The food arrived cold and over an hour late!!!

Chips frozen and uncooked and driver had very poor delivery service. We had to go out looking for the driver outwith the delivery address, food was cold by the time it was received. Not happy.

The driver got lost somehow and the food was cold as soogy by the time I got it.

Live in new build, driver gave up trying to find address after many telephone conversations and then proceeded to change order to delivered. About time pizza hut brought back their own drivers. Refund wasn't either forthcoming.

First time sitting in a Pizza Hut restaurant and I must say I would definitely return, The staff were extremely efficient and super friendly and welcoming, I did wait long to be seated, I felt extremely looked after by Scarlett and especially a young lady called. Alison Who has always got a smile on her face and is always happy to help you with any questions. She welcomed me from the start, had a laugh and a joke with me which made my overall atmosphere feel great! Would definitely recommend for families as it’s super kid friendly too. Very pleased with service and quality of food, much better than a takeaway I must say !

I had ordered the food just before 1 o’clock and never showed up after 2. With multiple delivery time changes

A pesar de que había restaurantes mucho mejores en Fort Kinnaird nos decidimos por Pizza Hut, ya que estábamos buscando un lugar adecuado para llevar a nuestro hijo de un año y pensamos que este sería el más adecuado para niños, rápido y sin alborotos. ¡Nos equivocamos! No estaba tan ocupado, pero al entrar en el restaurante esperamos unos minutos antes de que un servidor viniera y nos preguntó si necesitábamos una mesa para 3. "Sí, 2 adultos y una trona, por favor", le respondí, y se fue durante varios minutos más antes de regresar y decir "tendré que darle una mesa grande" y nos llevó a una mesa para 6. Esto estaba bien, no podía importarme menos el tamaño de la mesa, pero se me ocurrió que todas las mesas de 6 tenían solo 2 o 3 personas, pero estaban compuestas por mesas para 2 , que podrían haberse separado fácilmente para permitir varias mesas más de 2 o 4 plazas. Frente a nosotros también me di cuenta de una familia de 5 (incluidos 4 adultos) hacinados en una cabina para 4 . Una vez sentados nos preguntaron si podíamos pedir usando un código QR y nos dijeron que era solo tarjeta. Estábamos bien para hacer esto, pero el sitio web era bastante spam con los llamados tratos que hacen que todo el proceso sea bastante complicado. Realmente no queríamos postre, pero llegamos a un acuerdo que los incluía, ya que el precio parecía muy ligeramente mejor relación calidad-precio (aunque todavía caro). Luego tuvimos que pagar la comida por adelantado y preguntamos si queríamos dejar un tup, que no tenía sentido antes de la comida y cuando apenas nos habíamos comunicado con un humano. Después de pagar nos dieron nuestras ensaladeras, pero tuvimos que subir y pedir cubiertos para comerlo. Y pasaron varios minutos más antes de que alguien trajera nuestros vasos de bebidas. Luego tuvimos alrededor de media hora esperando a que llegara nuestra red. La pizza tenía alrededor de 2 pulgadas de corteza alrededor del exterior sin cobertura, y podría haber hecho con algunos chapuzones para los lados, pero no me atreví a pedir miedo de tener que esperar otros 15 minutos e inevitablemente pagar extra. Aparte de esto, la comida estaba bien. No muy bien, pero bien. Luego esperamos otros 50 MINUTOS para nuestro postre. Nos hubiéramos ido si no lo hubiéramos pagado ya por adelantado. Nuestro niño estaba muy inquieto en este punto. Cómo alguien espera que un niño de 1 año se siente en una silla alta tanto tiempo está más allá de mí. Después de unos 40 minutos mi marido subió y preguntó por nuestros postres y le dijeron que serían unos 10 minutos. 5 minutos después, un servidor diferente se acercó y preguntó "¿pediste algún postre? Si es así, serán de 5 a 10 minutos. " Mi esposo respondió "sí l, ya los hemos esperado 50 minutos". El servidor dijo: "Oh vale, ¿te gustaría que se fueran? " No te disculpes. Habíamos visto varias otras mesas ir con esta opción debido a los largos tiempos de espera, pero declaró que no no queríamos quitarlos. Tuvimos una hora para viajar a casa y no creo que la masa caliente de galletas y helado viajaría bien. Finalmente llegaron nuestros postres, que estaban bien pero no valía la pena esperar. Después de mucho más de 2 horas finalmente llegamos a salir del restaurante. Nuestro servidor estaba parado junto a la puerta. Mi marido le dio las gracias al pasar, por cortesía. No batió un párpado ni dio respuesta alguna. El grupo más aburrido, ineficiente y desagradable del personal.

