They lose 2 stars as advised 40 minute delivery time. Pizza arrived after 25 minutes whilst I was balls deep in the Mrs. Very polite delivery driver waited a few minutes for us to gather ourselves.

I ordered veg pizza and was Super quick delivery, the online tracking is great. Great staff, instant phone call with the store got very good response.if they don't have a topping for your pizza, offered to double up.or put a different topping on. Pizza's are always hot.

Got the order wrong. I had to wait on items that they had forgotten while my pizza got cold. Even after receiving my order, it was still wrong. Parking outside was complete madness. Delivery drivers are just abandoning the cars. Completely disappointed 😞

Worst ever pizza I have ever had. Definitely cannot say its domino's. Even the 5 pound pizza from Morrison, sainsbury or even asda is much better than this

my delivery was incorrect and when i called to get it sorted i got told that the delivery driver would be back with the food missing. i have been waiting half an hour. had to call back for them to say they were only just sending it after the second call.

Food is tasty and fresh usually. Collection ensures that speed. Delivery is sometimes slow with less freshness. It is not cheap though even with deals.

I used to get deliveries, but they took so long and we're usually too cold, so I started doing pick ups. Problem is you stand there waiting for someone to actually come to the desk, and you usually have to shout for someone to come over. I saw 5 different guys open up the same boxes sitting on shelves waiting for delivery, until eventually someone put them in a bag to take away the last time I was in. The same boxes were there for easily 10+ minutes, so they had to be cold by the time they left. I was there bang on time for collection, the app said ready, they weren't even in the oven. Lots of staff all stumbling over each other. I Will be going to other places, I understand now and then but constant issues are no good, I just used the app for ease because it's a brand, but not any more.

Pizza was so dry £25 wasted definitely go to Costco next time and spend £15 on there family pizza deal a let down isn't the word here shame you can't give them zero stars

Friendly staff and food is always on point

1hour and 15 minutes to deliver order. Wrong size and type of pizza delivered. On phoning was told it would be a further 30 minutes to deliver the correct pizza. Rest of order was cold. When asked of the complaint process the employee did not know what this was. Not value for money.

I ordered the HP sauce breakfast pizza but they delivered the Ketchup version. Not a vibe! I won't order again.

OK so this is a complety unedited photo of a cheese pizza with "extra" cheese. Yes, it was like eating a burnt crispy base, seriously save your money, buy a £1 smartprice margherita from asda and you'll have a much better meal - my mom's dog even turned his nose up at this and he's basically a walking landfill bucket

Ordered veggie volcano as Iv done for the last few years . I ask for no tomatoes. This one arrives with lots of tomatoes. I phoned the shop and was told that’s how it comes. Even when you are allergic to the tomatoes. Even when I never omitted tomatoes from the pizza it never ever had this much tomatoes.

Every pizza jump in price by extra £3 and they even add delivery charge £1,99 wow Makes delivery pizza £23 Big no no!

Third time in a month a order has been accepted but not gone through. Will not bother again.

After waiting an hour on my food and it’s saying on the app it was delivered I finally got it and items were missing I called up and got told we are busy I’ll send it out now . That was 30 minutes ago I like 15 minutes away my food is now cold not ordering again

Cos niewiarygodnego. Apka pokazuje że dostarczone okazuje się że czekam jeszcze pół godziny. Po czym delivery driver idzie do sąsiada na parterze gdzie adres podany jest na 2 piętrze. Brak podpórki w pudełku i cała pizza na kartoniku. Szkoda pieniędzy i cierpliwości. Jedynie odbiór osobisty bo inaczej robią co chcą gamonie.

Very bad customer service plus a two hour delivery service amazing never again

Gave me the wrong sides then asked for the cold ones back, but the delivery driver and who ever ammended the order was incredibly professional

We often order from this place, there have been many mistakes such as half order was delivered, and once completely wrong order was delivered. Now again waiting for my order to be delivered for over 1.5 hours. called them and simply got rude reply saying "We are Busy"

The staff is definitely useless, they can't read the orders properly I have make my pizza and they just make what they know, so when you go to collect there is wrong order waiting for you

Very bad food experience, the ingredients were out of date. Onion, pepper etc were moldy and tasted disgusting the dough was smelly and black, Pizza overall not cooked properly and the staff were really rude and called me names when i called to complain then hung up...the most disgusting thing of all was that a spider crawled out of the Pizza Box.

I used to order from this branch, until I moved house (into a newbuild). I'm actually closer to this branch now than I was before. The app didn't recognise my address so i called them by phone. "We don't deliver to that area". But of course they do, we're in the same area as before, but slightly closer. "Try another branch". Then "We can't deliver there before it's not in the computer and the driver will get lost". The driver will get lost? What the heck are drivers for, if not navigate to an address? If every company was unwilling to help customers this much, every newbuild property would be without post or deliveries.

