Awful people, they don’t give a hoot about customers, treat them awfully. Keep a wide berth. Couldn’t get my money back after they did not deliver and were very rude.

Disgusting Staff - Vulger Horrible experience, paid for food and they delivered elsewhere with no refund. Staff were vulger, rude and angry on phone. I wouldnr ever go near.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! The food was absolutely horrendous , the pictures speak for themselves . The chicken was bone cold and hard like it was made a week ago . The chips were cold and it overall was just absolutely gross . Didn’t even want to touch the chicken as it looked like it had been taken out of the bin. Do not ever order from here , you will be better off with cereal or you will have a very upset stomach trust me !!!

Absolutely disgusting service they have no respect and can only be bothered to do everything properly when they feel like it they don’t care about how long you have been going to them never go again

The worst service in burton ever ordered food and waiting two hours just for it not to come and called them multiple times with no answer honestly awful they should be shut down

Just fancied a kebab 2/8/19 I think sheesh was cooked 2/8/18 could not possibly eat any of the sheesh Delivered not warm ! I don't want to give any rating as states "shocking"

Worst takeaway i think i may have ever had. Arrived 25mins late, had to call the place to remind them about us. When the food did eventually come it was cold! We rang up to complain and they just put the phone down on us. To top it off i added extras on my pizza ( which they charged me for) but didnt even bother putting on. Wasnt even cheap! Would definitely avoid this place.

Ordered for delivery around 1am as had been out. Worst pizza ever. Worst garlic bread ever. Could use the pizza as a spare wheel in the car. Would definitely not bother ordering from here again. Completely inedible

Ordered two curries & accompliments online through their own website. The order was accepted, my credit card deducted, all seemed OK. Then the phone rang, the man on phone tells me that curry chef not in so I can pick kebabs, fried chicken or pizza ect for same cash amount. I say no thanks and ask for refund. He says he can't do that and when I ask why not and what can he do, he just talks over me, repeating that I should order other stuff instead. The phone call was then terminated. One and a half hours later, after I had ordered the same meal from somewhere else and also left a bad review on their website, they phone me back to say that curry chef has cooked our meal and its on way. I explained that all I wanted was a refund now but no, food was delivered half hour later. Needless to say I won't be using this place ever again.

Quick delivery Currys are really nice and kebabs. Food is always hot when it arrives. Chips just need to be hotter and crispier

Ordered last weekend, it was late and cold and took 3 calls to chase...my partner was told that we would be able to have an order upto the value of the meal again, so gave them a chance on the tuesday late on, was told that they werent delivering anymore and to ring again at the weekend....we have just tried again and was told that from a 28!! pound order we would only get £5 discount on our order....reneging on the original promise of the copensation just the whole attitude of the complaint!! never ever again, if i could have it would have been a 0 star rating!!!

Rubbish! Ordered via hungryhouse and it took 2 hours. After nearly an hour and half of waiting I called them and asked where my food was and if delivery always takes this long, the guy on the phone said yes it does and food will be with me in 10 mins. Half hour later it arrived. Ordered chicken tikka masala which wasn't a tikka masala at all, rice, small portion , keema nan which had the tiniest bit of thin meat, and pizza and chips. Pizza was totally cold, the rest was warm, only just edible. £3 just for delivery when it took 2 hours to arrive. Will never order from here again!

I ordered on hungry house and an hour after ordering I got a call telling me it was £4 extra because of delivery. When I queried it he said"do you want the food or not?". Terrible service, terrible attitude and frankly downright rude! Don't bother ordering from them there are better places in the area than this!!!

As a big tall man I enjoy a lot of food but this place was terrible I ordered pizza and kebab and the pizza didn't even arrive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pedimos bastante tarde en diciembre 31 St. Pedimos una pizza Apollo, y una pieza de SFC con patatas fritas.

I've used this takeaway numerous times and the food has been ok. Visited this evening and stood waiting at the counter and was completely blanked by the three guys working there. I waited for a few minutes and then walked out.

pésimo servicio al cliente, 2 horas para entregar. Llamó varias veces y me dijeron que sería 2 o 3 minutos y todavía esperando. La comida no era muy buena. personal grosero por teléfono y en persona cuando alimentos entregados no recibo dado. Corra desde la puerta cuando pedimos un recibo. Nunca utilice otra vez!!!

Waited over an hour for the food and when it arrived there were 2 parts of the order missing. We phoned up and was told by the rather rude guy on the phone that we "hadn't even ordered it anyway"We won't be going back, which is a shame as the pizza was quite nice.
