Food good but customer service is very bad guy's bad experience he didn't know how to serve customer

Me and the wife have been here twice now. Once with just the two of us and once with the grandson as well. They do a pretty decent pizza and garlic bread (the only thing my grandson tends to eat when we are out 😂 ) and the chicken fillet burger was excellent. On our first visit the wife did mistake the hot sauce for ketchup and despite my warning to try it separately first she just looked me dead in the eye and said “Kiel, it’s ketchup!” and proceeded to put on her chips. A decision she regretted quite quickly and led to me probably looking a little smug. On our next visit with the grandson she made sure she asked 😂

Absolutely amazing! First time ordering from here and we'll definitely be back! I'm a chef by trade and my partner had an Italian restaurant, their pizzas are phenomenal! Traditional thin base, perfect amount of toppings and not slippy, fresh herbs and loads of choice

We ordered 3 meals, and not a single one arrived to us as described or intact. The chicken induced sickness, and the toilet wanted to throw it back up also. The kebab was lathered in an unreasonable amount of sauce and had no bread as described. The mozzerella pops were soggy and crushed, showing that your restraunt can't even fry a piece of cheese. When I called to complain to the establishment, understanding that a one-off can happen, I was faced with the most rude, unintelligent man I've ever spoken to over the phone. He just blamed us as customers and refused to acknowledge the slip of standards. Then, he went on to block my phone number, meaning that I had to contact from another number. We have been here before and been met with a much higher standard, hence such disappointment. I am heavily considering complaining to a higher-up within the company as I have been insulted by this takeaway. Will most certainly not ever be ordering here again.

Authentic Italian style pizza on a thin base just how pizzas should be! the pizzas are so flavoursome and aromatic!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to all. The other items on menu especially the kebabs are amazing, food quality is on point and the portions are excellent value for money! The customer service here is also great! Keep up the hard work and see you soon!

I'm very fussy about pizza and there aren't many places that impress me. Although the place is 20 something minutes of drive for me, but positive reviews and hunger for some good pizza took me there. The place was quite as it was around 6pm. The pizza selection was extensive . We tried Asian special and a margherita. I honestly have not eaten a better pizza anywhere in the area. These guys are a level above everyone. The crust, the dough, the quality of cheese , the sauces, everything is just perfect. Honestly, it's competitively priced considering the excellent quality. This is now my go to pizza place. The hype is real.

Read good reviews so I tried it out. There is plenty of free parking nearby. The place looks modern, clean, and inside seemed pretty pleasant to eat in... Ordering food, though, was a bit of a task like a puzzle game. I just wanted a box of sharwarma simple enough... but took a good few minutes to get right... she didn't understand what I was trying to order, then the prices in the leaflet I had from their counter didn't match their prices on their till 😐 so ended up paying a pound more than advertised price. It was a fair bit of a wait, seeing that the shop was empty, but it wasn't overly long. When I got the food in a small stapled paper bag, it kinda felt like a pharmacy for a second. I also was expecting a large carton as I'd ordered regular with salad. OK, so what I ended up with was a small carton of mixed meat, which was more like a mixed grill as opposed to just mixed lamb and chicken sharwarma. However, the meat was not disappointing. Surprisingly, they managed to pack a whole plateful into the box. This meant very little space for salad.. there were a few pieces of lettuce... which isn't good enough for me. I've had kobeda kebabs from other places that come with naan and a full separate box of salad for the same price... There was enough meat for a decent meal for one, so in that respect, it was ok however however, I think the leaflet prices were more accurate. With the mixed meat, they gave sheesh kebab, chicken tikka, donner and chicken sharwarma. The meat was cooked well and tasted great 👍 and I could try something like this again.

The chicken tikka is microwaved not fresh I could have microwaved some at home I thought I was going to get freshly cooked they don’t do it fresh feel ripped off makes you think what else else is microwaved sold as freshly coke

Wow, just wow! Had this place recommended by my sister about 3 months ago and we haven't looked back. Absolutely amazing food. The pizza's are top notch, they are like a typical italian pizza. Took 20 minutes to make some cheesy chips with no other customer in the shop didn’t look like they was working on any other orders at first they gave me plain small chips when I ordered large cheesy chips the chips were cold and tasted like they poured a full tub of salt on them they went straight into the bin also charged me a lot more than it said on the menus and the screens in the shop

Tried this place for the first time. What amazing and different style of food. Pizza was very thin crust with quality toppings same with the garlic bread cheese. Shawarma mouth watering. Even the fries were quality and tasty. Well done guys for a place with a different style of touch to food.