Domino’s donated and delivered pizzas to our care home yesterday, incredibly thoughtful and an enormous boost for everyone. Really brightened up our day, thank you so much to the team at Domino’s Gilmerton, for their act of kindness and thinking of us.

The best home delivery pizza period.

Last time we try to use this store. Tracker said food had been delivered, but it hadn't. When we contacted the store they told us 'the tracker is rubbish' and that our food was out for delivery. It took over twice the predicted time for it to arrive and by then it was cold. The driver took it back to get us another order - the store advised it would take at least as long again because they were busy. We cancelled the order - it is a crowded pizza market and with customer service like this, we will get our pizza from elsewhere ( and we did, thanks Pizza Hut). It is also really unprofessional for staff members to be telling customers that domino's services are 'rubbish'.

Visited New Year’s Eve, my wife and I,both sorry we did, we both chose the all you eat buffet style, £8.49 each, not a great deal of choice lacking in particular pizzas containing meat poultry. We again chose have a glass of Pepsi, one small blob of ice cream, total cost £36 pounds very poor value for money, please don’t visit the toilet down stairs the men’s toilet smelt like a cow shed, over all this is not on my eating list in the near future.

We ordered at 16:10, arrived at 18:00 everything was cold and tasteless.. Never again... every time there is something WRONG with this store. It will be either a missing item (that they will never refund) or a 2 hours waiting time. The last time the guy on the phone told me that the missing item it will be placed in the next order (and of course did not never happen) AVOID

Took a long time to get a small pizza at lunch.

45 minutes for the wrong pizza to b told would b 40 mins for another to b sent asked to just have a refund took the 1 hour 10 mins to come back with the money and collect the order didn't offer money off or a discount had to call them 4 times to b transferred several times ...terrible service wouldn't go there again kids very dissapointed as pizza was covered in mustard when what we had asked for was a honey mustard dip 🙄

Avoid this Dominos!! Waited nearly 2 hours for 2 pizzas and they arrived cold. Tried calling to make them aware of their poor service and couldn't get a response over the phone. This is the 2nd bad experience with this branch, will never go back.

Makes pizza. That about covers it. They always have deals, so you should almost never pay full price. Decent, but not exceptional pizza.

Placed order at 17:30 for 20:00, now at 20:30 and still waiting. Phoned the branch and was told they were too busy to phone customers to explain their orders would be late because of the Festival. Wow who'd of thunk it?!? If you can't plan ahead to have enough staff on during the busy periods (opening weekend of the Festival!!) then I doubt you could run a bath let alone a fast food shop.

Horrendous! Ordered pizzas to be delivered and on app said between 20-42 mind for delivery. Waited 50 minutes, then called to ask where pizza was? The reply I received was it will take another 1.5-2 hours for delivery....that's a total of nearly 3 hours....for a pizza.....well I cancelled it.....won't be getting delivery from there again.

They were so incredibly slow that after an hour, I had to ask what was going on, and was told I'd have to wait for about another hour and a half. 2 hours and a half of waiting! And why bother telling me, in case I'm starving?

Ordered one of their special online collection deals with a Pizza, Side and a drink...when I arrived I realised it was cheaper ordering separate....That's the thing I hate about this place, never know if your getting a good deal or not!

Quality dropped over years, price gone up

3rd time ordering from the Gilmerton store and every time it's been 20 to 30 mins late. This is the worst yet. Ordered online for 6pm delivery and when still not arrived at 6.25. Not good when you have a hungry 4 year old and others waiting.

If anyone is looking for a good pizza I definately recommend Dominoes also for their cookies.

Shocking delivery time of 1 hour and 40 minutes, staff don't know how to pick up the phone and the Scran would have been warmer if duty drives had sat on it during transit.

Ordered the night in deal for 23.99 and plus delivery made it 28.99. Only 1 pizza came not 2 and when we tried to call the number was instantly bouncing to dalkieith instead. So can't even get in touch. Will need to walk into store in morning and try explain. Will probably pretend didn't happen.

Ordered two simple pizzas for delivery aliitle over a mile away, one hour later no pizza, after a call to check status, told they were on their way, 45 minutes later still no pizza, gave up.

