I’ve ordered for years in this store, no issues and quick delivery. However, the last two orders were incorrect, I contacted the store and got the feedback on the same day. Manager took action and made you feel a valuable customer. My orders are delivered very quick, and the pizza is always hot. I will keep ordering from this store

Please ensure that the name matches what is being given cuz the hot n spicy y'all should rename it as not hot or spicy cuz jalapeno's are neither hot nor spicy.

Just had a veggie supreme and a pepperoni passion delivered and the veggie pizza had obviously been dropped at some point it looks inedible. Not amused at all £30 for a dropped pizza. Never again

Do not order from Dominos, especially the Colinton branch. If your order is late and cold, they will not refund you for it. The pizza bases are always burnt, they don't give "extra/double cheese" if you pay for extra, and their "Mozzarella Pepperoni Bites" almost always include no cheese and 1 single tiny pepperoni slice (but they'll charge you nearly £10 for it anyway). Avoid, avoid, avoid, after being ripped off yet again I am switching to Papa Johns, who at least offer refunds if there's an issue.

Workers a bit rude no hi no nothing just talking between each other in other language and my pizza was sitting ready for 10 minutes before I got it

Can't get parked for their bikes and motors

Ordered 2 large pizza and 3 sides ...waited 15 minutes ....then waited another 15 minutes on one of the pizzas by which time the other pizza was cold ...no apology.nothing appalling service and I won't ever use this place again 😡😡

Got takeaway, pizza is what you would expect from a dominos. Staff were decent enough but it was really busy.

Better deals when you go in store as opposed to the app. Pizza was decent and made fast

Do not order from this branch the customer service is appalling and the food was not upto standard. This branch needs to be brought to management attention.

Costs 4 times the price of anywhere else

This restaurant is over charging customers especially when you call for a delivery- Medium Pizza with delivery £31.00 and the service isn’t great. This needs to be investigated by senior management. Just order the same pizza from Papa John’s for delivery- £19.99.

Pizza arrived cold AGAIN tonight from these clowns. Waited an hour for it to arrive. Way beyond the app which has timed out. Called to advise “manager” could not have been less helpful and actually just downright rude. Save your money!!!

Our first Domino's pizza. Since ordering, the updates were pinging fast on the app, and only about 20 minutes after ordering it had been out for delivery to our Travelodge 2 miles away. So we came to the reception straight away, thinking it must be minutes. 30 minutes later the app pinged saying Delivered so we called Domino's who said it's still on its way. When we finally got the call from the driver it had been 50 minutes since leaving Domino's. After travelling without a possibility of hot food all day, we ate our luke warm pizza with already hardened cheese. The pizza was tasty but overall experience far from enjoyable.

Everything Was perfect ..but can you take cash ?? It's inbossible to don't take cash and only card ... we are tourist my friend don't have money in card 🤣

Awful customer service, I ordered a big garlic dip and I received a bbq (that’s the main reason I order a dominos) when I phoned I told the man that answered that I had the wrong dip and the bbq wings were freezing cold and wrong, but the pizza was hot and his exact words were “they are not cold” very unhelpful and rude and didn’t understand much English, I asked to speak to the manager but he told me he was the manager….. so annoyed at the way we were spoken too (dominos is expensive and usually a treat) we would not order from here again will stick to papa johns going forward they are so helpful and friendly.

Food good but cooking times slow and staff didn't seem to be bothered about working on time scale

Bad- was told it was out for delivery, rang 20 mins after waiting was told it hasn’t left yet and will be another 12 mins. Arrived cold and with the incorrect items.

It is nearest domino's from Slateford Road. Had a collection order. The pizza was ready when I arrived at my collection time. The staff was nice and friendly. Had a nice experience and the pizza was good as always.

Ordered at 19.15, it's now 20.23 and still waiting, called the store and didn't even apologise for the terrible service.

