Disgraceful place. We ordered several dishes, the chicken bites were nice, but our spaghetti bolognaise dishes were covered in melted cheese. I can’t eat cheese and it doesn’t specify anywhere on the menu that it has cheese on. So I called them and asked for either a refund on the dish or for them to send out one without cheese. The guy refused to do so, said the manager wasn’t available, and told me it was my fault for not asking for it without cheese! Even though it didn’t say anything about having cheese. He was rude and unwilling to help. Terrible place.

Not a good review unfortunately, both times I visited the man was on his phone no customers in shop but took time to serve used his bare hands to touch the burger bun without cleaning hands never give me my penny change didn't even ask lol. Second time same situation sour faced woman didn't want to be there on the phone touching the dirty screen then back to the burger bun. Didn't offer me my change again. I'm sure it's a front cause no one cares about the business and it filthy in there.

It’s a mess to look at, the place is dark, dingy, dirty and falling apart. The staff look dirty too. The food is not bad, just really small portions since the new owners have taken over. Really small, the chips are bit below average. Always a long waiting time, if there was any other takeaways open on a late night this place would go bankrupt people only go here because it’s the only thing there. It’s alright if your drunk but wouldn’t recommend too much.

Food was disgusting it's was so dry 🤢 took a hour to deliver aswell and food turns up cold for £19 it wasn't worth the money 💰 I'm sorry but it won't be ordering from here again 🤢🤢

Pedí desde Domino's Pizza (Birmingham - Central) y rastreé la entrega en el mapa en vivo de su sitio web. Observé cómo el repartidor iba en dirección opuesta a mi casa, antes de regresar a la sucursal. Cuando llamé a la sucursal para averiguar qué había pasado, me dijeron -en tono muy grosero e irrespetuoso- que el conductor había llegado a mi casa (no era cierto) y me llamó por el teléfono móvil pero no contesté (tampoco cierto) , por lo que regresaron a la sucursal. Qué tan pobre debe ser la cultura de su empresa para culpar a sus clientes de su propia incompetencia. Para añadir más insultos, mi pedido de pizza y guarniciones finalmente llegó frío como piedra. Había planeado hacer un pedido para la reunión social de mi oficina más tarde esa semana, pero no quería arriesgarme después de mi experiencia. Hazlo mejor, Domino's.