Food good as always and still hot

Had few problems with ethier restaurant not putting items in bag or driver not remembering it but had enough of this service i asked for no garlic and they slathered it on my pizza! and i have no way to submit the photos.

El pan de ajo y el queso estaban fríos. Tuve que pedir una caja para las sobras (1/2 pizza). Tuvimos que poner la pizza en nosotros mismos. No hay condimentos en la mesa y no hay oferta de ninguno. Logré encontrar algunos yo mismo. Más de £ 40 para una pizza compartida, bebidas y un lado

Pizza's were braw, as was the cookie dough and sides. Delivery was fast 10/10

Buffet is pointless. We went during the buffet but not at the lunch time rush, yet no food was being replenished. Waited over 30 minutes for fresh pizzas but nothing. When I asked, I was told there was a technical issue yet non-buffet customers were receiving pizzas to their tables. When I asked again, there conveniently a fire alarm and we weren't allowed back in as it was close to 15.00. So, zero value for money. Very limited selection When food was available and no service as everything was done via the app. Plates on other tables were piled high so that is the only comment I can pass for service or lack of. Don't bother complaining to Pizza Hut directly as they haven't acknowledged my complaint..... says everything.

The ease of going to the salad bar and ice cream machine alone with your child to pick what you like is enjoyable for them, the seating was comfortable and the waitress was attentive and checked in numerous times and engaged with my child. The wait for food wasn’t too bad, especially when there is a salad bar to nibble on. The kids deals are absolutely worth the money and portion sizes are great for them. This was our first time here so we didn’t bother going all out with the buffet deals. We enjoyed a mega monster kids meal and a bbq melts meal. We didn’t have a big wait for the meals ordered and it was relatively clean and quiet, although we were there at 12 midday, not long after opening so I can’t comment on how the restaurant is at busier times in the day/evening. We will definitely be back!

Food came fast enough. Only marked down a star because we had to wait at the front door being ignored for so long we eventually seated ourselves. The server seemed shocked by this but I was keen to get the kids seated 🤷‍♂️.

For the second time going to this particular hut we were turned away. For what looked like a quiet restaurant (not many people sitting inside) after waiting 5 min to be greeted, we were told that they were not able to take any orders for at least an hour and would not be able to seat us. There was no notice on the door advising of any of this. We decided to travel to the hut at fountain park where we had the most pleasant experience with our meal.

Pizza was horrible and could’ve been cut. Had to bin the pizza as tasted so bad. Onion wish were cold so also got binned

We arrived as a family of 3 on a Friday evening. We ordered the sharer pizza deal at a whopping £44. The chips were cold and undercooked which we sent back but they were never replaced. The unlimited salad bar was awful most of the things were either empty or had been sitting a while. The Ice Cream Factory wasn’t working when we were in despite alerting staff . The service was shocking as was the food. We will never return

Servicio lo peor que he experimentado en mucho tiempo principalmente porque no había ninguno! Nuestras pizzas estaban sobre la mesa y ni una vez más se nos acercó ningún miembro del personal para preguntarnos si queríamos postre o cafés, etc. No estaban interesados en las pocas mesas con clientes, ya que solo estaban interesados en las entregas para llevar. Flujo constante de controladores de deliveryoo, etc. que llegan para recoger pedidos. ¡No volveré!

Took advantage of one of the meal deals. Thought it was expensive at first (everything feels expensive these days ) but it was actually great value as it was a huge amount of food. So much so that I took some home for lunch the next day. Pizza was actually delicious. I hadnt been to pizza Hut for at least a year and was pleasantly surprised.

Poor quality food as most of it was burnt. It was late for collection by about 40 minutes and the food that was ready was left on a counter for half an hour. Very poor service.

