the delivery service is not serviced at all. You will get the answer "wait 10 minutes". After 10 minutes, you will get the answer that wait another 10-15 minutes. just STUPID employees.

Food and service is always great here.

Amazing experience at this Pizza Express - food and service were both excellent. Our waiter Mohammed went above and beyond helping me out with a bike issue before watching ABBA Voyage. We will be back next time we visit Stratford!

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. Mohammed from Pizza Express made it happen. I’d been given wrong information about how to book the party by one of his colleagues. Mohammed turned everything around for me. He helped with the booking and in the day he guided the kids in their pizza making. My daughter had a lovely time and so did her friends. Every business needs a Mohammed. Thanks for making us feel so special and valued.

Went a few months ago and all my dad could go on about was how genuinely excellent the service was, - every single member of the waiting staff was warm and kind and they were flexible enough to recreate affogatos for us for dessert. We weren't expecting this kind of service to come so naturally/in an unforced manner in a chain restaurant. Food tasted great too. Thanks for a lovely evening

We ordered food (specifically off the vegan menu) and were very unsatisfied with the meal. Very tomato heavy and undercooked for the amount of time it took to come out. Other people received their meals within 10 minutes of their arrival compared with ours being over 40 minutes. When we ordered we were one of 2 tables in the store. When enquiring with the manager he was super defensive and stated “that’s just how it is” when the meal presented was clearly different to past experiences and pictures on the specific branches website. When asking for the bill they took over 20 minutes to provide us with it and ignored our requests for the bill. Upon request one of the vegan meals was remade but the chefs remade it with non vegan cheese. Fun experience… The waitress Leah was lovely though.

I saw one of the member of staff disrespecting a deliveroo courier, shouting and being very rude to the delivery man. Appalling, I always order on dleiveroo and I wouldn’t want my courier to be disrespected like that. Multi apping and not attending couriers and then being rude to the courier. Pathetic.

My family and I are coming to pizza express stratford theatre Square for years now and the service is always the best, especially Jasmin with her welcoming smile and kindness.

Hands down, this is the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life, and that includes my time in Rome! The staff was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful waiter who guided us through the menu. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic place with an outstanding kitchen.

This review is based on a Deliveroo order rather than eat-in. What is going on with Pizza Express?! I’ve always been a massive fan - I don’t know if it’s just this branch but the dough balls were so much smaller than usual, the garlic butter had no garlic in it, the pizza was SO disappointing! Soggy base and tasteless pepperoni. Everything was tasteless actually. I’ve always ordered an American classic but it was nothing like the usual standard. Just so disappointed!

Good food ruined by the very poor service on a Saturday lunch. Everything is a chaos, servers are confused about the order, it's slow and inefficient.

The new pizza was really good, I have seen pizzas ordered by people sat in the close tables were really good too, will come next time to try more flavors, but I have to say it’s dinner time but not that crowded, we’ve waited for quite long time for getting the starters, pizza was served a long while later , anyway we still paid service fee

My daughter's friend had a pizza making session here. For 12.50 per child you get starters, the pizza the kids make and then ice cream. It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I had a good pizza in a warm restaurant with a decent gin & tonic.

Just been here for a family lunch and one of the elderly group was very unwell (not because of the food) and the staff at the restaurant were amazing, they called us an ambulance and helped out so well. Thank you so much to all of the team the help👍 And the food was amazing by the way 😋

Really nice staff at this pizza express. Catered for gluten intolerance in our group easily without fuss. Gluten-free dough balls taste just like the original. Chicken Caesar used to be a large portion with loads of dressing, but they’ve changed the recipe and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone now unfortunately - just go straight for the pizza! Easily wheelchair accessible.

They only had 3 vegan options, but the vegan pizza was very tasty. Pizza express is always a safe choice for a quick vegan meal.

This place isn't bad at all, the variety of selection is good, you can use your Tesco Clubcard, to gain vouchers to spend on getting money of your bill, however unlike they rivals, Pizza Hut, Pizza Express, doesn't seem to have an unlimited drinks refill option, I asked today and I was told I have to order another drink, this is quite inconvenient, please fix this issue, thank you.

One of the best services I have ever encountered. As soon as I got in, I was welcomed by a man in crutches, very polite and charming. He offered me a table and straight away offered a glass of ice water without even asking (the visit was during a heat wave in the UK). I have visited Pizza Express on my young one his first-year anniversary. My son enjoyed his first dough balls on the house, and he absolutely loved them. I could not thank enough to that person for making that visit a lifetime memory. I am very thorough when I leave a reviews and visit deserves 5 out of 5 and 5 more. Thank you so much.

Simion and the team was fab today! They went beyond and above to make our experience the best. I have fish and garlic allergy and Simion showed me the allergy she sheets and made sure I will be safe. Super charming and friendly. Made our day. Recommend.
