Firezza Stratford in Newham - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Has someone taken over the Firezza we have known and loved for 2 years and replaced it with someone who doesn't know how to make pizza? I ask this as a return customer of many years. Our most recent order even arrived in unmarked pizza boxes (they have previously come in branded firezza ones) and didn't include a quarter of the toppings we had specified. What happened guys?? We really expected better and probably won't be ordering from you again after receiving such terrible acidic, uncooked, largely inedible pizzas. Did you just hand this order over to someone who hasn't never cooked a pizza at Firezza before? We usually love your pizza, which is why this order was so disappointing. One pizza was just sauce - no base to speak of and was so liquid it was seeping through the box when it arrived. The other pizza included bacon (which I hadn't asked for) and had replaced the usual high quality ingredients with the slop I'd expect from a late night pizza joint I used to frequent on a night out, as a plastered student (who couldn't tell the difference between pizza and cardboard with some sauce on top). You nearly ruined our romantic night in. Thank goodness we aren't one of those couples that solely rely on good food to set the mood.

I ordered for me and my family they took my money but we didn't receive the pizza. they had my kids hungry as we thought the pizza was coming till 2 hours later we realised it wasn't coming I then had to PAY for another meal elsewhere so the kids waited 3 hours to eat. the WHOLE TIME THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE I RANG THEM 54 TIMES AND STILL NO ANSWER I EVEN RANG ANOTHER BRANCH UP TO CALL THEM. WHAT A JOKE , RUNIED MY WHOLE SUNDAY MOVIE NIGHT WITH THE KIDS

I do not like to write a bad review but unfortunately, I must! I have noticed since you order using Stratford deals (THE DEALS THEY CREATED NOT ME!) You get the worse service EVER!!!! Pizza arrives late, no tops as described (serious, top missing!) and they bloody deliver a small size as a bigger! Unacceptable!!! Respect your customers! Do not create deals that you cannot deliver!!

I’ve visited here twice . On both occasions , the restaurant has been completely empty despite surrounding restaurants being very busy . Anyway the pizzas are quite tasty with crisp base . Cocktails are only £4.50 each . Staff extremely reserved and uncommunicative

I made an order two hours ago and I am still waiting. The restaurant does not answer their phone nor reply to emails. They simply took my money and I never got my dinner. Terrible experience and non existing customer service.

Very disappointed, ordered numerous times with no issue, last night however was a different story...Order placed at 9pm, ETA 930pm, called at 940pm to be told the driver was "on his way" a few minutes later the driver showed on tracking, however, he seemed to go everywhere but the delivery address, the driver then marked it as delivered at 61 minutes after the order was placed, but it was most definitely not delivered, several calls later, it arrived 40 mins after the first call (and 1hr 20 after the order time), and surprise surprise, it was cold. Apparently the driver "got lost" (his words) despite the tracking showing him as outside the complex twice. We are literally 5 minutes from the actual store! Store unable to do anything as no manager in. To add to this, we also found a large hair baked in to the pizza while it was being eaten, and the store is now closed so we cant even contact them about it. Suffice to say, I feel sick.

Firstly, if you have a dietary need, AVOID THEM. It's a serious safety issue for people with allergies. I've ordered from Firezza for two years. Never again. I ordered a vegan pizza which when delivered, was covered in salami. I thought this had to be a mistake, and was hopeful that it was maybe a type of vegan salami. When I called, the team member argued with me when I just wanted to know what it was. She then hung up on me because it was 11.03 and they closed at 11pm. She even went as far to pretend that the phone line was cutting out. It really wasn't. Long story short, I've emailed them a couple times to ask their customer service team to rectify the experience. Not knowing what the topping was, the pizza was inedible, and I really just wanted an explanation about how meat ended up on my vegan pizza. They've ignored all my emails and my Facebook messages. Mistakes happen but just the poor customer service has been incredibly disappointing. If you have a dietary need, AVOID THEM. This was just an unknown meat ingredient on a vegan dish, but I hate to think what could happen to someone with an allergy and not just a dietary choice.

Made an online order. They have a meal bundle offer (4 pizzas 2 sides for £28.00). The email confirmation always details two '1/4m' pizzas but they always send it as one '1/2m' pizza. I called to request that we receive two separate pizzas as one was meat, the other veggie, and we don't want them combined. The lady on the phone (same one that many people seem to have an issue with) was so rude. Immediately dismissed my request saying 'you'll get a 1/2m pizza, that's how we send them.' When I protested she gave in and agreed to my request, only to call back 2 mins later to say they had already gone in the oven. I explained this was not my problem and she passed me onto a guy who asked me to explain the issue. He then kept trying to interrupt and when I asked him to let me finish first he just hung up the phone. I tried calling back a few times but they didn't answer. Rude, ignorant, cowardly and arrogant people. I've been a regular customer for a while. The quality of the pizzas was enough for me to overlook the shoddy customer service. Not any more, they will NEVER get my business again.

