Excellent Service to the young lady who took me to the table. Excellent

A recent birthday lunch with my 9 year old granddaughter and some friends, before a craft class at Hobbycraft was a great success. My daughter and I ordered a pizza for ourselves and the 5 girls had a good choice from the older children's menu. Pizza Hut helped us all sing "happy birthday" to my granddaughter and provided a knife which was safe to use to cut some cake for the girls to take home. No mess to tidy up, the cooking was done for us and it was not an expensive lunch.

Tasty food. We had the lunchtime buffet

The female staff although a quiet time nothing seemed to be a problem. Food eas very nice fresh and hot and salad bar well stocked and fresh

Decent but overpriced food. The sole porter was very sweet but this location simply NEEDS to hire more people—feel bad for the workers who need to make up for a lack of staff PS WHY is pizza so expensive? Not worth it for what you get

Go early best selection and less busy. Eat as much as you like buffet is best and cheapest

Food pants as always. Cheap pizzas for the buffet, taste like cardboard. Waitresses were amazing, and deserve more pay. Sterile atmosphere.

Waitress’s finger nails were filthy being in a restaurant serving food you expect hygiene to be top of your list but clearly not in here. Even my 10yr old daughter commented to me that the lady had dirty nails after we left. We also ordered a child meal off the big menu and got the same amount of chicken she would normally get on the smaller menu. Plates were left to be cleared after we left. Wouldn’t come back after the hygiene issue it’s really disgusting.

It was OK. Just very expensive for 4 people. Fair enough it's not take out prices but it's pricey to sit in and have to order food on your phone. Service was ok/quick enough but ordering on your phone leaves little to judge that by. Food was fine, nothing wrong with it. Was just very expensive for 2 adults and 2 children

This place is a complete rip off. £16.50 for a kids size pizza. Last time I go here.

Service is scanning a QR code and ordering. 30minutes and still waiting on 3 basic pizzas and still no sign of the food. Also VERY inaccessible for those needing wheelchairs.

I cannot fault the service, as soon as i ordered and paid we went to the salad bar for literally 2 mins and our drinks were waiting when we got back!! And the wait time for the main wasn't long at all and same for dessert

It was very expensive for what it was the pizza was doughy and quality just wasn’t up to scratch for what I paid for it. Very disappointing and I had to wait a very long time to eat

The buffet is mediocre at best and the remaining menu is overpriced at best. Staff seemed friendly enough. The biggest issue with this restaurant is cleanliness. The work surfaces, cutlery and crockery were all very dirty with ingrained dirt and food debris. It took multiple attempts to find clean forks and plates. Overall, there's better offerings close by at a more attractive price point. One to avoid.

We had lunch at Pizza Hut in Fort Kinnard. I really enjoyed the way we ordered our food via the app. No one rushed us to make a decision, we could decide at our leisure. We had just placed our order and the glass for the cooldrink was there, our drinks came quickly and we didn't wait long for our food at all. Also enjoyed the deals on offer. Service was great, staff were very friendly and helpful - we will definitely go again.

Went at lunchtime for the buffet 12 till 3. lots to choose from pizzas, pasta, salad £10.99 or 15.99 with refilable juice and ice cream. Went for the 10.99 with a glass water will go back

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Took forever to be seated, brought out the wrong food twice and no apology whatsoever. Will never be returning to this branch again! Manager Rui was a disaster to deal with

Opened late 11.38. then pasta was luke warm at buffet, pizza didn't go out until nearer 12, directed to use the qr code, zero customer service 4 stars for atmosphere as Christmas music was playing Very disappointed

Overpriced . lack of staff and we all sat with our coats on as it was cold in the building

We came here for the lunchtime buffet, we were warned on arrival that you have to scan a QR code and pay by card. After ordering the buffet, it prompts you for a service tip of differing amounts. I feel this is pointless as how can anyone tip for service received when you've been in the building for less than 5 minutes? The staff were friendly, glasses and plates arrived promptly. The pizzas were slow to be replenished but we were kept informed when some would be arriving, sadly these were rapidly gone by everyone waiting and again, slow to be replaced. The salad bar and pizza was tasty when it did arrive. Apparently it is a table service in the evenings so it will differ to my experience.

I love pizza hut and I was very excited to find one so close to us as I've lived too far away for years. We've gone 3 times. Or rather we've attempted to go 3 times and only managed to eat on the 2nd. When we did eat it was great but the 1st and 3rd time we were told that the kitchen is really backed up and they aren't seating anyone for half an hour despite the restaurant bring practically deserted. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or what but somebody seriously needs to take this place in hand and get it running better. There is no reason your kitchen should be backed up when you only have 5 tables seated and half of those already have their food!

