Staff not friendly or helpful but food very good.

Collected a pizza today from dominoes at Loose and it was luke warm and cheese was not melted properly. We called to complain but was not helpful at all

Ordered over phone. Went to pick up and only waited a few mins for it to be ready. What more could you ask for. Great service. Food was nice and hot as always. My go to Pizzeria.

Would never go there again! Plus to be spoken to like that after saying I wasn’t happen is unprofessional and Rude.. make shore u get what u ask for because they question it and then have to find your order to check then order is still wrong ..

Lovely store to sit in regardless of time of day. Food I always enjoy, cookies are to die for (very unhealthy though). It is a little steep without using discounts or deals but I always find a deal I can use.

Very poor service the closing time is around 11pm and they didn't allow to dine in well often for an a emergency the toilets are all closed this will be written to official dominos compliance team to take a note on this branch.

Ordered take away. I tried half/half pizza with ham - pineapple and meat with veg. Also ordered a small margherita pizza. Fair pizza topping with good quality cheese and tomato sauce, dough inside was just fine. I would order again.

The pizza here is very tasty, they put a lot of toppings in it.

Got both the 2 pizzas we ordered wrong. For some reason they decided to put onion and mushrooms on both pizzas when we didn't ask them too and don't like these ingredients on a pizza, I also ordered a meateor which is meant to have a bbq base but I got tomato! Ordered this pizza specifically as I'm not keen on tomato bases. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Food is lovely, if not a bit pricey, pays to look at the deals on their app, and not just the main menu. Sometimes you get the same large pizza for 1/2 the price. The restaurant looked rammed, but that's possibly because it was a Friday evening.

Quick and friendly service. Always get my order right and the food tastes amazing. Polite delivery drivers and proffesional management.

Don't know why I buy this stuff. Undercooked dough. Seriously lacking topping. Cold Pizza flat weak cheap ingredients, had spicier bread than the pizza that's meant to be "hot". Just so bad. Massive waste of money and now a 2.50 delivery fee less than a mile away. Trash. Won't buy from here again. No care at all in the product they throw out to us at a premium price

Picked up our pizza from the pick up & the woman dropping it off to my car was so rude, it doesn’t hurt to smile considering we are paying customers! She made her easy job seem difficult.

Rob called me about my order to confirm it was the correct thing before sending it. I found this level of customer service really good. I have occasionally made mistakes before and they have sent out the order. Thanks Rob Gotta knock it down from 5* to 3, most expensive deals in town, plus most expensive delivery charges too. £2.50 when papa johns is only 99p

I've given 3 stars for service as the service guy in the branch was friendly. The customer service team, however, were beyond useless. Avoid, unless you want to risk one of your kids choking on a piece of plastic.

Super quick delivery, always hot and fresh

Visited this Domino's on the way back from a beach trip. Ordered online in advance and picked up the pizza on the way past. The pizza was on time and cooked nicely. Lots of parking out the back of the store. I took away, but there is a large eat in area inside. Place was nice and clean, would have no issues with eating in. Would definitely visit again if I were heading past.

I have received my order I placed at LOOSE ROAD DOMINOS and I had eaten in to a slice of pizza and felt sumthing strange in my mouth and pulled out a long hair so it had put me off my food I would like to make complaint as I’m not happy with the hygiene finding sumones hair in my food as I don’t normally have any issues with my orders but this isn’t good enough for me the Hygiene isn’t good enough would not recommend

Always fresh and yummy pizza delivered or picked up. Pizza is always on time, but that could be from the number of staff working there at one time, which is a benefit to customers. On site location is clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

We order via the app and collect on the way past. The collection desk staff are always friendly and courteous and the food always good. Fellow customers deserve a big up too; someone will often helpfully open the door when a stack of pizzas is heading out.

Most useless place ever, staff have no idea what they are upto on the tills.

