Food was dead, not nice, ordered the dragon wings, got home and had no sauce on them

Only place we order from anymore, never had any issues definitely recommend, always turns up early or on time, lovely drivers, hot on arrival, 10/10

The pizza offered here is of exceptional quality and is available at a very reasonable price. I personally prefer this pizza over those offered by Domino's and Pizza Hut. It is simply superb! Their curly fries and garlic bread are also quite delicious. Highly recommend

Usually get good service from this place but went back recently and was appalled. Worker behind the counter was grumpy and laughed in our faces for seemingly no reason. Very hostile environment. Also got our order wrong and then huffed to his coworkers about it and was visibly very angry and rude. Will not be coming back.

Love pizza go go. Pizzas are nice and delivery is fast. The one time we got a wrong order, there was no issues calling them and the correct order came out straight away ( was also kept the original order)

unfortunately we are going to have to move away from ordering at pizza go go. Not for the first time we ordered and it was ridiculously late. we ordered at 7.20 at 9.15 i rang up asking where our food was only to have the man on the phone go quite and then trying to say he will ring the delivery driver just as he was doing this the driver showed up i told him not to bother as he was at ours but he continually carried on saying the same thing until i said curtly he was there. then said they was busy i said a phone call would have been nice as an update. then he replied saying it was busy. we must be really unlucky as the last 4 orders we have had have been really late and some have been in the day. we ended up with cold pizza and sides what a waste of money. disgusting service.

One of the best pizza in town. It's cheaper and tastier than dominos and pizza hut. Largest pizza collection for £10 is just brilliant. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Customer service was good and the staff was friendly. My only criticism is that, they could add a tiny bit of salt to their dough. I'd be more than happy to order from them again and would recommend collection over delivery as the taste of a piping hot pizza is way better than one which is not super fresh and hot...

Yet again for about the 8th time pizza has turned up cold not even cooked either cheese stuffed crust had hard crunchy bits init not very nice at all and well I wanted what you call warm cookies mine were cold not done properly again and absolutely dripping in grease it's like your chefs have no heart with their food anymore very disappointing also you have changed bbq sauce Where's the hickery sauce gone.update Friday 16th September was really hungry so thought let's try again well definitely don't want anything else from here not cooked properly yet again also probably had more greese than the actual grill/oven had in it stuffed crust wasn't cooked and the cheese sticks also not cooked properly it's like since you made the TV appearance you don't care anymore it's a shame really

Outstanding. Ordered two pizzas, one chicken hot and one meaty one stuffed crust. Also grabbed some wedges and garlic bread. Really friendly guy in there sweeping the floor and the younger chap took my order and let me wait in the car and he brang it to me, fresh. It was delicious. Please beware though, the chicken hot pizza is not for the faint hearted haha. Thanks Guys. I'll be back.

I ordered a small chicken pizza Friday night and from 2am onwards I’ve been throwing up the whole night, I’ve had a fever and terrible Timmy pain all from the pizza. After seeing a ridiculous review of Pizza Gogo Maidstone, on Kent Live, I was compelled to write a review. We have never had an issue with the pizza and have always been satisfied with our order. Never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a collection and has always been freshly cooked to order. Also, Kent Live, do better.

Pizza Gogo Maidstone, As a non pizza lover I ordered reluctantly due to my partner wanting one, I have now been converted, it was the best pizza I have ever had, also easy to order and a speedy delivery, I would definitely recommend this place, Fabulous pizza's at fantastic prices!!!

Not worthy at all, food supposed to be delivered @0015 but it delivered @0045. They told me it will be delivered in 2-3 mins and I was waiting outside in the freezing cold but took 30 mins and food also got cold as well. I could give 0 star but no option.

We ordered 3 large pizzas and 3 sets of chicken wings at 19.32 on Friday 18/12. The we expected the delivery wait time to be long but when we called at 20.18 we were told it was at our door, when questioned further as clearly there was no driver at the door we were told he had left the shop and that would be there in minutes! Another 20 minutes passed and still no arrival (we live around the corner from the shop but are self isolating) so we called again twice. Each time we were told it had arrived and then finally we were told that the manager was coming out to see us! At that point 20.50 the driver arrived and said he has just picked up the food and come straight here! The food was hot so this would suggest he was telling the truth and therefore the store was lying! In A follow up call we were told ‘what’s the problem you have your food now!’ Rude and dishonest staff - do not recommend using this place

We have always had lovely pizzas here in the past but the last 2 times we have ordered, the pizzas have been massively overdub and dried out, despite phoning up and telling them to underdo the pizzas. We said we like them doughy and they sarcastically replied, the stuffed crust one will always be doughy. Anyway, they weren’t and we got home and had to throw them away as they were burnt and tasted awful. How hard is it to take a pizza out the oven a few minutes earlier??

