I went yesterday night to this place with a dozen of colleagues to celebrate Christmas. I've had one of the worst experience in a bar/restaurant. The service was beyond poor with a wait of nearly an hour before being served any drinks. The waiters seemed to be busy with another group downstairs and completely disregard us for almost an hour. The food was really really bad (frozen pizzas, and tomato pasta student-style - no joke). Overall, the fun was there because of the people, but the whole group agreed that the place very bad on absolutely every points.

Went to join a karaoke party in the evening for food and singing but disappointed on both fronts. We were the only customers in a decoratively run down poorly lit restaurant, and the basement karaoke bar is dire and microphones poor which rather defeats the purposes of a karaoke bar.Starters of antipasti were mean, and poor quality meats that tasted revolting. Pizzas entirely average and poorly topped. Worst of all, was a bill that seemed to be made up on the spot - overcharged for poor service, food, and wine. Would not recommend. Total rip-off.

This is a small, no frills restaurant very centrally located. The decor is basic as is the menu and the service. Our food was dreadful - brown lettuce leaves, burnt pizzas and vacuum packed, uncooked, tortellini served as ravioli. The house white tasted of sparkling apple juice - not drinkable. That said - the karaoke room downstairs was a complete blast - which is why I am rating this as a 3. Two microphones, a private bar and plenty of tunes to choose from with a good touch screen system. Another monitor would have been useful so we could have spread out more, but apart from that great fun. Recommended for those who are looking for a fun karaoke party but only eat there if you have to!

A "family run" Italian restaurant (yeah right). Went here in July with my family. Pizzas were absolutely disgraceful, soggy, oily, over-cheesed. Service is some of the worst we've had ever. My daughter spilt food on my wife, and the waitress looked and thought it was funny, and she didn't bring a cloth or anything to help the situation. Downstairs they have loud karaoke parties, and it really wrecks the ambience. Not recommended.

Feel absolutly insulted. The food in this site is Great, I eat from this site three or four times a week and always great. After a long day at work the last thing I expect is to be told how to order a thin and crispy pizza ( it's a new policy). As much as I like Dominos, no longer from this site. Service is normally spot on and would review this site with five stars any other day, but to be treated like an idiot ( how I was made to feel - with your man pointing at trays - which made no difference as could.not see inside any of the blue trays he was pointing at). So it's a shame as I will no longer return to this site. Pizza hut (just across.the road) are not great and they only do the Italian thin and crispy but at least they seem genuine to have your custom and even double check your order. Great shame.

It was limper than my willy, soggier than my pants. Pepperoni, more like peppermoany. I'd rather eat a soggy tissue

Lentos sirviendo, la comida no estaba del todo mal aunque poca, las bebidas muy caras (escrito en bolígrafo detrás de la carta) todo tiene un recargo del 12.5% y no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito.

Just arrived burnt and missing two toppings, not surprising but unfortunately they are my default delivery branch which you can’t override.
