Friendly staff, very accommodating to your order. Food tastes good. Not too greasy. They also wear hairnets and seems hygienic. Great local pizza place

I ve ordered pizza and nachos the delivery guy refused to get it till my door he asked me to meet him outside the building by saying the door isn’t working and i saw him he was in his car sitting the nachos was a mess and cold as the pizza sorry not ordering anymore from here 🤷‍♂️

Domino's chips are the worst!!! And the cinni cinnamon just bread and sugar!!! My last time buying Domino's expensive and not worth it!! And!!!! Deliverie takes almost 1 hour!!!!

Terrible service, from opening I was a customer, but the level of service has gone down so bad Every time I buy here, jus leaves me frustrating, can't enjoy food, and now delivery driver just refused to bring my food to the door, even the stupid app can't save me from bad service

Verry bad company ever. First time I tried to buy 2 pizzas I didn’t received at the adress. They broken my party at the office park. After walking to shop workers from inside saying is my job to find the delivery guy. They refund the money in 7 working days.. Hahaha Is about Domino’s Stratford ,50 Romford Road. Go inside to see how they cook pizza….hahahaha

I recently ordered and was disappointed with delivery time. It took around 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive, which is longer than expected. I hope the service can improve in the future to ensure faster delivery times.

This place is very good and I highly recommend it bc the food is so good as well as the pizza garlic bread is the best but there is not much room if u wanted to eat inside but outside is good to eat butt is could possibly rain so they should make the inside bigger just in case someone wants to eat inside or if it’s raining.

The guy on the till was very rude. When I went there the table was wet so we politely asked the till guy to do something about it,but he really very rudely " I will give you tissues do what ever you want" And pizza was decent. I think there is need for improvement in service staff. Because I saw one guy doing nothing he was just standing there watching us cleaning our table. Very tarible experience. I do not recommend going there. Thanks.

I haven't bought a pizza in years as I prefer to make my own but this day I was just too lazy to do so so ordered out. We went for the 2 for 1 offer but that meant no free delivery, but no big deal as I live fairly close. I wasn't expecting much being part of a chain and although not the best I've tasted, that was in Marseille but that's a bit far to order out, for the money you can't beat it.

Very poor customer service. Called to the store today as the app tracker wasn’t working and because my bf didn’t understand the accent of the person in the phone, he ended hanging up on my bf. I then called to complain and they left the phone unattended! Nobody was listening to my complains! If they care so little about their business and their client satisfaction… don’t wait for me! It’s a never again! And we used to order 2-3times per month! That’s how you say bye bye to your loyal customers!! 👋🏻✋🏻👋🏻✋🏻

Domino pizza is a great place located off Romford road. Yoh will need to waiting a little for your pizza but it will come out great and well served. Great customer support as well.

I got food poisoning from the pepperoni pizza i ordered from here. I was so sick I had to leave work. Either the meat wasnt cooked right or cross contamination, i dont know. But ill never order from this branch again. Disgusting!!!

Worst customer service ever !!!! I waited 2 hours for my order and the driver refused to pick up my calls and he obviously cannot find his way. And this store didn't do a good job helping me cancel my order nor refund. And i never get to receive my order and they never update their system.

Was in a huge rush yesterday and asked for a pizza without cheese within 10 minutes, the two gentleman handled the request with professionalism, reassurance and speed. A perfect pizza in 8 minutes. Great Service!

I did get deal for 7.49 included small size pizza and potatoes with drink, ordered pizza with extra cheese, but pizza was almost without cheese with allot of ketchup on top,that was bread with ketchup on top,very disappointing.

This Domino's Stratford branch has improved soo much compared to before. I don't know if its new management or what but everything has improved. Fast and always warm food delivery. Customer service has become great, had a issue and looked after me the next time. Keep it up!

My friends and I were trying to order 3 pizzas in front of the shop with the app due the social distancing, we had some issue changing the size of the pizza. I asked them for help, totally ignored. Of course we left and went somewhere else. GREAT SERVICE

Wrong order came through on drinks. Neither delivery guy or store were helpful in rectifying this. Fobbed me off asked me to email head office! Corporate pizza I guess. Will go to local pizza next time where they're more understanding

Not only is the food horrible, customer service is non-existent. We ordered two pizzas - one has literally 3 pieces of greenpepper and 7 jalapeño (yes I counted) and the second pizza was raw. I just feel with dominos you would get more. I’m going to stick to my local pizza joint!

Refused to take my blue light discount card, very poor service.

After ordering in this store I began to have fraudulent usage on my cards with orders totally around £60-80 daily. I would advise avoiding this store at all costs

Conveniently located at the Romford road, not very far from Stratford station. Super friendly staff. And a very quick service. Taste is like any other Domino's Pizza. Have quite a few options for both veg and non-veg lovers. They have some outdoor seating as well (no indoor seating, though). And they are open till late so that's a plus! 🙂

Fancied a dominos whilst staying in Whitechapel. it was prepared quickly and tasted fresh. I would recommend trying the Texas BBQ Pizza if you are stuck for something to try, nicest pizza I find on the menu. Also the chicken kickers are a good shout!. Dominoes pizza never let me down :) Great Service, Easy user friendly website -quick to order. The pizzas and sides are delicious. So much variety. Totally worth the value

The pizza is really REALLY good. The menu is big. And the nuggets....... are the BEST!

The driver denied to come to the flat as he couldn't find the address. Tried to tell him how to get to the property but he was not interested at all to listen to me. When I went to him to get the food just showed himthe property but he literally started screaming and charged towards me asking where it shows the door number. When walking towards the door I said to myself "lazy guys" he probably heard it and again started charging towards me shouting "what did you say" felt like he is going to hit me!!! Called to report the driver was rude, the guy on the phone tried to explain me their drivers are not allowed to go to the flat and I have to go to him!!

Last time I ever ordered pizza from Domino's was from this restaurant. There was an issue with my intercom and the driver was super rude. The store manager equally impolite. Marketing team then sent email apologizing but it's disappointing to be treated in such a way after being a customer for so many years. Domino's is not the only pizza place around, nor the best. Get off your high horses!

We agreed and they said they will have to come and collect ALL the food in order to give us a refund and they refused to collect only the one of the pizzas. So they won’t send a driver to replace the food, but they will send a driver to collect all our (NOW COLD) food and throw it away. Logical. I have contacted the head quarter and sent picture of the pizza, because it is clear that people that own the actual stores and their employees have very low standards.

I've ordered from this Domino's many times and the pizza has always been good - they've never gotten my order wrong either. Delivery can take a really long time though, so it's best to collect your pizza if you can.

Pizza was piping hot and fresh, I was shocked as normally I receive pizza and it’s already slightly cold. Cookies were kinda burnt around the edges but edible... also bbq wings are just normal wings covered with sauce hence the four stars.