We were seated, chose from the menu, asked the waiter to come over, he abruptly told us there is no waiter service you must order on your phone or you can't eat. Guess what we didn't eat and will not be back.

Went in today at 19.55 , the guy behind the counter told us they were closed. I told him that the opening hours sign said they were open till 22.00, he told me that they were closing early, another family was also turned away, however there were people seated and eating. Pizza huts loss, just went to Frankie nd Bennny's.

There is no point in paying 3 times. I ordered a Margherita Sharing pizza for £23.99, and in fact the word Sharing only mean the same pizza, large size!! L0L. It is very funny, as the price of pizza hut take away (collection) is £8.99 nothing different in taste 🤣.

Was served raw chicken! Complained and was only offered a £5 off discount code for my next order that wouldn't have even covered the cost of the chicken bites that we got, won't be back

Service was terrible and manager/supervisor is extremely rude and aggressive. The drinks have a chemical taste to them. Had to ask for syrup for the ice cream and you would think I had asked staff for a kidney! No pizza available on buffet either, how this place is still open is beyond me.

Extortionate prices for average food and drink. Won't bother going back.

Friendly service from all staff we encountered. Attentive to our needs. The availability, cleanliness and variety of food was great.

I couldn't get what I wanted for me. I'm on a specific diet and wanted to get chicken strips and fries at 420 kcals but I was told I couldn't get the kids version coz I'm an adult, so I wanted to get that same thing for my 5 year old, and a kids pizza for him, and again I was told I couldn't get 2 kids meals for one kid. That's an absolute joke. I don't recommend this fast food place. Customer is never right in here

Poor expensive small pizza £20 for a small pizza with a diet drink, only diet fizzy drinks. The food was very small I was still hungry after the poor meal. I don't recommend

Tasteless. Waste of money and time

Visited at lunchtime for buffet. Ordering on phone using the QR code on the table was straightforward and easy. Salad bar didn’t have the variety of salad dressings labeled so it was a bit of a guess as to which one was what. Pizza selection was fairly slow in being replaced and limited in choice. When it got busier as we were getting ready to leave noticed there was a much bigger variety and selection of pizzas available. Ice cream factory was good but the sauce bottles and shaker jars were all sticky and messy. Only the one soft drink dispenser that I noticed so there was sometimes a wait to get a drink refill.

I would leave Zero star if I could,poor and very very bad customer service. Not recommended.

The app was not laid out very well and not as intuitive as I would have expected. £31 pounds for a single pizza and £4.75 for fries is extortionate. Having to go through multiple doors and go upstairs to get to the bathroom is just silly, as is not accepting cash. Food was alright staff were nice and punctual only gave two stars due to the lack of interaction. Trying to make the staff have as little interaction with the customer is not why people go to resteraunts and it made it less relaxing than it should have been.

The food is average but very expensive. The service is almost non existent as you have to order using an app. The app itself is confusing and not easy to use. The staff are not unpleasant but not very helpful. The restaurant and toilets are clean.

Absolutely no service, waitress didn't tell us about the QR code ordering it was only when noticing the table across from us had one that I found ours hidden under the menu. Pizza was meant to be double pepperoni and had very little pepperoni and onion rings were mushy and burnt and chips were cold and hadn't been cooked properly..Nobody came to ask how our food was either. Will not be back.

It was absolutely fine. You order yourself from a QR code on the table, which speeds up things a lot and also you've already paid for your bill. Food was great, hit the spot and the daughter loved it.

Got a great deal on my Taste Card. Hadn't been in a long while and things have changed but overall enjoyed my visit.

Food came out quick and was okay but pricey for not being the best, although the service was terrible finished food and waited for desert for almost an hour had to ask the manager to get this out to us and yet they were still cleaning the restaurant so had to go and ask a second time and the other member of staff was utterly clueless of the situation so just asked to take away and waited a further 15 minutes for cookie dough.

Absolutely awful, cashless which is nuts have to do the order yourself online , pathetic salad bar , mediocre pizza absolutely extortionate prices . Kids chips not enough to feed even a foetus and the ice cream melts faster than a snowman committing suicide. What a let down as I used to love Pizza Hut as a child

The staff and manager were 100% fantastic. Unfortunately the food they're sent to serve has taken a dive in recent years. Now very expensive, small portions, and the quality of the food, although well prepared, is too plastic for me.

The quality and the taste of the pizzas we ordered were much better than I thought they would be, and that really made my day.

Only table in at time, no fault of the staff just not busy time, not a fan of the flavour of the base sauce and some toppings, again not fault of staff assume they just taste that way. Great service whilst there.

