Pizza Hut in Maidstone

I doing order for party my daughter to be on 5pm ,it was delayed and in the end it wasn't what I ordered, was the terrible day.

I am beyond furious with the service I received from Pizza Hut. I ordered online and waited a staggering two hours for a delivery that never arrived! Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they either didn’t answer the phone or rudely hung up on me. They took my money without providing any explanation or apology, leaving us with no food on our night shift. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially from an international brand like Pizza Hut. I will never order from them again. Avoid this place at all costs!

ordered a couple of pizzas with garlic sprinkle. Before i left i thought id check that they remembered the garlic sprinkle. Didn't look like there was any on there apart from literally a dusting on one side of the crust so i asked nicely to Alex to add some more. He refused and told me that they are only aloud to put it on the crust. This is not the case i've had it many times before all over. This might sound petty but i was really looking forward to my dinner and to be honest it tasted pretty bland. Alex you are a proper little jobs worth and need to learn some customer service skills! I will not be returning to your Maidstone branch!

Order a pizza and from start to finish a nightmare, firstly I found the female on the phone a bit unhelpful acted as if she didn’t want to really be there, I ordered one large pizza and two sides, I asked for extra cheese on the pizza which trust me didn’t even have the normal amount on let alone extra, I asked for one half ham and pineapple and the pepperoni well! Trust me that was all dried up then to top it all we order chicken strips and asked for a dip, no. Dip sent! That will be the last time I will ever be ordering for there EVER, should have rung back up but really did t want to have to wait over an hour for another pizza to be delivered

Pre- ordered from here for 18:00 delivery. At 18:20 I called to be told they were busy. Asked when the order would be delivered I was told 20 to 30 minutes - about the time it takes to cook and deliver a pizza... obvious they hadn’t even started the order - even though I gave them 4 and a half hours notice. Will never order from here again and suggest no one else does either.

Tonight for the second time I have placed an order for delivery of two pizzas. Received them after nearly an hour, one pizza was correct, the other contained only the extra toppings. This is now the second time this has happened, to be fair the first instance a replacement pizza was sent. Upon me phoning to complain, I was told that they were just closing and that I would get a free pizza on my next order (as if I'm ever going to order again). I enquired about a refund and was told to contact customer services as the order was placed online. I know that mistakes happen but you would think that a pizza establishment would know how to make a pizza as per the order.

Got pizza from here with family are a Sunday treat after a wedding. What a mistake. Never, ever get pizza from here. It is literally disgusting. The order took over an hour to turn up - it was stone cold, items were missing and the order for one of the pizza was wrong. We called to complain, however the manager wasn't interested and said it was "impossible" that they could muck up the order. Well it wasn't impossible "Ed" as the order was completely different. The manager just plain wasn't interested and told us to contact customer services which I will be doing. It was cold, dry and wasn't cooked properly. Do yourself a favour and get your pizza elsewhere. Dominos is 100x better than this "food" What a waste of money.
