I ordered a pizza from this place at 5.12, and was told to expect it between 5.55 and 6.05. Come 6.05, the pizza had not arrived, so I phoned the restaurant to ask where it was. The guy on the phone reassured me "the driver will be here any minute now", so by the time that I was meant to have received my food, it still was not yet even out for delivery. It did not arrive, until 6.30, and was not even hot! Suffice to say I have ordered my last ever pizza from this shower of spit. One of the other reviewers mentioned Roman. Roman delivered my pizza on a couple of previous occasions, and was awesome, He deserves to be working at a better place. Hopefully he has found one.

I ordered food this place and it never turned. It happened to me, twice. Very awful service. This place is an embarrassment to other takeaway places. Please order from here as you money will be taken and the order will never be delivered.

Got my food super fast. Delivery driver. Roman was propper nice guy. I will be ordering again. Big up Roman. Cheers boss

Food took 3 hours to arrive ! Was told on phone that we only ordered it 1.30 mins before calling !! Awful!!

I ordered directly with Pizza Hut 2 weeks ago and after an hour I rang to see where it was. I was told it would be another hour. I cancelled it and I’m STILL waiting for my refund as I had to contact customer services for it! We then thought we would try again tonight. Ordered through Uber eats this time. The driver sat outside for 40 mins waiting and told us it wasn’t ready yet. We rung the restaurant and the man rudely told us he wasn’t obliged to tell us about the order through Uber eats. The order was then cancelled 15 mins later by Uber eats. We had then waited nearly and hour and a half for our food. It’s now 9.15pm and we have to find something else. Wow! Don’t go to this Pizza Hut.

These absolute job worths can't even cook a bloody pizza majority of the time let alone not delivering my entire order last night after waiting from 9pm until 00:30!! Email said 50-60 minutes, I rang up after 90, they said another 45, and no order ever turned up! It was a cheese pizza, wedges and cookie dough. Really not that hard, bunch of thick skulled idiots.

Absolutely vile service! Simply ordered 2 warm cookie doughs and a tub of ice cream to finish our evening! Almost 2hrs last, nothing had turned up! Phoned to be told our order didn’t exist, despite having email confirmation saying so. Then was told that they didn’t have our address, despite it being on the email confirmation also! So after being LIED to TWICE, a 3rd person on the phone then confirmed our order existed but we were 18th in the queue and that they wouldn’t expedite our order despite their error! After being lied to, the team at Duke St. were in complete denial of what had happened and were told a refund couldn’t be issued and that we must contact customer services! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE CORONA!! A SHAMBLES OF A PIZZA HUT FRANCHISE!

Ordered online and waited 2 hours, called the store and was told our order was not in the system. Was then told we were at the back of a queue of 18 others and would just have to wait. I asked for a refund and was told this wasn’t possible and to call customer services. The staff were rude and not willing to apologise for their error or try and reciting it. Would never order from this store again!

Ordered pizza online which arrived 2 hours later. The pizza not only tasted bland, but looked like it had been cut by a five year old with some slices devoid of any of the ingredients at all! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Lovely pizza, very tasty, only let down by being 30mins late. The pizza was probably the best I have had for a while!

1 hour 40 minutes and delivery didn't even turn up. Paid on line and simply didn't get our food. Kept picking up phone and hanging up when we tried to call. Actually went down to store and were palmed off with how busy they were. Terrible!

Had delivery from this store and it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The pizza was burnt underneath, the pizza was chewy like it had been left out for a while, we were given the wrong drink as that's all they had and out potato wedges were cold. I would NEVER order from here again
