Tried to order a delivery before 11pm Told they couldn’t deliver but advertise they are still able to do so and that I would receive a refund in approx 3 days! They take the money there and then but can’t refund, according to Ken, because the manager is not in. Totally unacceptable and TBH the pizzas are not that great anyway

The pizzas that we ordered were terrible. We’ve had a good run with Domino’s but now, we’re not sure what to do. We asked them to not put the sauce on the pizza but what they did was the exact opposite, they didn’t follow the instructions and have completely disregarded our options.

I have no idea what has happened to this once decent branch - it used to be out ‘go-to’ pizza delivery but not anymore. We use the dominos app - and two times in a matter of weeks we have had a call off some kid working there to tell us they can’t deliver - or if they can, it’ll take an hour and a half more than the 25 mins quotes. Why offer the service? Why lie? Im done with this branch anyway - I’ll stick to local restaurants now! Badly managed and poor customer service. Going by the other reviews I see I’m not alone!!!

We ordered two large pizzas from Dominoes both with slight amendments and one additional topping costing a whopping £27 on a BOGOF deal. I was confident that the amendments to the pizza would be right as I have used Dominoes for over 10 years and I don’t think they have ever got an order wrong before. We are out of their delivery zone (living just over 15 minutes away) so my partner went to collect it. Firstly his pizza mistakenly came with no sauce -which left a tasteless and disappointing pizza - however nothing that couldn’t be rectified without putting our own sauce on top. I had requested for the chorizo sausage and the standard sausage to be removed from mine leaving the hotdog sausage on the pizza however when it arrived the hotdog sausage was also missing. Regardless with the other toppings was perfectly tasty and delicious. In light of us spending just short of £30 and travelling a half hour round trip to be slightly disappointed we decided to call Domino’s to inform them of their mistake. We spoke to two people on the phone, both of whom were very polite and apologetic. The female manager offered to remake our pizzas and deliver them to us despite saying it was out of their delivery area due to being so far away (we already knew this having to drive to collect). A perfect resolution and up to this point I would have given them a great review (or not have cause to write this one). Mistakes happen and the politeness of the staff and immediate rectification meant we were more than happy. We had to wait a little while for the replacements but even that didn’t bother us. NOW HERE COMES THE REASON I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW………. The delivery guy gave me our replacement pizzas and was apologetic for the error. I told him not to worry and that it didn’t matter. He told me the pizzas were piping hot and he was right, much hotter than I had expected for the distance he had travelled which I was pleasantly surprised about. He handed me the pizza AND THEN asked me for my old pizzas back! I was surprised by this and gave him our original half eaten pizzas and off he went. It wasn’t until afterwards that I thought about this and it made me extremely annoyed. Firstly I am guessing they wanted to check my pizzas for error. Did this mean that they didn’t believe what we were saying and that they thought we were lying? Ok so I presume that some people try to pull a fast one to get free pizza, so perhaps it’s only fair they check there had been a genuine incorrect pizza made before handing over replacements. However surely the customers word for it should be enough? A huge company like Domino’s shouldn’t need to check every pizza following a complaint? Also I wondered what would they do with my pizza once it had been confirmed that they had in fact made the errors we had described? THROW IT AWAY! This is the part that really gets me. Both pizzas were still edible and they were lucky we hadn’t eaten them by the time the replacements arrived. We could have added sauce to one and managed without the hotdog on the other and still happily eaten them here. For that reason I wondered if we should have complained at all but the point is we spent quite a lot of money and errors were made so it was fair enough of us to inform Domino’s of this. The country is working hard to reduce food waste and this is an example where food was wasted which was completely pointless. The delivery man could have confirmed by looking at our pizzas that we had no sauce or hot dog sausage. They didn’t have to take them and throw them away. The replacements were delicious but SHAME ON YOU DOMINOES!

Wrong pizza delivered rang shop to let them no what had happened to be met with a rude very angry woman called Lucy who told me to bring the pizza back as proof did this asked to speak to her in store as her attitude on the phone was unacceptable to hear her say to her colleague that I had shouted And had swore at her witch was a Blatant lie I then asked why would you lie I’m standing right here have the call on record to witch she refused to even show herself then her colleague said she is not going to apologise I have never experienced this behaviour or rudeness in my life I was in utter shock both staff were very rude and did not seem to have any customer service experience what do ever they refused a refund the food was dry and not as tasty as dominos should have been will never eat there again due to food being horrible and staffs behaviour unacceptable

Our last order took 90 mins to arrive and when it got here it was cold, we'd tucked into the arm of the sofa by then... Tried speaking to the manager and she was so rude wow. After a while we decided to give them another go and found they've suddenly stopped delivering to our area all of 3 minutes away on the other side of town. Seriously?

Ordered for the first time recently. Unfortunately the order was really delayed as the driver got lost and kept driving past! They also keep parking on the zebra crossing and pavement on the High Street which is annoying. The pizza which was delivered was fine but nothing exceptional. Dominos are OK but very salty and heavy.

There is no quality control; pizzas arrive mangled and randomly sized. Manager is rude and aggressive. One time the delivery driver wouldn't even get out the car, we had to go and collect it from his passenger window out in the street. Go to Aylesbury or Oxford branches instead!

Just useless for deliveries. That's if they're even bothering to do deliveries which sometimes they don't for no obvious reason. And if they do deliver, invariably it'll be late, cold , squashed and the order will be wrong.

Delivered the wrong thing. Given hot and spicy instead of regular. Young kids choking on spices. Thame manager unapologetic, very rude, dismissive. The worst customer service I’ve received in any line of business.

Really look forward to pizza sharing with grandsons when visiting Thame. But takeaway this week fell below standard. Chicken on the supreme variety had flown away. Will have to think about a next visit as it fell short on this occasion.

Being a part of the Blue Light group, we get a discount from this place. I tried to order by phone and was told that they do not have a driver to deliver. Forced to collect the pizzas, we were then very disappointed to discover that the pizza toppings were haphazardly ‘thrown’ in and were half on the box rather than on the pizza. They were cold and cut so unevenly one slice was 10 inches wide! We asked to see the manager and a brusque arrogant woman covered in sweat and flour reluctantly came out. She clearly did not wish to entertain any criticism and claimed that there is no other person above her that she reports to and it was tough if we weren’t happy! What a disgusting way to treat customers!
