Surprised to be honest at the negative reviews listed, we have never had any problems with Pizza Hut Sutton, It is very local to us however. Staff have been polite and helpful whenever we have visited or phoned. Great Pizza, sometimes it is a little on the oily side but nothing wrong with the quality or taste.

What an absolute disgrace of a Pizza Hut. Rude, ignorant abusive staff. Wrong order only to be told not their problem. No customer service skills. The man on the telephone is an abusive, rude vile man. Total incompetence. AVOID THIS PLACE spend you money else where.

Time after time they come late, cold and wrong. Really don't know what's wrong with this place. Given it is part of a national chain, the company should remove the franchise owners and replace it with competent management!

Ordered online, advised 65 - 75 minutes. Chased at 85 minutes and told not even in oven yet and would be at least another 45 minutes minimum. No contact from them, we had to chase. Cancelled order but now have to wait to see if customer service respond with refund .........

I will never use this place again. Ordered online at 7.10pm, pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 7.45pm. By 8.45pm still no pizza, tried ringing and ringing restaurant but nobody would answer, by 9.15pm I only wanted to speak to them to cancel as I’d paid on my debit card. Pizza turned up at 9.40pm and went straight into the bin. Im sure the reason they won’t answer the phone is so one cannot cancel once ordered.

Easily the worse place to order from. Both times ordered food it’s taken nearly 2 hours! staff don’t answer the phone when you call up to see what the delay is. And the food itself is disappointing. Shame because I prefer Pizza Hut to dominos usually. Won’t be ordering from this particular branch again

The food took 1hr 20mins to turn up from point of order when we were told it would be delivered in 35-45mins (so it was 35mins late). The driver then turned up with an incomplete order. When I tried to talk to him about it he literally walked back to his car and drove off shouting out the car window to me saying "just call them they'll give you a refund or something!" I then called up and ask for a refund and the manager tells me he can't give me a refund but can drop the missing items off in 15mins, (when the rest of the food will be cold basically). He did then turn up with the missing items, so a complete order took near 2hrs to deliver. They didn't even use lid stop stands to stop the cheese sticking to the box. It appears this branch has zero respect for the Pizza Hut brand. Their end to end level of service is clearly shockingly poor and the quality of food is terrible. It's safe to say that we'll never ever order from Pizza Hut again.

Have ordered from here several times before, but order arrived today £15 for 6 slices...normally pay £15 for 10 slices..it was meant to be half and half..2 slices of one type , 4 of the other !!! Order was 15 mins late, and potato wedges were half raw.. won't be bothering again...

Ordered online and it got delivered 1 hour and 10 minutes time. Children were hungry and had the luke warm food. Phoned at 25 minutes interval , both times told the driver had just left. Once challenged about this, man on the phone responded “ok” with apology. POOR, ruining pizza huts’ reputation.

Ordered Takeout from this restaurant on a Tuesday evening. The buy one get one free special offer made this a bargain. Since all of our three grandchildren really like their pizza, we ordered in rather than go out. The restaurant only does take out or delivery. The restaurant is located only a couple of blocks from our daughter’s house, but I was still amazed at how quickly the pizza arrived. It was hot and came as ordered. The pizza was okay as far as my wife and I were concerned, but if all three grandchildren like it, we’re golden!

Not a good review unfortunately, both times I visited the man was on his phone no customers in shop but took time to serve used his bare hands to touch the burger bun without cleaning hands never give me my penny change didn't even ask lol. Second time same situation sour faced woman didn't want to be there on the phone touching the dirty screen then back to the burger bun. Didn't offer me my change again. I'm sure it's a front cause no one cares about the business and it filthy in there.

It’s a mess to look at, the place is dark, dingy, dirty and falling apart. The staff look dirty too. The food is not bad, just really small portions since the new owners have taken over. Really small, the chips are bit below average. Always a long waiting time, if there was any other takeaways open on a late night this place would go bankrupt people only go here because it’s the only thing there. It’s alright if your drunk but wouldn’t recommend too much.

Food was disgusting it's was so dry 🤢 took a hour to deliver aswell and food turns up cold for £19 it wasn't worth the money 💰 I'm sorry but it won't be ordering from here again 🤢🤢

Pedí desde Domino's Pizza (Birmingham - Central) y rastreé la entrega en el mapa en vivo de su sitio web. Observé cómo el repartidor iba en dirección opuesta a mi casa, antes de regresar a la sucursal. Cuando llamé a la sucursal para averiguar qué había pasado, me dijeron -en tono muy grosero e irrespetuoso- que el conductor había llegado a mi casa (no era cierto) y me llamó por el teléfono móvil pero no contesté (tampoco cierto) , por lo que regresaron a la sucursal. Qué tan pobre debe ser la cultura de su empresa para culpar a sus clientes de su propia incompetencia. Para añadir más insultos, mi pedido de pizza y guarniciones finalmente llegó frío como piedra. Había planeado hacer un pedido para la reunión social de mi oficina más tarde esa semana, pero no quería arriesgarme después de mi experiencia. Hazlo mejor, Domino's.
