Papa John's Pizza in Maidstone

Waited over 90 minutes for delivery of just warm food. Phone number reports out of service half the time, guy I finally got through to didn't care and hung up on me. Food was just about warm enough but definitely wasn't fresh. Should have ordered Domino's, lesson learned!!

Part of order missing (drinks paid for not delivered). Pizza? Might as well have ordered breaded vegetables. Won’t be going back.

Awful we live locally every time I go to the Papa Johns in Allington I am constantly telling them how to do my pizza. FYI, not dry a saucy base and well done, not soggy! The amount of times I’ve given this restaurant another chance is actually beyond me never again! NO more wasting my money on food that doesn’t get eaten, dry base soggy cheese actually making me feel sick thinking about it so I rang the restaurant and spoke to the guy that actually made my pizza that I explained to how to do it when I ordered I. Restaurant clearly not capable of doing his job and he was argumentative to me on the phone and told me it was impossible so guess what you’ve lost a customer well done hope the owner is happy your be going into liquidation probably soon hopefully the next place to take over actually cares about the quality of food and the customers

It's perfect for those who enjoy a spicy kick without diving into the realm of mega-spicy. Bearable, but not for the faint of heart. Now, let's talk sides. The potato tots with cheese were nothing short of amazing. A crunchy and gooey delight that complemented the pizzas perfectly. Kudos to the chef for getting everything so well-cooked. The online process, from ordering to delivery, was a breeze. The carefully packaged food arrived in pristine condition, and I couldn't be more impressed. However, every adventure has its twists. The Piri Piri chicken pieces didn't quite hit the mark. While well-cooked, they lacked the expected flavor punch. A bit bland and lacking spice, they were the only letdown in an otherwise stellar meal. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Papa John's. Great deals, fantastic pizzas, and a smooth online experience. Despite the mild hiccup with the Piri Piri chicken, I'm already eyeing the menu for my next pizza rendezvous. Papa John's, you've won me over!

Good Vegan options. Just a shame they insist on providing "Special" Garlic sauce with everything as it is so synthetic tasting. Fortunately the good people in my local place swap it for Garlic And Herb for me 😁

Cold uncooked food is the specialty here guys. Reported this too and papa johns Couldn't care less, so now reported to local food standards and will be using the much better dominoes pizza instead 😉

Walked past two days in a row. Nobody at all in the kitchen or serving are wearing face masks to protect customers food or to protect themselves from covid.

Good range of toppings. Used a delivery which arrived quick and hot. Tasted good with little grease — a high priority. The "handle area" (area around the circumference of the pizza) was greater than alternatives but with the dips available, this didn't negatively affect my experience. Would recommend.