Wife and daughter waited over 20 mins after the tracker said the pizza was delivered to call and find out was going to be at least another 5 minuets before it got there... took nearly 10. When it arrived their pizza was warm not hot and the garlic pizza was undercooked. Shes not a happy bunny at all

Ordered delivery which was late in arriving. After phoning up the food eventually arrived but was only luke warm for one pizza and almost cold for the other. Phoned the shop back and told we would get a free pizza next time and half our bill refunded - thats now two weeks later and still no refund on the cc. Not a great service all round - will need to chase. The food although not hot was ok though.

The worst dominos absolutely hands down. Awful pizza, horrible customer service, and they just don't care. In the few times I've attempted to use them, these things have happened: Wrong size pizza delivered Completely wrong pizza delivered TWICE! Double decadence with no sauce in the middle Missing part of an order Pizza arriving after 2 hours! Then you try to call them and cannot get through because they do not pick up the phone. If you do speak to them they are rude. Help your money, the only consistency these guys manage is being consistently bad.

Just 2 days ago, we went out and came home and wanted to eat a Pizza. So tried to place an order online for collection from this store. The order didn’t go through and was showing error message. So I have called on 0131 672 1188. I have asked this guy who answered was there any problem with the website as the order was not going through. He said no idea regarding that. So I have asked “ Is this Dominos Gilmerton ( Drum Street ), he said YES it is. So I have placed order for collection and he said 35 mins for couple of pizzas. That’s fine. After half an hour I went to the store for collection. Shockingly, this store was CLOSED for refurbishment. I called on same number and asked about my order they said it’s ready for collection. I said the store is closed and how come my order is READY. I asked him in what store my order is READY for collection ? He said it’s Dalkeith Dominos. How come my order is ready when I ordered in Gilmerton ?? So when I called the above phone number, it connected to Dalkeith store. He said that’s only 15 mins from Gilmerton. Why should I go to Dalkeith ? He asked if I want for delivery it takes one and half hour, seriously. I have already wasted more than half an hour for waiting and 15 to go to Dalkeith and 15 mins coming back home. What the heck ?? I told them that I don’t want my order. I was so furious more over My family so hungry that time. I got to go some where else to get my food. They ( Dalkeith Store ) didn’t even apologise for their mistake and when I said I don’t need my order they simply said “ That’s alright “ and put the phone down. This is absolute ridiculous customer service. I have decided not to go to any Dominos in future and I will tell all my food lovers not to eat in Dominos. Absolute waste of money and no freeking service and respect to customers like me. Please better think next time when you go to Dominos ( especially the Franchises ). Horrible service.

SHOCKING SERVICE....Order all the time from here my orders are normally £20 to £30 this order was £30 in this case, so i mistake in my order then I thought I would give them a call asking is it possible to change my pizza, spoke to Christine the store manager then was told after spending £30 I would have to pay for another one even though I buy from here all the time and this is my first time I have done this. Los había usado durante años hasta hoy. Después de 85 minutos y dos llamadas, me preguntaba si estaría caliente y fresca. Respuesta con una voz alta y un tono descarado fresco "si hace frío devuélvemelo porque no es mi culpa que esté ocupado". El conductor apareció más tarde y aunque yo tenía gente hambrienta en la casa, lo rechacé. No hago la mejilla, especialmente a los buenos clientes. Pizza Hut ha sido llamado.

These guy obviously don't want business!!! The delivery driver told me I had to shift my car as I was blocking someone's drive whilst my wife was in ordering 2 pizzas, came out and moved to find he put his car in the space I moved from! Great way to treat your customers , NEVER AGAIN DOOMINOS GILMERTON

Not even the group of 8 year olds at my sons party liked this pizza. Avoid Dominos in Gilmerton. There was almost no cheese on the pizzas. I wish I could attach the pictures I've taken, it's actually shocking. It would've been cheaper and better to have bought pizza from Sainsbury's.

Phoning and checking then app for delivery before 00:00 no answer on the phone of course and the app won't accept. So what the point in the store being open until 01:00 I've been on a night out looking for a scran no where is open in gilmerton and thought dominos would be a saving grace but NO they don't want my custom they don't want to make extra money. Think I'm starting to hallucinate from the need of a good pizza.

Will never eat here again I bought a meteor feast pizza was slightly undercooked but didn't expect to spend 3 weeks in the western general with ecoli what a joke my mother called them to let them know they demanded proof which I have from hospital. They said it couldn't possible have caused my ecoli cause there food is fresh and of high standard and was really rude to my mother on the phone. This dominoes should be shut by health and safety please don't eat here unless you want ecoli and the excruciating pain that goes with it

Nice pizza but waited over an hour for delivery despite the shop being 5 minutes away. Ordered on line but website updates were hopeless. By the time the pizza finally arrived I had lost interest in eating. Driver said they were short staffed. Haven't been back