Awful customer service. I ordered a pizza and was given an estimate time. 30 minutes AFTER the estimate time, I called to ask when my pizza was due and I was told that the driver would deliver in 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes I called again and I hear a "Please hold" message, the phone was then put down and I could hear everything that was going on in the venue. 2 minutes pass and no one picks up the phone, so I hang up and call again. When I call again someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called three more times again and no one picked up the phone. At this time (after one hour and 30 minutes) I am only calling to know if my pizza is en route or get my money back, so that I can order somewhere else, but no one is picking up the phone. I walk to the shop to actually speak with a person and this is where the customer service gets even worse. The lady at the counter, an Easter European woman called Monica, doesn't even acknowledge my presence and give all attention to the deliveroo drivers. I finally get a chance to talk and ask where my pizza is or if I can get a refund. She exemplifies the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced, she tells me the pizza had just left and that I should have not walked there. I told her that I had no desire to come to the shop, and it would have been easier for everyone if she picked up the phone and gave me an update. She replied with "what do you want me to do, look around is a mess" and walked away ignoring me for the whole time I was in the shop. She was rude with me, rude with every single member of staff who also seemed terrified by her. I waited until the manager came back (15 minutes later) and he apologies (first thing this Monica should have done before yelling at me) and agreed to refund me the meal and also gave me my order (which when I arrived home I discovered it was cold and the wrong order). I definitely do not desire to be treated like that again and I will not return to Firezza. It is evident that my experience is not a rare event as there are dozens of 1 Star Google reviews that are complaining about the service. I think this woman should be disciplined, trained to treat the customer kindly and learn to apologise.

The pizzas must have the barely legal minimum of toppings on them any less and it would just be bread!

I ordered through Deliveroo and the pizza arrived with no problems (which I apparently should be thankful for having now read the other reviews here) The pizza was delicious, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had recently and I would highly recommend it! The wings were delicious, but the lasagne was awful, really awful, cold, tasteless and seemed to be a combination of béchamel sauce, pasta with the lightest sprinkling of mince, between the layers, didn’t find any tomato I’ll order pizza from here again, but not pasta!

Order a pizza on weekday / Tuesday at 8 pm and by 10:20 pm no delivery has been received! Very poor customer service!

£30 for 2 small pizzas with delivery! And 1.5 hour wait! Absolute liberty! Ridiculous amount of money for the pizza and how does it take so long to cook 2 pizzas and delivery within a 5 minute walk??

This place proudly advertises that they offer gluten-free (GF) pizzas. We recently visited and requested a GF base for someone with a gluten allergy (coeliac). The man serving said that he wasn't sure if the toppings were GF. We asked him to check with the staff preparing pizzas. He came back and said that he wouldn't recommend any of the toppings as none of them are GF. When we referenced the menu, which offers GF as an option, he said that actually nothing is really GF as it's contaminated by the environment in which it's prepared. We were horrified and informed him that this is non-compliant with food standards agency allergy advertising, as the menu shouldn't state "gluten-free." In response, the staff behind the desk started laughing at us, at which point we left. Do NOT order from here if you have a genuine food allergy as clearly they are completely unaware of how to advertise and safely prepare allergen-free food.

We ordered instore here and the service was efficient and friendly. The pizza quality like the other few times we've ordered here was great too.

To let know all the people who had pizza before in this place. few months ago in this restaurant you could get one pizza £3.00 cheaper and it was 50% bigger.. Taste is still the same but now they are trying to cut on size.

We really enjoy ordering from here. The pizzas are lovely and fresh tasting and a real great price compared to other take away pizzas. We really like the sides which make a nice change to deep fried things you would get if you ordered elsewhere.

Firezza has become my regular take away Pizza place. Its relatively cheap and good value and the Pizza has a lovely base and decent ingredients on top. The Picante is great.

I have been here a few times and there is usually a long wait. However, the pizza never disappoints! I like the selection of toppings and sides.

I did takeaway from this place twice during the last weeks, as pizza is definitely good and one of the best I ever had in London Pizza's not cheap, but worth giving a go! I suggest even the Focaccia with the fish.

I live opposite this pizza place do it's fair to say we eat here... A lot! Really good pizzas and you can often get a deal like buy one get one free, so can be good value too! Friendly staff and long opening hours, win!

He tenido unas cuantas pizzas de Firezza en Stratford y mientras estoy recoger, generalmente son a tiempo y bien presentado. El Firezza pizzas en el East Village Branch son deliciosos, con coberturas generosas y muy buenos ingredientes utilizados. Recomiendo encarecidamente los pañales y caprina Contandina mozzarella y pizzas. También es el único lugar en la zona que se puede conseguir helado de Oddonos, que es una de las principales razones por las que vamos a Firezza.

Pedimos vía a comer, a pagar en efectivo. Entrega muy rápida (unos 20-25 minutos) pero el conductor no efectivo/cambiar con él (me brindó 30 libras por £23,48 bill).