La pizza estaba buena. El nuevo gerente fue muy sarcástico y grosero! He estado yendo aquí durante unos 14 años, pero si ella se queda vamos a estar comiendo en otro lugar semanalmente ahora no aguantando a un gerente grosero desagradable con un servicio tan lento.

We used to eat at this pizza hut quite often, but this one time my eight-year-old boy happened to need toilet urgently when just outside their restaurant, so he went in and asked if he could borrow their toilet and was refused entry as the toilets are for customers only. It is unimaginable that they boast themselves as a kids-friendly family restaurant and yet could be so mean to a little kid in need. I totally understand if they do that to adults as grown-ups would have better self control and could manage to walk along further to find a useable toilet. But to do that to children is just absolutely heartless. Since they show no care for children at all, I'd rate them zero star if Google allowed, and we will never be customers to such a business with no humanity.

The place was understaffed, the drinks and ice cream machines were dirty and the ice cream machine ran out. The manager was friendly and approachable. BRING BACK PARMESAN CHEESE please!

Food was banging and Scott the waiter was amazing top guy very nice person.

Visited with family fri night,first class service and first class food ,salad bar was well topped up with plenty of choice ,kids loved ice cream factory and dessert was class, massive improvements made since last visit , big thanks to Gary and his team especially Carly who looked after us and made us very welcome

It seems OK, much like any other Pizza Hut with no fights and a general family atmosphere but as the sum total of my direct experience of them is sitting at the bus stop outside waiting for transport back home after work to drink 'breakfast juice' and fall asleep lying on my bed wearing store uniform I would never claim to be a reliable witness.

Was there with daughter and granddaughters. Atmosphere was relaxed and chilled even for lunch time. Not rushed. Great selection. The juice had no fizz the carbonation wasn't working so that brings it down but other than that great place.

Vinimos aquí por un poco de desierto y esperamos 25 minutos para 2 masas de galletas, nos habríamos ido si no hubiéramos pagado ya a través del sistema de QR único. Las mesas no estaban despejadas, las tazas estaban cubiertas de arañazos y escombros, los asientos eran antihigiénicos también, Los camareros eran muy poco comunicativos y parecían totalmente despejados cuando casi dejaron caer nuestro desierto. También es bastante caro para lo que obtienes (al parecer, la masa de galletas es lo suficientemente grande como para alimentar a 2 , a pesar de que es en miniatura). No volveremos y el 100 % no recomendamos. .

Worst I’ve ever had in a Pizza Hut. No cheese on the pizzas so very dry, not much left on the salad bar and staff not even able to do a birthday cake for the little ones birthday. Order at table only means no staff assistance for anything at all.

Pizza and hot food was tasty but took an age to arrive. Service very slow and disjointed. Staff either poorly trained or just don't care. Salad bar not the freshest.

Great Experience today. Gary was excellent so friendly & chatty. Helped with ordering as app wasn’t working & honoured the discounts. Plenty choice for the buffet. Will be back.

We hadn't had pizza for a while, so we decided to head over to pizza hut, the staff were pleasant enough. However, service with a smile goes a long way, and hygiene! When did it become standard practice to allow food handlers to wear their hair down, not tied back nor no hair nets where worn (off putting when they're handling food) , and one of the staff memebers had to be told our food for collection was sat there she then proceeded to start looking threw the orders that came out the hatch, including ours, letting the heat escape and cool down by the 2nd, I don't understand how these people become front of house team memebers they should be in the back washing dishes. I'm disappointed in management for allowing pizza hut to be so disorganised in this way. the cheesy triangles was the nicest part soft hot gooey cheese the way it should be, however both our pizzas on the other hand where undercooked which left us confused considering the pizza should of been done by 16:47 to 17:01 but we didnt get them till 17:20? How are they late and still undercooked, there was no charring on the base or the stuffed crust, the stuffed crust had 0 cheese pull, my partner had the pepperoni aside being undercooked his was a usual pepperoni pizza he said sauce was bland not much flavour to it , I had the Americano supreme and I don't understand what's Americano about it? It's basically a chicken and sweetcorn pizza, couldn't taste the bacon or bbq sauce, it also came with a bland bbq sauce over the top of It, and again my pizza was undercooked and 0 cheese pull on the mozzarella and stuffed crust , pizza hut has really gone down hill or atleast fort Kinnairds has , I dont understand what happened to the texas bbq pizza the red onions complimented the bacon well and now they've changed it for a half arsed sweetcorn, I felt like i was eating 2 whole green giant tins of sweetcorn however nice it was too much , disappointed I doubt we will be returning.