Really disappointed tonight. Tracker said on its way. Waited ages. App said delivered and it wasn’t. Called. Was told it’s on its way. Came cold. Had to reheat chicken mix. Pizza toppings minimal. Chicken-barely. Normally so good!!

Terrible delivery. Driver checked order as "delivered" way ahead of time to hide the fact that it was greatly delayed. Came cold. In meantime called restaurant and got a very ignorant response. I'll add a one star for actually good pizza but won't be ordering any more.

Ridiculous that they have all of a sudden stopped delivering to currie when they are just down the road i am disabled so cant get down myself. Its the only takeaway i tend to get !!!!

Useless delivery service. Refuse to deliver 3.5miles away. Blames this on short staffing. Avoid Dominos and give your local chippy a call. You'll be waiting a quarter of the time and spend half the money.

My kids prefer it. But sometimes we get wrong orders.

3 or 4 double decadence ordered since they brought it back and each time the amount of sauce has been almost non-existent. Save your 3 pounds and get a regular thin crust.

They got my order wrong as gave us the wrong pizza even though i went to collect and didn't think to check order was correct I called them to advise we had the wrong pizza they sent out a the pizza that we didn't receive free of charge excellent customer service

Often order from this branch and on my had one delivery mix up. Delivery staff always friendly.

I had to wait two hours for a pizza in the end I went to get it myself, they were supposed to return the money as an apology but unfortunately I did not receive a refund. I do not recommend you, you have to wait a long time and they do not respect the customers.

Avoid. You're quicker just getting your own. If you want to avoid any disappointment, just collect. Their delivery service is a joke.

Disappointed once again, order wrong again and cold when eventually arrived! I feel like this job may be too challenging for some as it’s the same name that preps our orders, may I suggest some training or actually quality checks getting done! Domino’s used to be our favourite Pizza #nolonger

Ordered at 18:20. Still in “prep” according to the app at 20:20 so my kids might get their pizza by 21:00 if we are lucky. Not answering their phone. If you don’t have enough drivers don’t take the order. Utter disgrace. Won’t be ordering from here again. My 9 year old asking can we give them half a star......

Ordered a pizza at 18:20 today. It is still in “prep” according to the app at 20:30 so take it we will not be getting a pizza until at least 21:00 if we are lucky - and probably not til 22:00. No email, no phone call and nobody answering their phone. Two kids starving and upset. We are a 5 minute drive away. If you are too busy/ don’t have the drivers you shouldn’t take the order or at least ring up and explain how late it will be ! Never using them again. I note this restaurant is so bad it is number 1752 out of 1769 in edinburgh - let’s try and get it to the 1769th place that it deserves.

Pizza arrived but driver was obviously rushing as my double decadence base has slid apart. Edit - pizza replaced within 20 mins. Ace service.

Unfortunately I got wrong order ( probably someone else pizza beacouse sticker on the box was OK but different pizza XD) and almost immediately I received a correct order. And that is outstanding customer service.!! Love it <3

Pizza was fine. As you'd expect from Dominos. Even though we were outside the restaurant we still had to order online. Was very busy with deliveries and crazy parking and stupid manoeuvres.

I went there yesterday evening an 8 mile cycle from my house I live out of town where can not get a delivery. They say I can only order on line. I think they were just being lazy as you can collect a pizza from the shop but you cant order one from the shop. They are busy so make excuses why they can not serve. A rubbish franchise Next week I will go an extra mile to Livingston branch

The worst Dominos I've ever had. First one came burnt, the replacement was awful. Avoid this place if you can.

Shavings of mushroom on the Hawaiian pizza and no burger sauce on burger sauce pizza and cold had to reheat. Shocking for the price you pay!

Good pizza, however due to Covid 19 you have to make order online and can picj your pizza through the door.

