Woodley Pizza in Reading

Was disappointed to find cheese on the cheeseless pizza i ordered and when i rung up the guy was very mean and rude, said i should have put no cheese, when the type of pizza didn't have cheese. After 3 minutes of back and forth and me explaining how silly the concept of saying no cheese on something that doesn't have cheese on was, i asked human to human if he actually understood the problem and where i was coming from? he said yes, i get why you're upset. so i said oh great thanks, what can be done about it? he said nothing sorry and hung up no refund nothing.

After taking more than 2 hours to arrive, there was a slice of the garlic bread missing... never order from these idiots... furious!

Ok antes que nada - La comida llegó 20 minutos antes, pero si soy sincera, hubiera preferido que fuera 20 minutos tarde y supiera a comida de verdad. Pedimos "chips de queso" que sabían a cartón empapado El pollo estaba rosado El llamado pan de ajo se parecía a una tostada con hierbas, no tenía nada de ajo. Los aros de cebolla estaban empapados e insípidos y, finalmente, la pizza fue la mejor de todas, pero aún sabía que había sido arrastrada a través de caca de caballo. 0/10 No recomendaría y ciertamente nunca comprará de nuevo.

Ordered food, some of the order didn’t turn up, staff were very rude, really not impressed by their service in the slightest

El tiempo total de pedido en Just Eat para la entrega fue apenas de dos horas y cuarto. Encuentro ese período de tiempo simplemente inaceptable. Cuando finalmente llegó la comida, la pizza era de una calidad increíblemente promedio, al igual que las alitas de pollo. Las picaduras de crema fresca eran agradables Sin embargo, en general, todo lo relacionado con toda la experiencia huele a un establecimiento de tercer nivel y, sobre esta base, no recomendaría ordenar desde aquí. How this place ever got a 5 star on hungry house beggars belief! It was disgusting. It tasted like the cheapest pizza you could buy at the worst supermarket & heated in the oven. Not helped by the fact, on arrival they said it was a 45 minute journey to reach us! Why take the order? There was only a hotness due to jalapeño- no taste at all. Completely boring, thick crust, greasy, not worth the box it was in! So terribly disappointed.

First time I ordered pizza here, I waited 4 hours to recieve a call saying they won't be making the order and refunded money. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I again ordered last night, after paying online... no pizza turned up, no effort to contact me about any issue was made, basically just took my money and ran! Would never reccommend and will never order again!!

I ordered my food at around 9pm, I was only visiting the area therefore I had to check on google what the postcode was for the hotel. Anyway about 11pm the driver called me and spoke to me in a way which can only be described as disrespectful, he shouted at me and told me that I had gotten the post code wrong and he would have to drive further out to get my food to me, any time I tried to speak he shouted down the phone then hung up. I then called the restaurant, to be greeted by yet another unapologetic member of staff, who proceeded to ask me for my post code and scoffed at me when I told him obviously I didn't know it because I was only visiting and said "do you want your food or not", obviously my answer was no and I wanted my money back, I do not expect to be spoken to by anyone like that especially not a pizza delivery guy, disgusting.

Food took an hour and a half to arrive as driver was lost, and unsurprisingly food was cold! Won't be ordering again. Disappointing.

Ordered nice, hearty chilli kebab pizza from Woodley Pizza for delivery tonight, along with some rich & tasty jalapeno cheese poppers. Woodley Pizza deliver quickly & efficiently up to 5am; despite being almost 5 miles away, the food got here hot. Great value, & not really much to fault, but one small criticism would just be to bear in mind that when delivering late night, calling a house phone can disturb sleeping residents - I don't mind at all, but it's probably best to avoid this. Recommended to all, Woodley Pizza give great service.