Terrible experience, I ordered pizzas for 4 with sides and desert ..desert had couple of ice creams. My order arrived with ice cream melted over the pizza box..driver was apologetic, I thought not a big deal..I ordered brownies..if couple of ice creams leaked it's not the end of the world. Once I opened the pizza box ..I saw ice cream had leaked onto 1 pizza..but only on one corner..still I wasn't mad..but when tasted pizza it was cold ..the 2nd pizza, fries, garlic bread ..they were all cold. I had to microwave the pizza..this ruined the whole experience. I messaged the customer service..and they asked me for photos..which I didn't take Bcoz I wasn't expecting pizza's to be cold. I myself own a takeaway so I wasn't going to make fush over little spill..so I didn't take pictures ..and so more then the drivers fault I really blame customer service who couldn't be bothered to just the driver whether both ice creamed leaked or not. Terrible customer service.

I ordered pizza meal for 4 with ice creams. Delivery was within the delivery window but ice cream had all melted and leaked on to pizza ..driver saw it and apologised. I should have rejected the order there and then ..but I thought it's couple of ice cream melted ..not a big deal. But then I noticed ice cream had leaked into 1 of the pizza..that was bad ..but worse was yet to come, pizza,'s were cold, we had to microwave the pizzas. Customer service response was worst ever as well.

Had to cancel order as delivery time kept changing. I called the restaurant who confirmed that my food had been ready for around an hour but no driver had shown up. it was really difficult to speak just eat, but eventually when I used a live chat the person was very helpful and offered me a refund. very disappointing.

Reviews are very true. The restaurant operates for takeaways. They ask customers to leave or wait for an hour

food was cold but this was not pizza hut fault but the courier who did not use a hot bag i have alerted pizza hut and just eat and await to see what just eat do about it

I had cancelled this order at the restaurant but was unable to cancel on Just Eat. Organised something else for lunch as this was going to be way too late but food still arrived anyway. Really unhappy with this but it's not the restaurants fault

Pizza hut has changed a lot over the years and I wouldn't say for the better. Went in twice over the past month or so and I feel it's over prices rubbish food. The staff are friendly but really laid back. Not my kind of restaurant.

We visited this restaurant today 22/7/24 we are on holiday from England and are staying at the haven site seaton sands this pizza hut is about a 15 min drive away from the site, the restaurant has a Lovely atmosphere great food and very helpful and friendly staff would recommend to all

We asked for this to be remade. Told it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later we were tight for time and asked for this to be boxed to take away. Took a further 10 minutes waiting for it to be brought over. We were offered an apology along with two small bottles of Pepsi that were arguably warmer than the original pizza. At time of arrival and initially ordering the restaurant was not busy and customers already seated were eating. Overall this was an abysmal experience with terrible service. Not value for money with £53.55 spent and ideally a refund seems the only correct way to resolve this experience. There are other businesses that charge much less than this in this economy and can deliver steaming hot pizzas within 30 minutes on busier nights of the week. Do better.

the seal was broken, pizza was squashed and stone cold. 100% disappointed and dissatisfied. I want my money back, we were looking forward to it and now widh we'd not bothered.

Disaster don't know why I bother. Spend a fortune and the food is freezing and juice missing absolutely furious. Deleting this app again it's shocking.

Standard Pizzahut fare. The selection for the buffet was quite limited, and the toppings seemed to horde onto single pieces. The salad bar did seem fresh. The app setup is annoying. The last thing I want to do mid shop is to download an app and scroll through menus to find the pizza I want. I just want to order and pay. Think they are misjudging their customers here. I will avoid it in the future just due to the app order system. Not for me. Toilets are badly signposted. (Upstairs). Think this is expensive for the fast food and non personal setup.

Good value for money on the kids food. They seemed happy with the food and drinks they had with friendly service too. We didn't have anything but a drink because of fasting so can't comment on grown up food. Lively enough atmosphere too.