Waited two hours tonight for my order. Phoned three times and the lady answering the phone was useless- didn’t know what was going on. Pizza finally arrived ordered the BBQ original- didn’t taste of anything. Ordered the cookies which also didn’t taste of much- DOES NOT COMPARE TO DOMINOS. Would never order from here again.

Spent 50 quid on pizza it turned up cold, sides where cold and missing mozzarella sticks lady on the phone was nice but the manager said 7no to busy to bring the mozzarella sticks and they just said they will add free mozzarella sticks to my next order how are they free if I've already paid for them wont be ordering from them again

I ordered a stuffed crust online and received normal. No garlic drizzle on the garlic sizzler nearly every single time even though I order it with extra cheese and extra drizzle!! My mother’s cheese and tomato was burned to a crisp so she gave her dinner to her dogs. So many times I’ve had drinks or dips or toppings missing and when I ring to complain I get hung up on saying nothing’s wrong! If you want disappointment go ahead and order from this dump

I have been using this pizza go go for many years now and in the past its always been good, however just received our order which cost almost £25.00 and it was awful the pizzas were burnt I wont ever use this pizza place again which is a shame

Do not buy from. If you have any issues the manager will talk right over you and be adiment that he is correct. Very rude customer service and really it needs a new ownership .

I really enjoy Pizza Gogo in Maidstone. It is by far the most consistently good pizza you can get delivered here. I particularly like the mozzarella sticks and hot dog stuffed crust.

Been ordering from Pizza Go Go Tonbridge Road for years and it's always been good. Order online facility is useful, They always say it'll be around 40 minutes which is fine if you plan ahead. Pizzas arrive by a pleasant delivery driver, and are hot and tasty and in one piece, I've never had one like the photo shows. Wouldn't order from anywhere else.

I recently ordered from this dump, it was delivery and the worst one delivery i've ever had. We waited at least 40 minutes for are order when it is just a 5 minute drive down the road, when are order FINALLY arrived we got in to discover that we did not receive any of the dips we ordered and PAID for. Also all the cookies were milk chocolate instead of white and milk which is truly disappointing as I couldn't eat them because I am allergic to milk chocolate, I am truly devastated and can happily say that that was the delivery from hell.

The Maidstone branch dosent honour its offers. I phoned for an offered deal on the website, they said they don't do it and after having a worse deal delivered, they include a flyer offering me that very deal. This has happened 3 times now..... no more. so many others to choose from.

I asked for 2 of their biggest pizza and told they do 15"... they delivered 12'' which were not even worth the £10 each... very disappointed Pizza GOGO... I called immediately and said the standard of topping/pizza was very poor and they said that's what I ordered and refused to take them back as 'it doesn't work like that'. I was advised I would need to pay £3 and they would send me out a medium one... the two pizza are not enough to feed three... Pizza Poor Poor... please go elsewhere and have a better quality Pizza

Hace 2 años dijo que fuera y colgó f una vez que llamaba y amablemente me explicó nuestro pedido estaba equivocada, entonces llamaron de nuevo y fue notificado que tenía que no entrega de pizza... Alrededor de mi casa madres hoy ella pedimos pizza. Sonó Como era tarde y acusado de mentir, me explicó que me registré el tiempo de llamada antes de venirme pero marca un mentiroso.. Precio online mostró que nos cobraron 20 libras extra... Así que pregunté porqué y me hicieron subir los precios y fue grosero... La experiencia no vale la pena ir a algún otro sitio!

Ordered stuff crust , pizza arrived with no stuff crust. Told free pizza next time. Order next time to be told no free pizza so paid. Pizza arrived with no ham. Told another pizza will be sent out in an hour but the other pizza needs to come back. No problem , however we ate 2 slices and then discovered no ham. As we ate two slices they couldn't take the pizza back. Please just get the order right ....honestly it would be so much easier to give what customers pay for

Normalmente uso estos para llevar pero nunca de nuevo ahora! Frío, tarde y mal, que estaba mintiendo sobre que según ellos! Me dijeron que debería haber comprobado cómo caliente y justo mi pedido en mi puerta (?!), pero el conductor nos metimos en sin decir una palabra, y básicamente se acabaron! Me dijeron que no podría haber un reembolso de mi pedido ya terminé de algunos de ello? No quieren que la regurgitación?! Después de una hora y 10 minutos de tiempo de entrega que tenía hambre!!! Quien hablaba por teléfono era extremadamente grosero y como digo, me marca un mentiroso. Asqueroso servicio al cliente!

Food arrived over 1 hour 40 minutes after order, delivery guy was rude, an item was missing and the food was cold. Terribly rude on the phone when I complained and he did not seem to care about how bad they were. Waiting to hear back from head office now as I issued a complaint.

Ordered on my weekly visit to my mum, pizza as always was excellent and gogo do the best stuffed crust in town. I had paid on card over the phone but the delivery driver wanted a tip.
