Honestly best pizza in Maidstone. Worth the heavy price

I have just received the best pizza of my life. Generous flavoursome toppings, great dough & the best stuffed crust I've ever had. 100% recommend Tops for a awesome pizza.

Ordered through just eat. Delivery was quicker than the predicted time but some items were missing and the food was unfortunately not as good as I had hoped for. 3/10

Ordered the deal with pizza and a side. Side never arrived. I made the delivery driver aware and was told he would speak to his boss but never heard any more. Pizza was really good too so quite disappointed.

Delivery was great. Driver was friendly and polite. Delivery was within the given time estimates. Food was hot and tasted great. Packaging was great with cut outs for holding your dip pots.

Just popping a review- first time ordering from here and can say the customer service was amazing. There was an issue with my delivery (two hotels within same area) and once it was clarified, they gave me a second fresh pizza- the delivery driver was really apologetic and tried to rectify the issue

Thought I’d give these guys a second chance as this was my go to pizza place in the last place I lived. What the hell is going on in the Maidstone branch? I ordered a bbq pizza with chicken and bacon. The poor excuse they used for bacon I doubt is actually real meat. Disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE. I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. It all went in the bin and am getting a full refund.

Food was lukewarm at best when delivered, shop was unhelpful when called, merely stating “driver is out delivering, you’ll get it in 5/10 minutes” when it was already half an hour later than their estimated time, which was 10 minutes after the selected delivery time

WOULDN’T GIVE EVEN HALF A STAR IF I COULD. Totally utterly disappointed with the food. Traveled to Maidstone and felt for a pizza and found tops pizza. Gonna keep it short and in a nutshell, the pizza was disgusting, no flavour and CHEAP FOOD PRODUCTS USED. Chicken on the pizza is chicken from a bag, the cheese was not even stretchy and the cheese in the crust just broke apart and no stretch like you would normally get with hot or warm cheese. Chicken wings looked big and nice but are full of water and no flavour (even though they were meant to be bbq wings) whatsoever as if they were out of a frozen bag and just run under the grill. Wasted my money and wouldn’t even given the food to a hungry person on the street because the food was that bad, IT ALL WENT STRAIGHT IN THE BIN !!

We rang the restaurant as it was 10 mins late delivery the driver had not yet left. Drive rang when outside and we had to go out of the flats to collect, he did not ring buzzer. Food was cold.

The food arrived on time but I ordered a bottle of Coca Cola and received a slice of cake instead which is not what i wanted at all and the food arrived cold not a good experience this time

I got the wrong order. I ordered pirir piri chicken and meat lovers on a thin base and instead I got two pizza that were on a thick base, one was vegetarian and the other had some type of chicken but both had mushrooms which I never would have ordered!

Food tasted ok, however it looked a disaster and the toppings were not on the pizzas. They looked like they had been dropped. They were not cut either for some reason. For £45+ for 3 pizzas (2 x large, one small), and paid delivery this is unacceptable.

Before tonight I would have happily recommended your food to anyone. But not anymore... Stuffed Crust Pizza, Wedges and Garlic Bread for Delivery sounds like a meal that surely no one could get wrong.. The pizza was a mess with a hint of Brown being the main colour.. It looked unappealing when the box was opened it was even worse when trying to get it out of the box.. It hadn't been cut through cleanly out came the scissors as I was expecting it to be hot as usual but sadly no it was barely luke warm. My plate was hotter.. The wedges although they looked good they were also nearly cold. Lastly the Garlic Bread.. This was a first for us thanks to the 'Black Friday' offer.. And it will definately be a last.. 4 small rounds of cold that looked very lost in the box designed for them.. Would love to know how your company could justify the full price that we would have paid if not for the offer... Disappointed beyond belief as any food that we have had previously has been well presented, fresh and piping hot...

Delivery guy came to back door even after showed him it was my order and showed the justeat app still recused ro give me my food stood there for 15 mins waiting for him to call the shop i then called myself and after a while i gave up and came back inside by the time we got our food it was cold and hard

once again ordered tops pizza with ranch sauce and no ranch sauce to be seen this is now the 4th time you have messed up what a joke of a company. last time we ordered bbq chicken pizza and got a pepperoni how difficult is it ?

Incredibly fast delivery, but the toppings were horrible. Bacon was actually cheap processed bacon flavoured stuff. Very cheap nasty toppings.

£45 order, placed 620pm, it was a Friday night, so a delay was expected. 2 hours for delivery, though, seems excessive. Food cold, portions tiny for the price, pizza was £10 and the size of a small garlic bread, ribs dry and curly fries £7 and tiny portions, poor service 😢

It's fantastic, prices are better than any pizza places especially deals they have for each day.. Their pizza sizes are way better than others and it's halal, but don't worry all you non-muslims means it's all good, it's been blessed by a priest, no chemicals we're used to slaughter the animals. Review Date: 24th September 2023 Tops finally do small size pizza but I think £6.99 is maybe a bit touch too much for it size. £4.99 would've been more fair.

After a long week we decided to treat ourselves to our favourite pizza takeaway .Admittedly our order a few months previously was of a much lower standard than in the past but thought it was a one off. Sadly not the case .Our order arrived an hour early ,it was over cooked and some of the ingredients were missing, very disappointing. An hour early is no good when you’ve not long been in from work and are about to relax and freshen up.The pizzas were much smaller than they used to be and the toppings minimal I rang to complain and was offered 30% discount on my next order. Sadly there won’t be a next order ,not for the price ,even with the discount, still not worth the money. I have always recommended Tops pizza to friends and family, they did used to be the best pizza around and delivery was always close to time . Very disappointed that what used to be a great takeaway has gone downhill

Absolutely disgusting service. Paid for my food to come to my door, apparently driver buzzed on my door, definitely didn’t. Then proceeded to leave my whole order outside my tower block of flats presumably on the floor? I only hear about this because I finally call them to see where my order is. I then go outside & my food isn’t even there. Called them. Staff are extremely rude. Very disappointed and disgusted with their service. Will not be going back here ever.

Don’t use the website 2 hours and lies about being round the corner and trying to deliver the pizza. Wrong address even though it was entered into the web order. Bottoms pizza more like.
