I ordered a pizza that was never delivered! I called the branch and they said my order didn't exist. I went there to prove what I ordered but I still left the branch without my refund and without the pizzas! Terrible service, I don't recommend it!

Possibly the best pizza place in the world. My friends were picking up a very large pizza order, when the minibus they were driving broke down. The absolute hero bossman helped them turn the minibus around. We are so thankful to you for saving the pizza party, delivering delicious warm pizzas and then calling to check my friends managed to return back to our party ok. Could not ask for better customer service! Thank you for your help and kindness.

April 2024. I think Southfields branch have new management. Awful delivery experience 50 minute deliver time. Store manager doesn’t care. Cold pizza 🤢. No follow up. I’ve been a regular customer of this branch for years (for the kids) but am NEVER EVER buying pizza from this store again. Such a shame. Before they outsourced delivery they were great.

Perfect experience Had to order 20 pizzas for a work event Manager Ashad was the best guy you could ask for. Promised to have pizzas done for a certain time which was fulfilled, communicated well with us and even helped us place the pizzas in our car when we came to collect. Best experience at Papa Johns and team deserves full praise. Will 100% recommend!

Joke. I've ordered a pizza in a deal buy 1 get 1 free, received only one, and no one knows where it is. Driver haven't received, but restaurant have given.

I ordered 2 Philly mushroom papadias (being a vegetarian) and got 2 Philly steaks!!!

Shop says it opens at 11am. The door was locked with the key on the inside at 11.30 I was knocking the door till 11.40. Staff member came and opened the door and was rude about me asking why is the shop closed and it’s meant to be open. Never eating from this place again

Pizza was tasty but over 20 mins late. Was ordered for a kids party 5 mins walk away. Appreciate it was a sizeable order (6 pizzas) but was placed early in the morning so there were several hours to prepare and I could have made alternative arrangements. Was the cause of unnecessary stress for a kids party. Afraid I’ll not take a chance again with party orders from here.

Great branch of Papa John’s. Pizza is always created in very high standards without cutting the corners. Delivery drivers are very polite which make overall experience very pleasant. Only one minus is a bit long waiting time ( around 1h ) taking on the account they are very close to my place.

We order for take away twice a month and it always been great! Amazing service, friendly servers/chefs. Cooked to perfection and never had an issue. We do have a requirements, we usually take half plain pizza and another half with toppings so can share with kids. Great take out offers price wise.

On the Papa John's web site cauliflower wings not available from Southfields, but they ARE available if you order on Uber Eats and pay the UE premium. Phoned to check what was going on and they blamed the web site people and said they were going to turn the cauliflower wings back on as an option but they obviously couldn't be bothered because still not available on their own web site. Available at every other PJ store that I have checked.

Don’t even deserve one star tbh. Tell me why I ordered bbq base but I had no sauce … pepperoni crispy burnt, do not recommend. Dominos all the way. Papa johns has been blacklisted. Worst pizza ever. Most expensive pizza but the worst pizza I’ve ever tried.

Shoutout to Vic our delivery driver who is really friendly and polite. We always order from here because the food is great, quick delivery, friendly staff and if there’s any errors with the order they always rectify it quickly and apologetically. Thanks Papa Johns Southfields!

I highly recommend this branch of Papa Johns, the manager (Asad) and other staff are very friendly and listening to your request. Their pizza very delicious and tasty, he showed me the pizza before put in the oven, to check if I am happy, which I asked for more toppings and cheese, and he added them. My partner and I love pizza and recently decided to cut out meat we tried the vegan option and we was not disappointed it tasted amazing and you would never know there wasn’t any meat on there. The service was great it was late and the gentleman was so lovely. We will defo be back with the kids.

Addicted to the Chilli Freak pizza. Food always arrives quickly and steaming hot. They only got an order wrong once (wrong side) but it was rectified straight away.

Waited a while and three deliveries before writing this review. First off, do I normally order authentic Italian wood fire pizza, yes I do. Papa John's is it's own style of pizza and I like it. You can like authentic and the "American" style and theres nothing wrong with that! This store must be one of best showcases for the brand. No issues ordering, super fast delivery and friendly drivers. The pizza is hot and tatsy. Whoever owns this branch clearly cares about the quality of food that leaves the store. Keep it up guys!

I’ve recently moved house from Balham/Tooting to Southfields and whilst I’ve been a long term customer of Papa Johns, I’ve just ordered pizza from this branch (my new local) and my goodness the pizzas were excellent. I had a couple of issues with my promo code so called in to ask for help and the store manager Assad was happy to assist me in a highly professional and friendly manner. I love this place. I have been regularly ordering for over a year. Food is always perfect and warm and staff is friendly. In particular my favourite delivery guy is Vic! He’s such a kind, professional and friendly person. He deserves extra credit for sure, but the store itself too!

My original pizza was cold and was delivered late. I contacted the store they provided me another pizza for free. The same driver delivered it on time and it was hot. 5 star customer service, excellent pizzas and brilliant service. Am very impressed by them I would recommend to order again because they dealt with the issue well and rectified the matter immediately.

I always order from papa johns earlsfield and without doubt each and every time the service and product is always 10/10. I have a dairy allergy and this branch always delivers excellent service. Ordered a pepperoni passion and it came with no pepperoni on it. When i rang the shop to ask for a refund the man spent about 10 minutes apologising, then rang up 2 more times to apologise, and then never refunded me.

Do not order with deliveroo , you'll get charged for a large pizza , but you'll only get a small one ...deliveroo get it sorted