Ordered 2 pizzas from here and got the wrong order delivered, they said they would send out the correct order but after an hour it wasn’t there, when I phoned to confirm that it was on it’s way the manager refunded the order and sent a brand new order out, wasn’t happy with the situation but more than happy with the management and customer service, they where calm and friendly throughout and didn’t have to give us everything they did, in total we got £50 worth of pizza for free

Waiting 2 hours, no answer when call, online tracker says it's been delivered. Amateur hour. Will not be ordering again

Shocking waited 1 hour and 30 mins for 4 cookies! When the guy showed up and I told him about this ridiculous delay as the man on the phone said they would be here in 40 mins max, he gave cheek and didn’t even offer a discount. Called dominoes 16 times no answer

i ordered pizza from this place at 1 30pm to come at 6 30pm and it came at 7 20pm. they didn't even pick up the phone when I called them to ask what was going on. they better improve their takeout system.

Went downhill so fast, used to be good but not now, made an order and got a confirmation email at 10:20pm, only to have a no show driver and no ody amswering the phone

Ordered 3 pizzas at 16.20 to be delivered at 17.15. In the past this has never been a problem as its a 5min drive from the outlet to where I stay. However, on this occasion not only was the pizzas late ☹️ by 25mins they were only warm at best. After asking the delivery driver why he was so late he explained that he had 3 other deliveries and he did not understand as he knew very little English. Now I can't blame the diver for not having a good grasp of English however someone at the outlet should make sure that deliveries are made to ensure they have a reasonable chance of being delivered on time or nearly on time and that the food is reasonably hot. Will not sadly be using Dominos again as the standards have been slipping of late and that is unacceptable. Lucky to get 1 🌟

The dominos pizza showed disrespect to my cause of eating pizza. They denied my human rights to food. I waited 2 hours and then started to go mad. I’m feeling the starvation kicking in.

If u ever will think to work there.... Anthony -"manager" does not give any hours at all. I've worked about 12-13hours and that's ridiculous. Also Anthony can ask u to come to work tomorrow and later after an hour can let u to go home... there are a lot of things with which we were not happy to work with and it's thanks to Anthony and regional manager Fiona... I've tried to speak to them but they didn't even seem to bother.... Best of luck!

The phone line is ridiculous, takes forever to get through to someone. When the order actually arrived it took over an hour and a half. Then the driver turns out had the wrong order with him!! Infuriating! The when I called them back to report this, the fastest they could send out my actual order would be 35-40mins. I had enough, a absolute piss take.

Very expensive place to buy a pizza,,, there are lots of independent places round about where you can find better value for money,,

I do like Domino's in general, this branch was good and ppl polite, no setting, was Sunday so I just park outside the shop and enjoyed my small pizza chicken beef and drink £3.10 👍👍

Tasty and usually quick delivery

I would give this a 0 star if it was possible, Service was absolutely shocking sat on the phone for 3 mins first it to go to ring out then I phoned back and waited almost 2 mins to finally get an answer. After receiving my cold pizza I attempted to call yet again to no avail so I gave up trying with them and had to reheat my pizza in the micro. Please do not eat from this dominos a shocking example of the franchise!!

Quick service, good deal and the pizzas taste great, can't really fault it to be honest.

Domino's is great but I don't recommend ordering deliveries to this specific store. They mark down that your pizza has been delivered even though they haven't called or even shown up outside. When you call them about it, they just say that it has been delivered to you even though it hasn't and refuse to do anything about it. I don't recommend this specific branch.

The pizza tasted different. Didn't enjoy it as I've always #bringbackthemalechef

I've ordered for years now from Dominoes and I have never been unsatisfied! The pizzas are always made to perfection! I have never found any dirt,hair or burt bits in dominoes pizzas ever! In simple words, just beautiful! And I'll continue to order from Domimoes, always have and always will!

Sunday visit. To say disorganised is an understatement. Complete lack of organisation and management. Pizza hard to order as no one speaks English. Pizza made but we waited over 5 minutes as they were arguing amongst themselves about deliveries. I used to think Some of the Edinburgh outlets were bad until now. Will not use again and my advice would be go elsewhere. No confidence anything will go right here.