Went yesterday with the family, had one of the most disappointing meals ever two hours we were there to have cold pizza, a pizza that came up wrong although they did change it to the right one eventually soda that ran out of syrup etc avoid

Turned up at 18:20 on a Friday night and they refused to serve any tables because they were "far too busy with online orders". Only three tables were in the restaurant at the time, the place was a mess and staff were just standing.

Managed to get a table right next to the juice machine, and close to disabled toilet and salad bar, as a disabled customer that is very important to me.

Driver was friendly and pleasant to meet.

we have a very good experience at this pizza hut! we had a waiter called garry which was a new manager! he was very welcoming and made the experience better by being so kind and bubbly!

The food was good though not very hot. I was sent the wrong side even though the correct side was listed on the receipt; this was, to say the least disappointing. Overall, not the greatest experience!

Food was great, kids enjoyed it which is always a hard one to please them with where we eat out. Gary the manager was very polite and helped us throughout. One of the best managers I have come across in a restaurant. Will certainly return in future.

The Vegan Veggie Thin crust pizza was missing from the order which was delivered.

It was really nice and the food wasn’t the best but it’s nice and the service is quite good but not that good

O my dear , what an awful mistake going into this place for a buffet lunch. Firstly it was cheap so we should not have expected much . The salad bar was poor and very poor choice of cold salads. The ear all you want pizza and pasta was also so poor . You could see people waiting to see if a new pizza was coming out as the ones on the hot table were better off used to sole your shoes than eaten. I have told my wife to kick me if I ever suggested that Pizza Hut would be a good place for eat.

Ordering and paying was online which we felt was quicker and left us not feeling rushed. Buffet self service had a great selection that was kept hot and replenished frequently. We felt the buffet deal with drink and ice cream was a good deal. The Restaurant was clean and welcoming. The staff were quick to clear tables once finished. We were all seated a reasonable distance from others to give space and comfort which sint always the case. The lunchtime waiting staff were on the ball and doing a great job

Had to experience of a baby screaming the whole time i could of strangled it, food was nice but wont be back as got a half and half pizza.. big mistake as they change £17.99 for half a bloody pizza. Rip off.

Two pizzas delivered late and stone cold. I live less than half a mile from the restaurant. When reheated the pizzas had a strong taste of cardboard, the topping was dried and unappealing. They resembled left-over pizza that had been in the fridge for several days. At £18 each they were a complete waste of money. This is shocking service from a large organization and their home deliveries should be avoided at all costs

Not a good selection of pizzas to choose from,only one or portions left of each,some were cold . Salad bar,not the freshest, needed restocking.

I went there for a salad buffet, but I have been very disappointed. The choice was just a joke. Sparkling drinks was very watery with a lack of taste. Didn't try pizza.

A recent birthday lunch with my 9 year old granddaughter and some friends, before a craft class at Hobbycraft was a great success. My daughter and I ordered a pizza for ourselves and the 5 girls had a good choice from the older children's menu. Pizza Hut helped us all sing "happy birthday" to my granddaughter and provided a knife which was safe to use to cut some cake for the girls to take home. No mess to tidy up, the cooking was done for us and it was not an expensive lunch.

Food pants as always. Cheap pizzas for the buffet, taste like cardboard. Waitresses were amazing, and deserve more pay. Sterile atmosphere.

Waitress’s finger nails were filthy being in a restaurant serving food you expect hygiene to be top of your list but clearly not in here. Even my 10yr old daughter commented to me that the lady had dirty nails after we left. We also ordered a child meal off the big menu and got the same amount of chicken she would normally get on the smaller menu. Plates were left to be cleared after we left. Wouldn’t come back after the hygiene issue it’s really disgusting.

It was OK. Just very expensive for 4 people. Fair enough it's not take out prices but it's pricey to sit in and have to order food on your phone. Service was ok/quick enough but ordering on your phone leaves little to judge that by. Food was fine, nothing wrong with it. Was just very expensive for 2 adults and 2 children

over an hour to deliver a pizza in this day and age is very disappointing. My son enjoys a pizza hut pizza. on numerous occasions this branch takes far too long to deliver.
