Evita a toda costa que la comida sea incomible y repugnante al 100%. La pizza estaba hecha con ingredientes pobres, estaba grasosa, aceitosa y no era italiana adecuada en ningún sentido.

OMG I got around 7 pieces of chicken on a wrap looked like it was a third full, phoned to complain and all you ever get is we are very busy. You should never be too busy to communicate with customers full stop. If you cannot supply customer device then stop trading. Lost a far few pounds a month from me, never will I ever order from these guys and I will promote there poor service.

Feel absolutly insulted. The food in this site is Great, I eat from this site three or four times a week and always great. After a long day at work the last thing I expect is to be told how to order a thin and crispy pizza ( it's a new policy). As much as I like Dominos, no longer from this site. Service is normally spot on and would review this site with five stars any other day, but to be treated like an idiot ( how I was made to feel - with your man pointing at trays - which made no difference as could.not see inside any of the blue trays he was pointing at). So it's a shame as I will no longer return to this site. Pizza hut (just across.the road) are not great and they only do the Italian thin and crispy but at least they seem genuine to have your custom and even double check your order. Great shame.

Yo la pizza mal entregado y han intentado contactar con ellos durante 1 horas y media sin respuesta. Son simplemente ignorar la llamada. Pedí a comer solo y en contacto con ellos y ellos no han hecho nada. Servicio asqueroso, no se lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Comer solo comentarios mostrar esto ha sucedido varias veces antes con ellos. Mis amigos pizzas no eran buenas con casi ningún coberturas y fría. No VENGAS AQUÍ

Après avoir commander une pizza et ne la voyant os arrivé après 1h je les appel pour qu’il me disent que la pizza avait déjà été délivré mais pas à la bonne adresse alors que j’avais bien justifié sur la note de livraison de m’appeler une fois arrivé!! A quoi sert la note dans ces cas là ?!! Plus jamais !!

This is a takeaway restaurant, not the best but okay. We’d had a long stressful day and thought ‘let’s get a takeaway’, like you do. On their site you can order and it gives you a count down to delivery- nice idea, so you arrange your evening around a delivery time, walk the dog, hold hands, glass of wine, get the dishes out - all the wind down stuff you do. We ordered at 7.30 pm for an 8.30pm delivery (they are 3mins from our house in a car), at 9.15pm we thought we’d check just in case the delivery guy had been in a crash - who knows! The call went like this ‘ Hello, we have an order in for delivery at 8.30 what time do you think it might be delivered?’ ‘ Listen mate we’re f&@king busy tonight, hang on, what do you expect, our competitors have stopped delivering it a xxxxxxx nightmare’ ‘You cheeky, cheeky bugger, why didn’t you let us know? stick your delivery’ was my response. ‘Your loss’ was his. They have my contact details - no apology, just an appalling service attitude. Give them a swerve, save yourself the attitude just collect from their competitors- you don’t need that angst and attitude on a Friday night.

This is a takeaway in Carlisle. After eating a meal from here, my partner and I got food poisoning.

Disgraceful place. We ordered several dishes, the chicken bites were nice, but our spaghetti bolognaise dishes were covered in melted cheese. I can’t eat cheese and it doesn’t specify anywhere on the menu that it has cheese on. So I called them and asked for either a refund on the dish or for them to send out one without cheese. The guy refused to do so, said the manager wasn’t available, and told me it was my fault for not asking for it without cheese! Even though it didn’t say anything about having cheese. He was rude and unwilling to help. Terrible place.

Ordered food, it came on time at half ten at night. Instead of knocking at the door the delivery man decided to beep his horn loudly and shout at our house. He then rang me to come out to him because he didnt want to leave his car. He eventually came to our door and proceed to call me "sweet Cheeks" and other asorted names of a sexual manner. We didnt eat most of the food it was inedible. Not at all worth the time or money. Will never go here again. Further more they are not listed on the food standards agency and rats have been reported at the take away. I will be contacting food standards as well.

Had a large mixed kebab delivered £14 !! Very poor not a patch on what it used to be. Soggy salad , hardly any meat. Waste of money !!!

Absolutely disgusting food and even worse customer service - stay well clear! I have photos of the food they tried to give to my family and I. No chance we were eating that but still no refund! Terrible business.

Si piensa que al dominó ofrece el servicio y la comida consistente en cada ubicación - piense otra vez. Esta sucursal es simplemente terrible. Nuestro pedido llegó (y era incorrecto) después de casi una hora y las pizzas parecía tener lo que sólo puede ser descrito como carretera matar, ni disculpa de nadie en la tienda cuando llamamos para protestar y luego esperar más de 20 minutos para reemplazar el orden. Sencillamente una vergüenza, no hace falta decir que la próxima vez orden chino!
