Pizza Hut in Merton

Not recommended. I did order two large pizzas online and received one large and one modium . When I call they said “ nothing we can do about it “ . Absolutely disappointed. Never again Pizza Hut .

Absolutely disgusting! Found long black hairs in pizza. Made me vomit and sick for rest of night. Don’t they wear protective clothing?!

Food was cold and dry i had to microwave it and when I asked for a refund they offered me loyalty points stay away

An hour late delivery, poor cold pizza, box was wet and squashed, made a call of complaint and reason why to was, supposedly Gabrielle was a manager acting like she was a know it all, once challenged by complaint and next minute she lost her brain and said she wasn’t manager and Abdul is but apparently she’s a manager somewhere in her mind. Refused to pass my call to a person in charge. Outcome of reason her response I have no idea I just started my shift, nothing I can do about it. Avoid place at all cost. Standards have become so disgusting in this branch, such a shame to have people like this representing this branch and putting the company down. By all the views on google and here not surprised this ain’t the first to complain about same issue. I have taken this complaint further to head office and customer care. Date, time and person Gabrielle has been noted to them. Such rude, miserable, disgusting staff and definitely poor lack of intelligence.

This is my second time receiving an order from Morden Pizza Hut - better than the first for sure. The order arrived at a reasonably close time to what we’d requested, was hot and everything was correctly provided.

Ordered online for home delivery spent over £60 took money from account but crashed the order so no food as it was 9.15 pm there apparently was nothing anyone could do couldn’t afford to reorder manager lied and said customer services was open 24 hours when in fact closed at 10 customer services lied and said no manager to speak to as managers finish at 10 and only operate call back services sorry but a manager has to lock up and at that time of night common sense and a bit of discretion wouldn’t go amiss was told nothing could be done and money would bounce back and to call the bank yep I’m sure banks are open at 10 pm on a Friday night NOT so 10.20pm on phone to manager at the shop and offered to go down to prove payment but no still no interest little tip if you are closing at 11 you could of used managers discretion to offer us at least a couple of complimentary pizzas . So called customer services again this morning note I’m doing the running around not them doing any apologising to be told money will go back in but no compensation or ruining an evening as it was a crashed order and I will get a call back before 6 this evening still no apology and now have to wait up to 8 hours for a call back your customer service stinks and yes I know worst things in the world but now principle I was lied to by your staff and treated badly if this is your policy then you should be ashamed

Orderd a cheesybites meat feast it was lukewarm when it arived also it is now alot smaller than it used to be they put it in a large box it used to have its bigger sized box i think its been reduced in size me and my partner still hungry after eating it sneaky tactics avoid this store

TOTALLY DISMAL. I had a voucher for a free pizza. Ordered it online as per voucher instructions, it said it will be ready for collection in 20 minutes. On arrival i'm told it's not ready, and they no longer make them in advance, due to too many timewasters', and i have to wait whilst they cook it! I present the voucher to the woman "Ola", who dismisses it as out of date. I say it clearly isn't, and point out the "valid from" and "valid to" dates and details on the voucher. She wouldn't even look at the voucher and just belligerently refuses to accept it. I point out she is clearly in the wrong, it's there in black and white, she shrugs. I ask to speak to the manager, she claims she is the manager and walks off...... Totally dismal and appalling service from "Ola" and the Morden Pizza Hut. Other reviews elsewhere suggest the Pizzas are just as bad as the service. AVOID.

I ordered a "Spider-Man: Homecoming bundle" worth £18.99 and felt totally satisfied with the amount of food that I received, the speed of its delivery and the fact that the food was hot when it arrived. The quality of a delivered pizza is slightly less than what I come to expect when I sit in and dine in their restaurants. I enjoy the latter experience far more. Feel like the above price was good value for the amount of food I ordered.

2nd time In a raw I order from there and the two times they got my order wrong, first time they solve the problem very well however today I order two large pizzas Italian Base instead I've received deep pan the pizzas where for my children and they don't like deep pan pizzas, called back was passed to the manager (and him self was the person that took my order) he started arguing stait away in wich I thought it was extremely poor customer service and totally an acceptable behavior from his behalf all I wanted was my pizzas in which I was told no. I explained once again and I told him to check previous orders from the past for him to see that I always order Italian Base pizzas in which he refused to do and at all time talking to me agrecively at all times. At the end I didn't want the pizzas anymore and hat to get them from domino's and spend double the money APAULING

Took over an hour to arrive. I called them 4 times to complain. On the 5th call they offered me a discount however it was still stone cold when it arrived. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of this branch.

I have been collecting pizza's from this pizza hut for a number of years as it's the closest one to me and have to say that the lack of service is incredible. I called up and wanted to ensure that he had my order correct but he couldn't wait to get me off the phone. When you walk in someone may pop their head around the corner but you normally have to call someone to get served. Don't know where they hire their staff but customer service is not their strong point. Must be a franchise so at least they can't mess up the pizza and if it was a sole trader they would be out of business. Lucky for them it's not a restaurant and it's only delivery or collect.

Avoid! Pizza undercooked, it was painful to eat, took forever to deliver. I like pizza hut but this branch is terrible, never again!

la pizza era immangiabile , unta, cruda , con prodotti scadenti .... abbiamo anche aspettato molto tempo per riceverla , il personale non è cordiale ma infastidito dai clienti . il locale non era pulitissimo ..... non lo consiglio affatto

Pedimos pizza y pan de ajo con queso. Comida tardó 45 minutos en llegar y estaba apenas tibia. Bastante pesado y tatseless. El queso habían ido difícil y corteza estaba pasada y pesadas.
