Pizza Hut in Wirral

The manager was rude I have voice notes from the manger at Pizza Hut moreton calling me a slag and all kinds same with 2 of the other workers I don’t appreciate being spoken too like that Espically when we usally order from there quiet a lot and I just thought it was blatantly rude I would not advise going to there unless you want to be called a slag are pizza came with hairs and a eyebrow piercing In it which I think was on purpose due to one of the workers (Leah) and her boyfriend (Josh) having a issue with us and drama shouldn’t be brought into what food we order nor into the work environment as we are customers and just wanted are food now they’ve got the manger to try and rip into us which in a work environment and being professional it is completely unacceptable I would advise anyone and everyone never to go there due to the workers disrespect and how the food came.

Every time I've been to this Pizza Hut it's been absolutely terrible! Whether you order the T/A online or in-store, there's always a wait! The most recent visit it took 1hr 30 minutes from the time we arrived until we finally got our order. They really need more staff to to help cope with the influx of orders. I do love their pizzas, but the service is a joke! :(

We were sent Pizza with missing toppings. We called them up and they said that they had run out of the toppings. They had no courtesy to call and on top of this the manager was rude. There was no apology, no offer of refunding the money and he said that the pizza was edible. We will never order pizza again from Moreton branch.

Would never order from here again poor staff so rude no help at all found a hair in my food nothing was done about it and the manger didn’t even say sorry the driver who come to pick the pizza up was rude never waste my money again

Absolutely stunned. My daughter called to ask what deals were on & the member of staff called her a mong, told her to f off & hung up. I called back to speak to the manager & was also told to f off & hung up on by the same member of staff 3 times. Little wonder companies like this as going down the pan!!

So first of all...i feel like a bit of a twit for complaining about £1.48!! But its the whole point of the situation that got me...i work in retail & i would never be allowed to treat a customer like this, 2bh im quite shocked...& its so laughable wot happened. Let me explain, i order from the pizza hut store in moreton quite often, yeah its expensive so its a nice treat for us. Last time i ordered food i ordered & PAID FOR THE DIPS...As usual, i ordered 6.. i recieved 3 wif my order...ok no prob, mistakes happen. I foned the store & explained & they told me they would giv me them nxt order...i phoned 2nite after i put in my online order..spoke to a lovely girl & explained that i had foned the store & told me wot 2 do...she went 2 speak 2 manager & he told her no...we cant just give dips out coz their 2 expensive! I am pisn myselfl does he realise i already paid for them!!!!!!! I am so shocked at this customer service! What the hell pizza hut

crap , cold and late. Put in bin . Driver on way was a lie. Took over hour and half after told he already left. Driver was a idiot. Pizza was like it been left out for two days. Dry cold and gross.

I wouldn't go here again even if I was starving. The pizza had almost no toppings on it and they forced me to give my debit card details over the phone in advance when I called to place the small order for a small 9" pizza. I understand a lot of businesses don't want to deal with cash anymore but these jokers wouldn't even accept a contactless card payment or a "chip and pin" when I came to collect my food. If you call and place a phone order with these fools they will not accept it unless you pay in advance with a credit/debit card over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous for a pizza shop. I'll make some cheese on toast next time I fancy a takeaway pizza from Moreton Pizza Hut and save myself £15!!...or I'll go to asda/tesco etc instead and get a decent pizza for less than half the price.

Got a deep pan pizza and the dough was still raw. They said even if we get another one it will be the same because they have the pizzas on timer. So i didnt want another undercooked pizza so i asked for refund where i was instructed i had to do it online. Online they offered me a voucher. Also the staff where not wearing face masks in the back and when i questioned them about this they said they didnt have to because they where close to ovens. I didnt realise standing close to oven stops covid 19 spreading...

I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday and one of them was burnt.Stay away from them, completely unprofessional.

Never , ever, ever order from this store. They either don’t make your order and say they never received them or mess up the order and pretend they’ve made it correctly with no offer to resend a correct order. All you get it “call head office”. Atrocious , utterly atrocious.

The food is always delivered, quickly and efficiently, cooked to perfection and always hot, I can't fault Pizza Hut Moreton they are all fabulous and especially in this difficult time we are all going through, I can't thank them enough for their excellent service.
