Domino's Pizza - Stansted Mountfitchet in Uttlesford

I ordered the stuffed crust pizza, the dough was super raw I couldn’t eat it. Took the pizza back to the store and asked for a different one, after 15 he I got the same type of dough when I asked him a thin pizza dough. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the thing pizza. Once the pizza was ready I said to the manager I should get the difference back as the stuffed pizza was £3 more plus got charged £2.50 for delivery, when I had to get out of my house to get the new pizza as he never offered me another one over the phone. He said he was going to reembolse the diferente but he never did!! Really defensive and bad customer service. Will never get pizza in Stansted again!

I ordered 2 medium pizzas on a Wednesday night, I only live 15 mins drive away. Despite this they took 2 hours to deliver them.

Used to absolutely adore chicken kickers. Collected two portions tonight along with pizzas etc and they have changed ! SO disappointed. Won't be buying again and they were the only reason to visit Dominoes. Very overpriced.

Food always cold and late. Management promise a voucher which ni have never received. I live 2 minutes away when it is dispatched it take about 20 minutes. Will not be eating again as got food poisoning.

I changed round 2 toppings on one of the pizzas we bought from this place, changing round the spicy stuff to mushrooms, when we got the pizza it turns out the change wasn’t taken into account, So half the family couldn’t eat takeaway, which as you can imagine is highly disappointing. I then rang them up, they told us that it was our fault and we didn’t put the changes on, I can clearly see that I had made the changes in the app! Dispute this he insisted that it was our fault. He clearly did not want to be there and We most defiantly won’t be going back there, seems a common problem for this restaurant.

We had the 2 pizzas for £25 which is very expensive for what we received. The bases were thin and there was hardly any sauce cheese or toppings it was like eating dry bread!

I ordered from there some time ago. Very friendly staff, food was here on time, can't complain, thanks guys!

Turned up freezing cold. Rude staff promised me a voucher, never received it. Crappest domino's I have ever had in my life.

One can only afford Domino’s pizzas on Tuesdays or if there are deals to be had. Even then, they’re very expensive. Still, keen to have something different from sleepy Stansted that has a limited range of takeaway choices: Indian, Chinese and kebab, I gave my order for collection and stipulated I wanted it ready in 30 minutes. They must have cooked my order immediately and sat the pizzas on a shelf. When I collected and sped home, the pizzas were cold. Expensive and cold. Such a disappointment. There were two staff on duty when I collected and they were both very young. Sometimes, it seems that these franchises get young, low paid staff. I certainly won’t order again, but I suspect it will do well - Stansted folk are easily pleased.