Top notch service and personability from Rebecca (I think 🤔 can't quite remember, sorry :/ ) and Chloe who are normally at fountain park. I was coloured surprised as I expected the all too common glaikit expression that is generally found on the faces of employees of big name food outlets. From the word go Rebecca and Chloe used personal non generic sentences that actually conveyed they were unique people with lives that don't plug into a wall at the back of the store after it closes to recharge. They were upbeat, expressive, talkative and politely inquisitive. I eat out quite a bit and suffice it to say I didn't know this kind of service was something I needed, but now I fear there is no going back. Questioning my allegiances to Papa John's. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awful service, cold hard pizzas, we had to order manually as we didn't have our phones, and found this pure discrimination, as we had to wait over 1 hour for 2 adults pizza and 2 kids pizza, blamed it on staff shortage....but the people who used the app seemed to get served much quicker, also u only get to pay with card, no choice for money, disgrace wont be back

Even though there weren't many people in the restaurant, there was quite a wait to get seated. When I got to the front of the queue, I picked up a menu to choose what I want. Even though I had it in my hand, a member of staff came over, picked up another menu even though I said table for one and took me to a table. I was gonna say what I wanted, but she said I would be given a couple of minutes, so I waited what was probably more like at least 10. I ordered two desserts and a pizza to use a gift card, the desserts were 2 for £9.99, bringing the total to less than the amount on the gift card. The waitress that took my order said "I'll put that through" when she took the details of the gift card, then a few minutes later, I saw her take food to the table next to me so I went to the till to ask if the payment was sorted, she said she had to get the manager's card, which she could've told me so that I knew I was to wait, instead of wondering if it was ok to leave. As she hadn't put the desserts through at the right price and the till must not do it automatically, she said there was a remaining balance to pay. I told her about the desserts offer that is stated on the menu and she said she would have to get her manager. They said the whole balance of the gift card had been taken and they weren't able to do anything about that and as they aren't taking cash payments at the moment, she couldn't give me the remainder of what was meant to be left on the card. She made a phone call to see what could be done, then told me to write down my name and phone number and her manager would call me the next day or she would call me later that night, that was 4 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. It's not about the small amount of money that should have been left on the gift card, they could've had that as a tip if I had been given good service, but I hadn't as it was multiple bad things happening and lots of waiting, which on a Friday night I could expect if it was busy enough, but it was fairly quiet so the waiting times were longer than they should have been. I selected 2 stars because the food was alright and as I was initially told the thin base wasn't available, I ordered a small deep pan, but as the waitress came back said that info was wrong, they started preparing a large deep pan at no extra cost - I would have preferred the thin base, but I wasn't offered it.

Shame it's gotten really bad. Nothing seems to work. The staff are tired and you can tell others customers have been shouting at them they all look beaten down and fed up. Really expensive for what it is!

Despite being short staffed, manager kept us fully informed about our order

so they don't take cash anymore, scan the code on table and order in app, ok guess we can figure that out, check out, do you want to leave a tip? No they haven't done anything yet. informed them that syrup had ran out on pepsi max on juice machine staff member #1 asked #2 where #3 was as they didn't know how to change it (that's fair enough) #2 didn't seem to have a clue what either of us were talking about #3 appeared was busy with another customer but said they would change it in a minute, took our table number and would bring drinks over. After a slightly excessive wait considering restaurant wasn't really that busy #2 brought food order, I mentioned the juice we were waiting on. fries were hard and could have done to be cooked for longer. half way through eating went to get juice that hadn't appeared syrup hadn't been sorted got an alternative but definitely didn't get value out of it being a refillable. overheard another customer being apologised to as they were out of fries! was tempted to say if they wanted to stick the ones we hadn't touched back in the fryer to finish cooking they could have them. tables full of dirty dishes sat the whole time we were there best part of an hour, restaurant freezing & apparently the mens loos were blocked. won't be rushing back to the hut anytime soon.

Great experience I take my clients there as I am a carer and the booths are good and if you time it its quiet.

They sell 🍕 and drinks. Only on our visit the drinks machine wasn't working and we were fleeced £3.30 for a bottle of Irn Bru I could have bought for a quid next door.

Very over priced pizza. On entry we were told thers was no drinks available, except water, kids drinks or alcohol. After being told where to sit was told to use the app to order. Its help urself to salad. Kids help themselves to drinks and ice cream. So the only service the server provides is saying sit there and placing the ordered food on the table. Pizza was OK

Used to love pizza hut and since the local ones shut down, my son wanted to go as a treat so we made the 30 mile trip and unfortunately I can now understand why these are shutting down. Had to pay via app, no other choice, not a deal breaker if you have a mobile phone, but when you order stuff then told it's not available it's just a real inconvenience. And to say unlimited salad when there is very little to choice from and before they can refresh the salad your main is on the table and then still no fresh salad even after finishing. The staff were nice even if not informing us the drinks machine was broken, then to see others using it was very strange. I will say it was making a lot of noise. Maybe just bad timing but that's probably the last time we ever go. A shame as it used to be great.

