it was obvious..... P.m. Owner get it sorted out lidd

Very disappointed. Ordered chicken wraps for me and my boys. It says comes with salad,only had a tiny bit of lettuce and one was ment to be large,I paid an extra £1 for a tiny chicken strip. My husband and other son order a pizza they said they where OK.

Ordered a chicken fillet burger, not listed as spicy at all. Food came and it is unnecessarily spicy. I physically can't eat my burger and have just wasted my money on my meal.

Ordered last night and not only did it arrive 90 minutes later but the food was shocking. Called numerous times to be told "2 minutes". Ordered the hot rocks meal deal and the only thing hot about it was the temperature..more like pieces of chicken dipped in old batter..no taste at all. Very disappointing and will definitely avoid.

If I could leave no stars I would. Worst place to eat I wouldn’t even call it a takeaway I’d call it a place to cause illness. I’d have a better death by COVID than eat the food from here. Wanted donner pizza and I received a margherita pizza with some unwanted soggy donner on top. Called up to try sort this out the guy was very rude and did not care what the customer had to say. If you’re a person who enjoys going to the toilet a lot this is the place for you.

I ordered a takeaway meal online at this place and put my order in at 1718 said it was scheduled to come around 1800 after phoning them at around 1830 they couldn’t find my order anyway they found it and eventually got my food 2005 the food was bang average at best I got a slight apology but I won’t be using again.

90 minutes late and then delivered the wrong order, waited another 25 minutes for our order which was disgusting. Chips tasted like they'd been re-heated multiple times, pizza was overdone and chicken burger was cold. Can safely say I won't be wasting my money again.

Don't know what oil they use for the chips but instantly made me sick. Not good!

Sorry guys but i have now re edited my review from excellent to poor. The last to chicken kebabs i have ordered have been awfulin size portions both large yet very little chicken hardly any salad . very very disapointing . wont use again

Used to be regular enough to see just how downhill it's gone, less meat, less salad, cold. Now charging for delivery on top of JustEat prices. Pay an extra £ for a naan bread, never a problem previously but now get some brittle tiny naan bread thing that disappeared when I tried to wrap what little kebab I had. I'll be finding elsewhere from now on.

Food cold tasted like plastic and no drink in order even thou I ordered won't order again

Food may be nice but twice we have placed an order and for it to be late. Will not order from them again. Placed an order last night. Delivery expected in 45 minutes. Ok great. 55 minutes later. Please wait another 10 minutes... Half an hour more we phone up only to be told (with no kindness) "we've just started cooking it now! It will be with you in twenty minutes" unhappy and another half an hour later we call again and guess what? "we've just started cooking the chicken now" Seriously? 2 hours after I place the order they still haven't even started cooking? Disgraceful. Didn't even care to loose a customer. After reviewing I've also seen their food hygiene has been rated as "NEED URGENT IMPROVMENT" not just now but for the last 3 years! How awful. Please don't use these guys.

3 years on the trot a zero hygiene rating has been rewarded, obviously they don't want to sort it out.

Has a good menu but when you call up and deliver something it takes a while. It takes less time to go and pick it up yourself. The food is of okay standards. Not the best food but okay for a fast food place. Definitely recommend having a pizza, deep crust though!

Highly recommend any pizza from there especially deep pan, the base and crust is spot on.. Not too overdone. Been going here ever since I was a kid and it has never disappointed. Couldn't imagine this place ever closing. In my opinion this is one of, if not, the best takeaway in Great Harwood. Speed of service is excellent. Oh and the delivery driver is a legend haha funny guy!

Absolutely perfect as always....except for the fact that I ordered chocolate ice cream but received vanilla, not a mega problem but still was slightly disappointed was so looking forward to that chocolate ice cream hahah

I wasn't expecting to pay an extra delivery charge of £4 ? wish this was specified before I received the order, the chicken wings were cold and looked like scraps of meat from left over meals

After the mess up with one of my previous orders I was reluctant to order again. But I did and my order was messed up again. And then when I rung up to have my order corrected was fobbed off with excuse after excuse

You are charging 5.50 for a chicken strip meal which was fine before but now you just changed chicken strips to really small to the point its not worth it get the old size back and I'll order again

Normally food from here is brill but this time was a bit of a let down food was over cooked and dry, garlic bread and Parmesan was good but overall a bit of a let down for me and my guests, was also 40mins late with no phone call delivery guy was really apologetic and said they were busy hope this was a one off and food is normally amazing

Well I asked for tomato sauce and I got chilli instead so I couldn't eat the food and the chips which didn't have sauce on we're well over done. My friend didn't eat their garlic bread as they didn't like it either so was a complete waste of money.

We order from pizza done regularly, whether it a kebab or a pizza. We have left several good reviews, but unfortunately last nights meal was disappointing. My girlfriend and I order a kebab each on naan bread. The wait time was much longer than usual, I can understand if they are busy. The naan bread was a big low. Usually it's very good, this time it had been toasted and was tasteless, I personally had garlic naan, but you wouldn't have thought it. I also asked for cheese on my kebab, I've mentioned this previously to be added to their just eat menu as an extra for kebabs, yet it hasn't been added. We then get a call telling us we need to pay for the cheese, we ordered on card as we had no cash handy so then had to scrabble around for the money. I do trust pizza done and I see this as a blip. If the naans are new then don't buy again, go back to the other stuff/ don't toast them in my opinion. Otherwise usually a very good takeaway.

I order frequently from here so was extremely disappointed with this order. It's arrived finally after 2 hours, was cold, soggy and squashed to the box. the ice cream was melted and leaking. The driver did take the ice cream back and reimbursed my daughter half the price of the ice cream. Not sure what happened here pizzadome?

The food was swimming in oil, 2 pieces of cucumber and 1 slice of tomato isnt a salad. The donner was very spicy and i had to ring up as they forgot my drinks.

Usually pick up from here and its always good. This time delivery was 2 hours and was missing toppings i paid 2.50 extra for. Pretty poor

The takeaway was over an hour and a half late, every time we rang up we just got the same answer "oh it's just a minute away" on numerous occasions. Very unhelpful and poor service all round
