Absolute crap. Ordered 4 pizzas with family was sat in quality control for 25min. I then rang to say it was sat far to long and not to deliver if cold. It arrived I checked while delivery guy was at the door. COLD. Awful food and poor service by the management team after expressing my feelings.

I ordered the stuffed crust pizza, the dough was super raw I couldn’t eat it. Took the pizza back to the store and asked for a different one, after 15 he I got the same type of dough when I asked him a thin pizza dough. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the thing pizza. Once the pizza was ready I said to the manager I should get the difference back as the stuffed pizza was £3 more plus got charged £2.50 for delivery, when I had to get out of my house to get the new pizza as he never offered me another one over the phone. He said he was going to reembolse the diferente but he never did!! Really defensive and bad customer service. Will never get pizza in Stansted again!

I doing order for party my daughter to be on 5pm ,it was delayed and in the end it wasn't what I ordered, was the terrible day.

Having been a pepi's Pizza fan for many years, my partner and I were looking forward to two of their standard menu pizzas with a side dish of wedges.We received our meals approximately half hour late, which whilst annoying just added to our hunger! When we opened our boxes we were very disappointed. Both pizzas were nearly black. Presumably the extra time needed to get it to this colour was why it was late? Some one there likes extra crunchy food. We have had no response from them when we complained. So we have lost a great pizza house and they have lost our custom. Such a shame!

Very poor service - no apology for cold late food. Not even a huge amount of food for cost. Don’t bother ordering from here as not worth the effort.

I’ve been using Metro for over 10 years, last Saturday we ordered as normal, it took well over an hour, normally 30 mins, the meat was stone cold , the salad looked liked it had been thrown into the box, not fit to eat, when I called them up, I was told the food is cold because of the time of year and the roads are busy, asked if it was under new management, at first they did not know, then they told me that they were, chilli sauce was watered down, and my wife was sick all night, please don’t order from them, if you do there is a good chance you will be ill….

Absolutely shocking customer service don’t order from this place! Got my order wrong 6 hours ago still waiting for the right one or to confirm a refund.

I went yesterday night to this place with a dozen of colleagues to celebrate Christmas. I've had one of the worst experience in a bar/restaurant. The service was beyond poor with a wait of nearly an hour before being served any drinks. The waiters seemed to be busy with another group downstairs and completely disregard us for almost an hour. The food was really really bad (frozen pizzas, and tomato pasta student-style - no joke). Overall, the fun was there because of the people, but the whole group agreed that the place very bad on absolutely every points.

Sadly this place charges alot more but fails to give you the amount that you’ve paid for?? The donner and chicken sizzler is not at all filled up and the chips are not cooked properly and a teeny bit of salad at the side??!!! It is the same via Uber eats orders too they don’t fill the containers and it’s more like just over half filled. Please sort your food orders out and give customers what they’ve paid for. It’s a shame the good is actually good and tasty!

Tan lento para entregar. Al personal telefónico grosero no le importa Sí, el conductor salió a entregar... no siento que sea tarde de NUEVO. Nunca me gusta hablar con la señora por teléfono, ya que siempre se equivoca algo (bebe de nuevo)

That pizza you would get when you were off your nut age 17. No more, no less. Better options available pretty much anywhere but dominos is too expensive and everything else closed. Satisfactory.

I ordered a pizza at 4 am as most places were closed. The pizza was top quality. The ingredients were obviously really good. The service was fantastic. The driver was polite and on time they even offered me a free cheesecake. I’ve subsequently ordered other things from Hussein and the team team and they’ve been friendly, polite and professional I would highly recommend them to anybody

Collection- didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes despite there being several people in the kitchen. Turns out my order was ready so didn't need to wait! Then forgot one pizza. Got to my car and realised the sauce was not as ordered. Then the lady server told me I had ordered the wrong one...nope, clearly right on my order. Frankly disgusting. And not very hot either. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent.

I placed an order on Saturday 29th March 2025 at 17.43 hours to the 339 Valence Road, Dagenham as on a google search this showed up as my nearest branch. My order no. 546978597 for 1 x Big bundle Deal of Pepperoni (13inch large) pizza; Meat Feast (13 inch large) pizza, mixed leaf salad, potato wedges, pepsi max (1.5L bottle), tomato sauce for 35.99 with breaded chicken strips with sweet chilli dip for 6.99 and ben & jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream for 2.99 - total of £49.45. An hour later I called the Pizza hut at 339 Valence Road, Dagenham on 02085981414 and was informed by the Manager Mr Abu that they did not have my order and they cover only the RM8 area, he advised me to call the branch that covered my postcode in 131 Broad Street, Dagenham on 0203 4174926 which I did, I gave my order number again and spoke with the Manager Mr Mohamed who after I explained I had been waiting fort over an hour, and had spoken to his sister branch, and needed my order as my kids were looking forward to entertaining me to a carpet picnic for mothers day the following day. He said my order was not there and promptly dropped the phone on me. I called back, Mohamed's colleague answered the phone and after waiting for 10 minutes, he came to the phone where I explained to him he had dropped the phone without telling me how I get my order which I now want to cancel. He said he had no log of my order and was unable to help me, I should either come down to their branch to sort it out or place a second order. I explained to him that the whole point of ordering delivery was because I was unable to leave the house and I had two small children so could not leave them alone all because he could not be bothered to look for my order or send me a replacement. I asked for an email address so I could send him my receipt, but was advised to call customer service. I then called Abu back at the previous branch, he called Mohamed to my hearing and asked him to look for my order which was unable to be found. I asked for a replacement again as now my kids were crying from hunger. I was told there was nothing he could do and to call customer services for a refund. I am so upset over the rude customer service I received. I have worked in customer service for various organisations and would never speak to anyone like or drop the phone on a customer..

Waited an hour no pizza telephoned no response. Then telephoned me to be told another 2 hours. Took money imrf on order but money not returned for up to 10 days. Very rude gentlemen. Never again.