First time in a Pizza Hut for several years. I did not expect top quality Artisan Pizza but I seems to me that the quality has dropped since I last visited. The price was pretty steep for truly mediocre quality pizza.

The seats and tables weren't clean, the online ordering didn't work so we had to wait for someone to come and serve us. We didn't have long as it was 2:15 and we wanted to take advantage of the buffet. The buffet itself needed to be topped up with fresh salad. It all looked a bit empty including the dressings. There was plenty of pizza but only one that didn't have vegetables or meat which suited the vegetarian child in our party. Unfortunately that pizza went quickly and it wasn't replenished. The rest of the pizzas had onion in them which didn't suit a couple of people in my party. The selection wasn't varied enough to suit all customers. At least three empty pizza pans were taken away but no new pizzas came out despite there being plenty of customers. I wouldn't recommend or go again.

Save your money and go somewhere else. We were waiting for almost an hour with a little one. We specially ask for no ham or pepperoni . We were waiting while other people who came after us they had been served before us. When we asked manager she said she doesn’t know how long it’s going to be but she will check. ( no apologies) after may be 10 minutes. Our food finally arrived and as we took byte we found pepperoni which we don’t eat. When asked for manager after a while she came in and said she would refund as and make another pizza but as my partner had to return to work we couldn’t wait for it any longer. Staff were not sure as well when the new one would arrive and my little one was getting impatient. So my husband went for work without eating and we have wested our precious time as well. Manager had very little empathy about the whole situation and the store is seriously under staff. They were 3 people on the floor for a massive restaurant. Will not be going back.

The spot is great to be enjoyed with family. My daughter and, i thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff was helpful.

The buffet options are really bad. The pizzas are not cooked properly at all and not much choices.

Waited 1 hour for food. Arrived seemingly reheated but stone cold. Inside pizza hut was freezing, sat shivering the whole time. My wife confronted a staff member about our cold food and she just made a noise and walked away. Completely ruined our view on pizza hut and we will not be returning in future. Completely and utterly disappointed. Food is overpriced (over £50 for 1 pizza and 2 kids meals) and the quality is very poor.

Went for a family meal. We all had the buffet. The restaurant seemed to be having some technical difficulty so perhaps better on another day. Food was okay, pizza was good, salad bar was not. Wasn't convinced of the hygiene of the concept!

Fresh pizza but bit expensive as compare to other Pizza outlets

Great lunch options especially if you have kids. The lunch buffet is great with a selection of salad and pizza and pasta. You don't have to wait around for the food and eat as much as you like. The location is perfect, with free parking, Shopping, lunch, perfect day out place.

Last time we were at this pizza hut we had a bad experience, but todays visit was polar opposite to our last visit.. The server we had was absolutely brilliant. She spoke and played with our 6 month year old son, he absolutely loved the attention, she couldn't do enough for us.. The food was great and we didn't have to wait long, the salad bar was clean and well stocked.. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! We will definitely be back!

Not enough staff so only serving buffet.

Totally rubbish and they never had deep pan... And when waiting the restaurant was freezing cold. Takeaways only, no sit in. Total joke. Pizza hut used to be great.. Not anymore..... Don't even bother....

Staff were nice, but the food was overpriced for what you get. Salad bar was poor and 2 kids were allowed to run around screaming around everyone while you tried to eat.

Today I was in the Pizza Hut and there was a guy with beard ,he was not friendly at all and when I’ve asked where can I bin some leftovers from my plate, he looked at me like If I offended him badly.

You are shown to your table and order from there, then food arrives. There is no atmosphere or a feeling of being welcome, just sit down, order, pay and leave. Bring back the old days. The food is good and we enjoyed it, but just miss the attentiveness that servers bring.

Kids meal deal and adult meal with side. Salad bar was nice although missing cucumber but good offerings and fresh. The pizzas were delicious and the sides were tasty too. Service was a tad slow but expected as there were only 2 colleagues and they were closing early. Great visit, will be back!

There is never enough pizza for Evryone in the restaurant and Instead of making more pizzas of the ones that people are eating quickly they only bring out more of the ones that don’t get eaten and then when you ask about normal pizzas such as margaritas and pepperoni the staff tells you that there are plenty of options already out and nothing else will come out until people eat what’s there.

This restaurant is my kids favorite. They love pizza, salad and ice cream here. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended for family 🙂
