The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

NOT GOOD NOT GOOD!!! I love a kebab on a Saturday night and used many places, thought I’d try this place again as it’s cheap and local and reviews were good? WRONG cold food small portions very dry lamb shish and dry kofte and rubbery doner meat very little salad more of a garnish? Chilli sauce tastes of chopped tomatoes with a little kick! Used this place back when it was Afs and was quality, I now know after experiencing the food once again why it’s cheaper than other kebab houses! I never give bad reviews as it’s peoples jobs etc BUT this was terrible! No point calling as replacement food will only be as poor!! Can’t understand how it’s had great reviews??

I would give Zero Stars if I could. - Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas online last night at 8:15 but by 9:15 they had not arrived and I called and was told they were on the way. I waited another 30min, called again and was told that they would make my pizzas again and resend them right away. 45min later and still no pizza and no calls, so I call back. By this time, the people I spoke to were gone and only one woman was left at the shop who had no idea about my pizzas and everyone was gone. Never got a call from anyone, though they took my money. Today I still heard nothing, no one called or emailed me, I called once and got no feedback just was told to call back and to email the manager. Absolutely unreal, I just want my transaction cancelled and I have to beg to the manager whos away on holiday and no one even bothers to contact me 24 hours later even though the have my number and email. I get that orders get lost and mistakes happen, but to still be begging for my money back and have not been once contacted by the store or its manager in 24hours is absolutely shocking. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE FIREZZA

Came in as walking past, was greeted by friendly staff, spoke to me about the great lunch menu only £3.99 kept me filled up all day.

Don't bother on a Thursday night. "Quality Check" per the app took about 30/40mins for one pizza and some chicken dips. Delivery driver fine, suspect shop couldn't get it together on basic logistics. Pizza arrived congealed, cold (at best lukewarm) and every bit like it had endured at 30min+ "quality check". Yeurrgh repulsive, frankly.

Ordered 2 XXL pizzas from the Loughborough branch which came raw. We called the branch and spoke to the manager (wouldn’t give his name) who was very rude and accused us of lying! He was very rude on the call and would not take any liability. Offered to show images and they could come and pick the pizzas up! Would never order from this branch again

The manager was rude I have voice notes from the manger at Pizza Hut moreton calling me a slag and all kinds same with 2 of the other workers I don’t appreciate being spoken too like that Espically when we usally order from there quiet a lot and I just thought it was blatantly rude I would not advise going to there unless you want to be called a slag are pizza came with hairs and a eyebrow piercing In it which I think was on purpose due to one of the workers (Leah) and her boyfriend (Josh) having a issue with us and drama shouldn’t be brought into what food we order nor into the work environment as we are customers and just wanted are food now they’ve got the manger to try and rip into us which in a work environment and being professional it is completely unacceptable I would advise anyone and everyone never to go there due to the workers disrespect and how the food came.

Pedí pizza con papas fritas. La orden fue aprobada, consiguió el código de orden de entrega. Esperé 40 minutos sin ninguna actualización y sin comida, pero recibí una notificación para decir que el restaurante había cancelado mi pedido sin una razón. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente NO pedirles una desgracia absoluta de una empresa!

Surprised to be honest at the negative reviews listed, we have never had any problems with Pizza Hut Sutton, It is very local to us however. Staff have been polite and helpful whenever we have visited or phoned. Great Pizza, sometimes it is a little on the oily side but nothing wrong with the quality or taste.

Freezing cold pizza never answer the phones won't exchange the food and don't where gloves avoid Banstead dominoes this is not the first time I have been given cold food

Had a delivery tonight , order a deal , I ordered Hawaiian pizza , 2 garlic breads and cokes, c add me on time but the pizza was a margarita, I tan the store to be told because I ordered from the app it was my fault , and was hung up on , ask to speak to manager no help what’s so , will never order from dominos again

Ordered Nachos, chicken wings, pizza and wedges. Arrived cold and poor quality. The Nachos went straight to the bin . The pizza was horrible. Any of the other pizza places in Enniskillen are far better. They let the name Dominos down, Domino’s in other towns are fantastic.

I ordered a pizza on the 08/08/2024 from the Caterham branch, my order was cancelled on the app and I was told to call the branch to order directly. I called and no answer. Now they still took the money and 7 days later, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times no answer. It now says that the number doesn’t exist. I have contacted customer services and again still no refund. I have contacted my bank but they’re asking for an authorisation code from the store. Simply appalling, I’m at my wits end. Never again.

Ordered three pizzas for delivery, but pre-ordered earlier on in the day with our chosen delivery time for 7pm. 2/3 ordered pizzas came with the wrong toppings - no jalapeños, but instead red and green sweet peppers. Someone obviously doesn’t know the difference…which is extremely worrying. Called the store three times upon delivery, no answer. Emailed customer services to be told I didn’t try hard enough to contact the store and that there is nothing I can do as I did not return the pizzas as they were delivered. After three tries of calling and emailing customer service you’d think I’d have done enough to try and rectify THEIR mistake. Not sure if they expect you to walk 3 miles with your wrong pizzas to get them changed to the right order? But this company is beyond belief. Definitely the last time we will be ordering from them.
