Permanently CLOSED. Despite still advertised as open on Google (for now) and has the website still online. Weird. Also there are alot of suspicious 5 star reviews too from when it was open.... 😂🤦

Ordered food an hour and a half ago, my boyfriend tried to call but they took the phone off the hook to stop us calling. Had to call another company to call the restaurant and their excuse was ‘running out of stock’ but they accepted the order and ‘closing soon’ but we ordered at 1:30 it’s now 3 so they were not closing at the time of ordering. cancelled the order without any contact or anything. Won’t send the money back either so we have no food.

Ordered my food over an hour ago by the website and it’s late and when I’ve tried to call them they took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call again and my pizza hasn’t even turned up yet

Over 3 and a half hours for delivery of my burnt edged pizza with the bare minimum of toppings. Base was rock hard and the heat from the pizza caused the sauces to burst inside the box. Also had cheesy chips which was just a hardened disc of cheese with a handful of chips imbedded into it. Delivery driver had no clue, had to go out and guide him to a location to collect my order. I was given some freebies and staff were apologetic but really bad service and food quality. Honestly, frozen pizza would have been of better taste and quality and I could have flown to Italy to get it in less time than it took to get my order from Farm Pizza. Don’t be fooled or tempted by the offers, it is not worth it, stay away from this one.

Ordered a pizza online at 13.30pm email confirmation came through the order had been accepted and would be delivered by 14.04pm, it was not, finally got through on the phone to be told they had just opened and couldn’t even deliver anyway, so I collected but waited in the shop to be served for 5 minutes as no one was in there, had to ask for the delivery charge to be refunded, didnt get any form or apology!! IF YOU DONT OPEN UNTIL 2PM THEN CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE AS IT SAYS 12PM!!! Ignorant prick.

They are cheating on people! Website shows that they are open but restaurant was closed, but it wasn't problem for them to proceed with the online order and taking £45 from me! Luckily I've paid through the PayPal so I'll get monet back but its just not right! It's stealing and cheating people! Not recommend!

I ordered 2 simple items, a can of coke and a Cookies and Cream ice cream. Instead I got a can of Pepsi and a strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I called them back and quieted why, the guy was very rude and said they had run out so gave me those instead. I said you can't just guess what replacements I like, he said he didn't care because who else would delivery for £10. That still isn't thr point. He then said I can do what I like and hung up.

We ordered 10 of the 20 inch pizzas for a wedding after party and everything was perfect for us. They even added extra chicken boxes, extra fries etc all free of charge. Most of all they were delivered on the time we asked for and all was still hot.. highly recommended 👌

First time in Chelmsford after a very long and delayed train, I wondered around and ended up here. The staff were so friendly and kind, the service was amazing and the pizza was spot on. Ready in 10 mins so barely even waited! Thank you

I've used this Pizza shop a few times. Never had any issues with them. The Pizza is always hot when it gets delivered. Would rather buy from here than the bigger chains like Dominoes. You always get a good deal for your money.

First time using farm pizza, and also the last. The pizza was so thin you couldn't pick it up, it was just a soggy mess. The chicken strips had a strange plastic taste to them, and the chocolate cake was rock hard and looked like it had sat in a fridge for the last week. The only edible thing was the chips. Highly disappointed

Hi, I drove all the way from Braintree today to get the pizza. They charged me 24 pounds for pizza, chips with cheese and chicken wings. I was informed last time that chips and pizza are in offer. Anyways we had ordered vegetable hot and spicy pizza. They gave me a pizza with 5 onion and Bell peppers only. Kindly do not trust them. I called the shop and there was a young lady there and she just shouted on me. I told her that I understand that the shop was busy but I was still talking politely and she completely lost it and became hysterical and shouted like mad. I am very surprised as this is the first time in UK I had faced such a threatening customer service. Kindly do not waste your money going to this shop. I had met the owner he was lovely and so we went for the second time. But the Chelmsford shop is total disappointment. They are threatening people and do not even apologise.