Absolutey discussing service never been so unhappy about ordering a takeaway staff where rude never would I ever ever suggest ordering through here took the money threw deliveroo then said they can’t deliver because something went wrong at there end but my money where still taken out of my bank and couldn’t get a refund I had proof of the order and deliveroo said they can’t refund it so they took the money so just be carful with this very awful takeaway 😡😡😡

Just been to pick some food up thought I'd try them out Seen the man making pizza open a mozzarella packet and Drop it in the bin they just picked it back up and started to slice it onto pizza who ever has had pizza on 27th Aug 2023 just between 7pm till 8pm you got that mozzarella on your pizza Disgusting 🫣 🤮

Visited the new place in Accrington tonight after being recommended by a friend. Staff were warm and welcoming and very pleasant. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this place worth every penny. Thank you. We will be visiting you again that's for sure!!!

Well impressed with this place. The pizza's are amazing and cooked perfectly. They are thin, crispy and honestly the best pizza from a takeaway shop that myself and my family have ever had. The Chicken Shawarma was just awesome! I can not fault this place. Second time we've ordered and it most definitely won't be the last.

Disgusting food immature staff teenage girl answers the phone with all but half a brain cell and is a terrible liar, 5 star Mitchell-in restaurants do not taste every dish before it leaves the kitchen but you think your Establishment does lol silly girl moving on ---- all cold seek kebabs microwaved could have towed my car with them, meat feast pizza is ham (turkey) and pepperoni (turkey) cheese and tomato. Chips are anemic and still cold inside ordered a chicken fillet wrap got a chicken fillet burger or could be pigeon not sure but farm foods better quality chicken fillets. Donna meat like plastic ALL IN THE BIN ! £40 ORDER I SUGGEST YOU NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DUMP ! WILL BE REPORTING TO FOODS STANDARD AGENCY !

Very much hit and miss, chips and cheese = half a small tub of chips with a small amount of cheese thrown on one side, garlic bread with cheese and shawarma with barley no shawarma on, feel like it’s no we’re near as good as it was last year

love the food here its very tasty but sometimes the service isn't always 100% myself and my friends will go here on a regular basis and there's been times orders have got lost or forgotten about and once or twice the order has been wrong

IN MY EXPERIENCE... Food itself is quite nice. HOWEVER I have had food from here 3 times and all 3 times my order has been wrong. Last night I couldn't actually eat it as it was doused in mayonnaise, which I personally find gross and definitely didn't request. Also they do not seem to read the notes for online orders which could be a serious problem for somebody with specific dietary needs. I like the food but this part of the service needs serious improvement. I am already hesitant to order again or reccomend to others because of this. EDIT**** I went back again in person and, for the fourth time, they messed my order up. Annoyingly, I made it very clear what I wanted to the girl on the til (who was more concerned that the music had cut out than actually serving people) I heard her tell the order to the cook and clearly didn't mention my requests at all. Surprise surprise, order comes with a bunch of stuff I don't want. THESE PEOPLE CLEARLY DON'T CARE. Which is a shame because the food isn't too bad.

First time order via uber, waited an hour for cold, and I mean stone cold, congealed garlic bread with cheese, cheap frozen chips had sweated then cooled, Perfect for Friday film night. Will not order again or recommend, take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. A real hidden gem. The stone baked pizza are next level. The burgers and shawarma are so fresh and scrumptious. Really good service and the staff are so humble and welcoming. Also can't believe what good value this place is.

I only popped in for a quick Chicken Shawarma Wrap on it's own. Staff have an attitude problem. Delivery is slow really slow .when the food arrived it was wrong .rang up asking for it to be sorted. Was told they are not willing to re send the right items .food is really nice but getting it right seems to be difficult. Had the guy on the phone to me. put the phone down several times on me to just laugh, and put the phone down . Would highly recommend people to stay away from here unless your going in and ordering. Seem to struggle with English over the phone and like the 14 and struggle with manners. Foods decent but staff have issues.

Ordered 5 kids meals 2 adults. We got 2 adult and 1 kids meal 😳😂 so....we rung back calmly requesting they resend the whole ordered fresh and they take back what they sent...so it comes with the kids meals and no fresh adult meals...adult meals now cold and there reply "we can't send anything else out' absolute shambles of a takeaway and the service is messed up, shouldn't be open in my eyes with how they messed up a family of 7s order in the first place, aswell as missing a coke still.