Awww this is to Kim an the lovely delivery driver thank u so much for your excellent service tonight - we regularly order from Pizza Hut and we’re always happy with the service but tonight was extra special - the phone was answered by the lovely Kim - I placed my order an was offered a really good deal to suit my hungry teens an was gifted a lovely cookie dough mini snack bag at the door upon delivery with your also very lovely an polite delivery driver . Note to future customers - these people also work hard alday and are on their feet alday so just to be wished a good day/evening goes along way . The gift was so sweet but so not necessary, your service alone was perfect but it was definitely put a smile on my children’s faces - so keep up the good work. PS myself an Kim also agreed that delivering alcohol with your pizzas would be an absolute genius idea 💡😉 x thanks again guys x

Pizza, garlic bread and cookies could of been cooked for longer it was very doughy first time ordering from the loose branch and I won't be ordering from this branch again, disappointed

Love dominoes pizza, its more on the expensive end but the quality is always great. Plus nothing can compare to the garlic and herb dip.

Placed large order with this branch. They delivered on time and the manager was very helpful. Food was great, we will return and can recommend Domino's Loose.

bad attitude from staff , cant even advise on offers. Wonder why this shop is always so empty then go in and let the staff talk to you like dirt. think they forget we pay for this food and also in this pandemic people should be kinder to others, worse customer service we have ever had. staff need training

Amazing my partner can't have cheese and he said his pizza was so nice that it was amazing no Greece like most fresh and predict

why on earth would you employ eastern europeans as your drivers they have no idea what their doing its the franchisee i sympathise with its his store and his staff let him down

It was good pizza, the place is clean and tidy. They do not do table service though, so all in all it feels like you are just eating takeaway at the pizza place.

Would leave no stars if possible, the woman working at the counter refused to let my 3 year old use the toilet unless I paid to eat, I’d rather pay 50p to use the toilet than be forced to buy food I don’t need. Is it right to refuse that a minor uses the toilet in order to make profits?!?

very helpful I ordered £112 worth of pizza 15x large and it only took 35 mins to cook . luckily it was my rather generous boss paying for it for all the guys on site getting our new premises ready. mind you he ate 14 of them lol only joking it was great and food was still piping hot by time I drove back with it. everyone enjoyed it and the staff even helped carry the pizzas to my car for me.thanks for that.

If you want chicken wings plain don’t buy because comes with a lots a lots of spicy !!! They don’t respect my order and the girl in the phone say “we send plain” So they call me a “liar”...I spend my money and I put the chicken wings in a bin!!! Never never again I will order something from here.... for me i Just like the delivery girl she is was very nice!

Tasty pizza, enough sitting places

The pizza maker I had was generous with the toppings and tend to put alot of sauce(maybe too much for some). A good Domino's branch.

Despite service times being fairly quick, customer service overall at this branch not quite up to scratch. The pizza makers need to pay a little more attention to detail or spend an extra second or two putting a decent quantity of toppings on pizzas.

Some people say Disneyland is the happiest place on earth, I say Domino's Pizza Loose is the happiest place. At least for me that is.

Ordered several times normally OK food. 4 times they've forgot the dip for the cinni dippers, they just can't seem to get it right!!!

Fast, efficient delivery service. Their food is flavourful & well cooked. The drivers I have dealt with have been polite & helpful.

I ordered a pizza deal was told online create your own is in the deal they turned up 20 mins late demanding £7 extra for toppings and when i called up noone picked up poor customer service food was alright delivery driver didnt speak english at all only said call shop call shop call shop sort it out employ english speaking people that understand you!!!!!!!!!

This store is amazing. Trust me, the staff have worked so hard making it one of the first dine in stores in the Uk.

i have never dined in person but I have used their delivery services and so far I have no cause for complaint. the food arrives well in time and piping hot and are very generous with their toppings. to me its a hell of a lot better than the town centre branch

The worst domino's pizza restaurant imaginable. Slow service with a serious lack of urgency. An embarrassment to the franchise.
