Ordered a delivery and it was taken a wile so I called up and asked where it was on the way I was told it was out for delivery and would be about 20 min I asked if it would be hot and fresh when it got to me as the shop was only 10 minutes from where I was. The "manager" told me it would be, I said if it was going to be cold I didn't want it he again said its just out the oven and on way to me. 30 minutes later it arrived cold and dry so I called the shop and asked for a fresh one they said no theres nothing wrong with it so i told him i just wanted my money back and they can just them to come back and collect there pizza i jow been told by Stockbridge and by leith walk shop I'm not getting my money back so food has kow gone in the bin and I'm out of pocket

I ordered via the app. Really prompt service in the Stockbridge branch where I arranged to collect my pizzas. Once I got the pizzas home, I realized I made an error on my order, which the fantastic team at Stockbridge kindly remade. Thank you!!!

I was kept waiting for almost two hours. The manager a kid from south east asia was oblivious. This person should not be running a business he should be cleaning it.

Great pizza, and prices when you collect are very good. The staff are also friendly and quick. But yeah, I wouldn't reccomend ordering online, it's always far cheaper to collect and only takes 15 mins.

This Domino's pizza restaurant was one of the nicest ones I have been to—in terms of quality and friendliness. The food was ready quickly and tasted fantastic. The pizza makers were also kind in splitting a pizza into two boxes since we were driving in two separate cars. The pizza makers were also very kind, though a little hard to understand with their accents. The restaurant seemed recently finished, so it was clean and sharp looking. And there's parking along the street outside (for a small parking fee that you pay at one of the parking meters). Overall, perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Local pequeño por eso solo le doy tres estrellas, aquí en España lo normal de los Domino's es que tengan sitio para comer en el local, en este no coges la comida y te tienes que ir, me da la impresión que es un local principalmente para recoger o para entrega a domicilio.

For some reason the dominos website put my order through to the Colinton location. Didn't realise until i arrived to collect. Gobinda here was able to cancel that order and remade my pizzas immediately for no added charge. Absolute legend, thanks mate.

I live close to this pizzeria, 2 pizzas were ordered, including one large and one small. I waited over 30 mins for a delivery where only a small pizza was delivered. The delivery guy said that he would deliver a large pizza in 10 minutes (unfortunately it took more than 10 minutes. How can you bring a small pizza and forget about the Big one? I Cmon who is working there, wake up.

Decent pizza. I am putting two stars because of their spam text messages. Everyday they sent messages, although I have optioned out from this service

Over on holidays from Northern Ireland and i Ordered food at 19.00 app said it was delivered 40 minites later so i rang to see what was happening and the staff member was really rude and couldnt tell me when my order would be with me and that they were very busy, so i waited another half hour and rang again to be told this time that their internet was down, so after 2 different excuses from this place its now half 8 and still no sign of our food!!

Why 4 star toDominos? Same Pizza as other dominos does, no complaint about that. But the difference they can make is customer service. Up for couple of pizzas for my hard working staffs on 31st December evening. They had buy one get one free. But the person on the till was giving one word answer to my questions. Customer service require good speaking person or train them to speak to the customer. I don’t have any complaint to ambiance and food.

Canceled orders but don’t tell you they have done it and don’t answer their phone so you just have to sit around waiting to find out. There frequently too busy to be arsed takin orders. Suggest using another branch or better yet Pappa Johns.

AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. Terrible appalling and rude customer service. Ordered Pizza as in Hotel for work. Pizza arrived in good time but the driver didn't follow the rules that Dominos has on delivery. He handed me the pizza, and wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. I got to my room and opened the pizza box and straight away saw a long hair. I immediately telephoned the shop and they were very defensive and denied it was from one of their staff. They did however ask for a picture and when they saw that confirmed they would process a full refund. I asked if they could drop off cash when passing but they said they couldn't. The next day the owner rang and said he was cancelling the refund as I hadn't let them take the pizza back, which was a total lie. He was told as much by me verbally and by email. This matter is still not resolved almost 4 months later and the branch have failed to contact me despite Dominos head office asking them to on numerous occasions. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS.

After many meals from this takeaway. I can confirm it’s a domino’s. Staff don’t seem to social distance at all. On my last visit there was an individual not in uniform carrying a small child and eating pizza. Doesn’t bother me personally but may be a problem for others. Lack of masks or where masks were worn, they were worn incorrectly (eg, not covering nose or just over chin) Pizza is always perfect. Love it for a good night in with my girlfriend or just having a few mates together (when this was allowed) always a good shout, would definitely recommend it’s always rare there is any problem. I would say if you have a complaint go straight to the online complaints unless it is a small error as they don’t seem to be good at handling complaints in house.

