Very poor service - no apology for cold late food. Not even a huge amount of food for cost. Don’t bother ordering from here as not worth the effort.

I saw reviews here complaining about orders not arriving, or being cold. Took the risk anyway, assuming it was an infrequent issue. Nope. 2.5 hours after my food was ordered, it hadn't arrived. I got notified it was on its way, but evidently they couldn't be bothered to deliver it. Didn't think it was worth telling me this either, so that I could order somewhere else before closing times. They had my phone number. Tried phoning them myself, they wouldn't pickup. The 3rd party food app I ordered through tried phoning, they wouldn't pick up for them either. If you are planning to go in to the store, then disregard this. But don't bother ordering online at all. It's highly likely it will not be delivered, or will be frozen by the time it is. No way to contact them since they can't be bothered with their phone. Ordered from dozens of restaurants, this is a first. Very, very poor.

I just order some food and OMG it was terrible. The food was cold and dry. About the taste it was disgusting. Its an insult for Mexico. Never order from this place!!!!!

They keep you waiting for 2 hours then say the have delivered. Can't tell you what the food is like. Looking at the order review who didn't receive a refund I really hope I do

Este lugar tiene un ambiente hermoso, siempre ocupado, con música e interiores italianos que crean un auténtico sentimiento asiático / italiano. Seré el primero en admitir que puede que no parezca mucho desde el exterior, sin embargo, al ingresar a su mundo se transformará a medida que se absorba tanto en la deliciosa comida de Asia como en Italia. Una vez que baje por la escalera de caracol hasta la rústica planta baja y deleite sus sentidos con unas preciosas papas fritas, podrá escapar momentáneamente de las bulliciosas calles de Edimburgo. El interior de la planta baja, como las heladeras múltiples, las cajas de pizza y la silla alta en la esquina, contribuyen a la sensación familiar del lugar. Podría agregar que, a pesar del placer de mi estadía, me sorprendió descubrir que una vez que vaciaba mis cuencos de una caca poderosa, no había un loo roll para limpiarme. . . adiós calcetines. . . jajaja En resumen . . . 10/10 se lo recomendaría a un amigo o enemigo.

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from, food didn’t come after 1 hour and 50 minutes waiting, also they never gave us a refund. Food is really low quality as we’ve ordered from here before with again slow delivery time. Would never recommend to order from as customer service is really bad and not welcoming at all. Would honestly rate 1/10 DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE WORST PLACE IN EDINBURGH
