Always great food and excellent service

was very early, and nice vert fresh will order again.

Over one hour late still not here

Would like if my cheesy chips was just that not mixed in with other ingredients

Delivery was fast which is good , but food is very poor, was given chicken that was 100% double fried, the chicken had completely dried out was inedible. Chilli sauce was ketchup mixed with chilli flakes, overall poor food. All went in bin. Chips ok.

ordered a cheesy garlic bread and a Margarita pizza. The cheesy garlic bread went down a treat however i did not appreciate i light sprinkle of pubes/hair on my margarita pizza. If this is the only place open again at 2am i will certainly be returning home hungry

Received takeaway after following instructions. Even had a courtesy phone call and voicemail. My problem and no fault of follies. The reason I always go back. Top class again 👌

Cold when arrived also had chilli sauce on when asked for garlic

The pitta was a bit hard it was stale but the meat was nice as usual

Everything I got was good but you forgot the cheeseburger, you only sent the bun.

Ordered pizza and chips from here through Just Eat, received a phonecall from the restaurant half an hour later telling me they couldn't deliver it because of the snow. I was stood at my door on a main road when I took the call and could see cars driving past easily, when I questioned this the bloke shouted that I was accusing him of lying. Incredibly rude. They then marked my order as delivered on Just Eat which has meant over a week later I have still not been able to get my money back. Thieves, con men, liars. Do not ever go here.

Got the curry put it on a plate the curry is appalling i ordered a tikka masala it was so spicy and greasy also I ordered some ben and jerries which was melted some how the chips are like cardboard the only thing your restaurant can rack up is a salad and oh yeah your chicken tastes like aids

Very poor, donner meat not edible. Tasted like meat that had been frozen and cooked to order, very poor flavour. I ordered mixed kebab and the Donner and shish tasted poor- chicken was ok. Best bit I enjoyed was the garlic naan but overall very poor 2/10

Got a delivery recently but they forgot my youngest garlic bread with cheese. The did send it eventually but it took 45mins by this time me and my partner had eaten our food but my lad had to wait for his. So much for a family meal .

Nearly cost me my missus but probably worth it. She refused to eat it, I’m not eating that muck, I stood firm and finished both. Had a bad stomach and felt a bit ashamed for a while. But I’d try it again.

Wrong order from start and it was cold when rang shop they not sure what my order was mix kebab no Donner an no naan bread gave to rock stone cold pitta breads told them to come pick it up took the money for wrong an cold late order

Food is always fresh and tasty but the past few orders have been VERY short of salad when requested on the kebabs.

The only good thing about this was the timing. The garlic bread was burnt, no sauce on the burger, food generally tasteless and greasy.

Been getting food from here for around 15 years, and never had a bad experience. Love their special burger, and the quality of the chicken in their kebabs!

Everything was spot on however the delivery driver claimed he had no change, saying he'll be 10-20 minutes to then drop the £2.60 change off, the driver never returned and quite frankly seems more like he kept the change rather than returning, never had this issue before so in all honesty I'm disappointed with this result. As I love ordering from Follies but this makes it so I don't want to again.

Ordered hawaiin pizza with extra pepperoni got just pepperoni ordered 4 pieces chicken and chips got 4 shrivelled up very very tough drumsticks very very disappointed won't be ordering from here again( shame the pizza would have been excellent otherwise )

The food was very late and when it was delivered it was cold and an item was missing. I’m Not happy at all about the service that was received so I would like a refund.

Pizzas was lukewarm at best when arrived, burger was hot. Chips were missing from the meal deal. Ordered food at 6 to be delivered at half 7, food didn’t arrive till ten to 8 despite this. Food overall was tasty but it not being hot, missing items and being late brings it down.

Food arrived luke warm. Garlic bread was like cardboard. Substituted apple pies for chocolate fudge cakes - can’t eat because of allergies!

For a large kebab it wasn't very large at all... Was more of a chicken wrap than a kebab size wise.

Was decent but prices gone up now so won’t be able to order as often.

Delivery driver was very friendly, food order was wrong. Ordered a large portion of onion rings but received a quarter chicken burger which was cheaper but it tasted fine. Hope who ever got my onion rings enjoyed them

Recently ordered a burger and chips with a drink. I asked for salad I received soggy red onions and a slop of cabbage. The bun was stale and falling to pieces. The whole burger was in edible. The burger pate tasted disgusting very thin it had a funny smell to it, i also didn’t receive my drink. I rang the shop to explain the man was on the phone pretending he couldn’t hear me he hung up, I rang back a second time, and explained. For him to say there’s nothing they can do about it and next time I order again I would get free delivery. Well I won’t be ordering again so they’ve had all my money for the disgusting diabolical burger and they’ve gained my money for my drink I never received. Gone very much down hill. I’d give this a 0 if I could. Please don’t waste your money and get a rustlers burger from your local Asda, much better than the one I ordered from here 🤢

Follies has been a staple for me for years serving great meal deals and not forgetting really good food.prices have always been the best in accrington.since moving from my hometown I do miss it alot lol.Give these guys a try.think I was there best customer at one point haha.