I always get pizza from farm fresh, it's has been my favourite since I moved to chelmsford, and the new owner is genuinely a lovely guy always up for a good chat and works hard

Absolutely horrible. I haven't eaten for 10 hours as the pizza is almost 3 hours late. Do not order if you want to eat cold food that will come in the next few hours. Now I just cancelled the order and I have to be charged even thought they came 3 hours late.

Absolutely shocking. We ordered three pizzas, which took two hours to deliver. They were stone cold and Farm Pizza made the decision to upgrade our small to a medium! Charging us more when we didn’t ask for it! Unhelpful delivery staff with a lot of attitude. Grim pizza, some may even say the WORST pizza they’ve ever eaten. Will never order again. Who knew pizzas could be this bad!

I've got to say absolutely amazing pizza....we ordered over phone and went to collect, got the special collection order 2 x 13inch pizza and garlic bread...I can not fault it....was tasty, lots of toppings and for £13.99 absolute bargain...would defo recommend

Took nearly two hours. Sent back as vold. New order arrived. Reheated burnt. Never answered my calls. Manager promised it wasn't reheated. Topping feel of burnt pizza. Wouldn't even cut with a knife. Never use again. The bin may have enjoyed it. I offered it to my dog and she even turned it down.

Ordered on a quiet Wednesday night for delivery, waited 30 minutes when I hear my neighbour shout “free pizza” from his front door (semi detached house). The driver had attempted delivery to the wrong house, but the order clearly stated the correct house number and they are not easily mixed up as house numbers are on both doors in bold!! When confronted the delivery driver offered no apology and did not seem fazed by his mistake. We were lucky to have kind enough neighbours to hand the pizza back! To top this off pizza was bland and tasteless, never ordering from here again. Complete waste of money.

Having called to order pizza having looked at price online we were asked for more. So said forget it and hung up and ordered online. Ordered 20" inch deal. Received an 18" box so mathematics confirms pizza is smaller than this. Called to complain to be told it was right just run out of bigger boxes. Well no ridiculous and if not prepared to charge appropriate or be honest with sizes and prices I would recommend anyone going elsewhere.

Rude scammers, persistently try to overcharge and lie when questioned

If you want to be scammed try and order a small pizza. They'll not tell you they can't do it they'll just try and charge you more than double for a medium, if you question it they'll tell you they don't have small dough but they try it on every single time, especially with drunk passerbys. Anything that seems like a good deal is a scam hook, they will try and deceive you.

Having seen intoxicated people visit this premises and order the small pizza yet be charged and given larger more expensive sizes I was sceptical of this place. Visited this evening out of necessity, clearly ordered two small pizzas (which was not challenged by the server) and without any explanation was asked to pay well in excess of what the cost should have been. Only upon challenging did the server admit that they had “run out of” small pizzas. Hard to believe on a quiet Thursday evening. Be careful - will not be returning.

I'm sorry but I just got told by staff who delivered the pizza to my door that I need to stop complaining regarding the service even though they have messed up my order at least twice. I wouldn't need to complain if it was all correctly delivered. I'm never ordering here again, so rude.

I highly recommend this store. Such a well organised establishment. Customer service is 5 star and the time of delivery was within the time stated. The delivery driver was so polite. My pizza was exactly as I ordered. It was still piping hot. Thank you for such a pleasant Overall experience.

Well, well, well! Last time me and my father ordered from here was a good 18 months ago, the pizza on that day was over cooked tasted like cardboard and well barely edible! However, tonight I kinda fancied one of there 20” pizzas for £9.99. Don’t be fooled! If you add extras they charge what they want! The menu doesn’t stipulate the cost of extras on the 20”. I will be complaining to Essex County Council Trading standards on Jan 2nd! When confronted I was met by hostility by a delivery driver of all people. Crap food, crap service, false advertising. Should have guessed by the prices being covered up on the wall!

Ordered one of there deals and when arrived was missing part of it so I called them up and they said they no longer add that item to the deal and they have just not updated just eat. So beware when ordering there deals you will have to call them up before hand to insure they will honour the deals they put on just eat.

Ordered thin crust and got deep pan. Ordered just cheese chillies and tomatoes and got ham and mushrooms too for some reason. Couldn't eat the chicken because every strip I bit into felt like pure gristle
