Having been a pepi's Pizza fan for many years, my partner and I were looking forward to two of their standard menu pizzas with a side dish of wedges.We received our meals approximately half hour late, which whilst annoying just added to our hunger! When we opened our boxes we were very disappointed. Both pizzas were nearly black. Presumably the extra time needed to get it to this colour was why it was late? Some one there likes extra crunchy food. We have had no response from them when we complained. So we have lost a great pizza house and they have lost our custom. Such a shame!

First of all this was always good .It was awful presentation was poor it was all cold . I asked for pot of chilli for my kabab but I never got it in a pot sauce was poured all over my lamb. It was not good it tasted bad .I will never use again .

My wife ordered a pizza from here on Wednesday 12th Feb. The delivery driver was a creepy pervert, not handing the pizza over and kept telling her how beautiful she was repeatedly asking if she was single. I was not home at the time and this is not ok. She called to complain and left a message asking for the manager to get in touch and has been ignored. Do not get deliveries from these people!!!

385 Pelham RoadMenu online out of date. Shouldn't be arguing with staff. Difference from what showed as a £15 meal (website) was £21 when trying to order. £6 increase nah Only ever collected, but each time the food has been enjoyable. Staff have always been very friendly

112 Cromwell RdOrdered a 16” pizza platter last night. Box came and it was huge however what was inside was very disappointing. A lot of chips probably to fill the missing space and what looked like a 10/12” pizza. Not impressed with this at all and won’t be ordering again.