Ordered Pepperoni and a coke, got Margherita (or whatever) and no drink. 10/10 (:

Ordered at 22:00, said it was out for delivery at 22:20 and it’s 22:46 and i still haven’t got it. I called 5 times and they didn’t pick up. The 6th time, they finally picked up and said it will be 5 minutes because your delivery is out with lots of other deliveries, so i know that it is now coming cold. This happens a lot with my orders. They normally come cold. Terrible.

We went in and ordered a pizza to share and the assistant pointed that there was an offer on buy one get one free,which we duly did.Made freshly in front of us it only took 10 mins to be ready.When back at our accomodation we were pleased to find in the lid of the box a dressing which was very very nice so well done Domino Pizza .

Ordered from shop 5 mins away and it took an hour to arrive. Base was disgusting and topping was skimpy and salty. Paid over £17 and it wasn't worth £3 Never going to order from Dominos again So disappointed as this was Supposed to be a treat.

Never answer the phone, delivery slow, delays for no obvious reason

What a horrible place! They forgot the side and made us waiting over 30 minutes to get it. Pizzas were getting cold while waiting because they sent a deliver a wrong place.

Recently moved in nearby and have ordered for delivery twice. Not one for writing reviews but waited over 1.5 hours BOTH times and staff were rude on the phone when I called to let them know. Ended up getting a refund and no pizza the second time.

We had an awesome and very delicious pizza, medium size, with cheese filled crust. We ordered and collected it locally.

I phoned for delivery and after giving post code in EH5 i was told i was too far away ?, then told to try Domino's in Dalry in Edinburgh which is probably double the distance away from where I was. Either the staff are wanting a quiet night at work or they don't have a clue to the area around about them.

Food was Okay, Pizza a bit overdone but other than that, it was fine. Didn’t deliver my ice cream though, and I had to call 5 times before getting an answer. When I finally got through they said they’d send somebody to bring it to me. 2 hours later, still not arrived. Communication is only made harder as none of the staff seem to speak very good English. Disappointing

Ordered a pizza via the app for delivery one night, it was a Tuesday so appreciate they can be busier, but it took three attempts for them to answer their phones to see where our pizza was! Was told 45 minutes, and then over an hour later still no sign of it. Compensation of a free pizza is no good if the wait for pizza is the problem.

Food is OK but often a bit on the cold side. Delivery is hit and miss - sometimes it's fine and sometimes late - hence cold food!

They clearly don’t care. Good reminder why papa johns , or even Tesco’s budget pizzas are far superior. £23 for dried out, barely edible nonsense. Keep this up, goodbye franchise Stockbridge!

Awful experience. The tracker wasn't working, took a long time to deliver and didn't deliver the ice cream I paid for. Would never order dominos again.

If you love a domino's pizza you can't go wrong here. Had a few big nights, so decided to unwind with a pizza and a night in and it was perfect! Great food and decent prices!

I wouldn't even give 1star if I had the option. Very rude staff and drivers. Will not be giving dominos my business ever again.

Burnt disgusting pizza poor show dominos

This was on our doorstep so did not even need delivery. Fast friendly service and home with lovely pizzas in less than 15 mins. Yum yum.

Great pizza guys, just what we needed after watching the fire festival and getting drenched with rain...a domino's and back to the hotel room.

HORRIBLE!! Ordered online and waited about an hour, after which I called and they asked for a UK number (we're US citizens visiting Scotland and only have a US number). When I told him we don't have one, he put me on hold and when he came back he said the driver had a tough time finding the place, but on his way now. Waited another 30 minutes then called again, but they'd pick up and hang up. I kept calling until another branch answered and told me they won't deliver to non-UK numbers. So, we walked over at 1130 pm to get our pizzas ONLY TO FIND OUT THEIR LISTED HOURS ARE WRONG AND THEY'RE ALREADY CLOSED. They really should be out of business. Why weren't they honest about the delivery from the beginning?! Why did they hang up on me?! And, why can't they keep their hours straight??!! An amazing experience in Scotland, EXCEPT for this!!

Food is, well you know what it is right? It comes quickely, is hot and is domino's. Need say no more. If you want a huge calorie hit in pizza form, order it here.

Domino's deliver pizza. You knew this already. Sometimes having pizza delivered to your hotel room is just what the doctor ordered and as far as delivery pizza goes we rate Domino's highly- usually some offers on if you have your mobile with you.

Utterly useless. One star is one star too many. Two hours between order and delivery. No one answered the phone when I called (4 times) A good manager would call the online order customers to explain the delay. Food was crap. Never again. Papa John's will get my business in the future. AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID !!!!

Stopped using this branch of Dominos after too many issues. 50/50 pizza which was more 70/30, items missing from the order (delivered later, but everything else cooled by then) and attitude from delivery driver. Still a fan of Domino's but will not be using this shop again.
