Luciano Pizzeria in North East Lincolnshire

Afraid to say it was rubbish. Pizzas was very thin with barley any topping. Coleslaw was terrible was like the cheap smart price supermarket stuff. Would not order again very poor taste and quality.

Absolutely dreadful, hour long for delivery, got order wrong. Refused to deliver missing items. Said will give them for free next time. Wont be a next time ! Absolutely dreadful !!

Food is always fabulously cooked hot and tasty ! Always delicious and definitely use again I’ve tried a lot but this one is the best of the best very helpful nice friendly staff update I’m very disappointed that the Caron sizes for chips and kebab meat are come less than half the size of usual size more child like portions yet they still charged full price out of order no longer great value for your £28 I will now be goin else were to receive decent portions for my money very disappointed as for is nice

Single handedly the best takeaway in Grimsby. Never had bad food or service. The garlic sauce is life changing. Do not miss out, order from Lucianos.

Hot and fresh food. Good value for money. We're not really fans of take-away pizzas but this was very good.

I’ve lived all over the UK and had many take away pizzas but Luciano’s is probably the best! Small but well-curated menu and there’s something for every taste. Great value for money, even via Just Eat! I can’t recommend this place highly enough, the quality is excellent, no cheap and nasty toppings here. If I was going to be nit picky, I’d say the dough could be improved by a longer, slower prove to develop the flavour and crust texture, but it’s still delicious and I will continue to order from here.

Food is nice but they cut the garlic bread into stupid little pieces. Should be cut the same as the pizza otherwise you just end up with loads of dry bread left at the end when everyone takes the tiny middle bits. Never known anyone cut it in such a stupid way

Enjoyed the food from Luciano Pizzeria, carbonara pasta was nice just missing a touch of salt but that's easy to add to your taste palette. Pizza pepperoni tasted good although we hoped for more of an Italian experience as the picture on the website. Personally, I added some salad to go with pasta but I have seen there is side salad on the menu or caselaw if you like to order it. Overall tasty food, good experience with on-time delivery. Order from here regularly and we vary our orders depending on how we feel. I have to say their supreme calzones are my favourite. Hot. Well cooked. Ample in size! Gorgeous. My husband will often pick a kebab with again no complaints. My only little niggle I have is whenever we order a kebab I always ask for a little chilli and plenty of garlic sauce on it. This never ever happens. So instead of asking now I just buy an extra tub of garlic sauce with my order. Problem solved.

Wouldnt go again. Pizza was a bit nothing if im honest. Meat was sub-standard, cheap and tasteless. Pizza base was very thin and doughie. Chips were lifeless and like cardboard, cheese used on the chips was like fat not cheese. A terrible meal for £9 All in all a bad experience.

Ordered Saturday night ,after a day out.Delivery was on time,food tasty,hot and top quality.Chicken kebabs in particular were excellent.Fries crisp and tasty.Not an ounce of grease on anything.Would recommend highly.

Chips were hard and slightly cold... Yuk. The burgers were a lot better than the chips. Collection time was fantastic and the restaurant was timely with the food.

Chips were soggy and cold, blatantly cooked in old dirty oil and not cooked fresh for the customer. Donner meat was covered in thick grease, brown and dirty like tar. Burgers were thrown together and we're barely edible and that's the closest thing to a compliment I can give. Wouldn't have fed it to a dog. The customer service was absolutely appalling. The young girl that served us looked like she was bored to death and extremely rude. I won't be going here again. Don't usually leave reviews about places but I am that appalled in what they call "food" that I wouldn't want any one else to have the same shoddy experience I've had.

Must've got one drop of sauce and about 10 pieces/shreds of lettuce. The meat itself wasn't terrible but it's quite annoying when the best part of a donner kebab is the pitta bread... Definitely won't be wasting my money again.

Pizza was the best pizza I've had in this area, I had a meat feast platter and it was amazing! My partner had the chicken kebab and said it was really nice. Only negative was the chips which looked and tasted as though they were re-heated. Would still definitely order here again!

I had a chicken pasta dis which on the whole was ok apart from the chicken being a sliced chicken and a little heavy on the garlic. My husband had a pizza platter he said the chips were cold and tasted like had been re-heated and he was disappointed with doughiness of the pizza base. Overall we would probably not order again as it took a long time to be delivered and there was a delivery charge and a card charge and we live less then 1/2 a mile away

Arrived an hour earlier than planned good job some one was home however cold burger and cold pizza not good after a long shift free Pepsi with order over ten pound didn't happen neither very very poor service won't be using again or recommending not impressed

We are regular costumers and food was worse we have had so far kids didnt eat it and i only ate 2 bites out my burger it was burnt pizzas was burnt n chips was jus warmups very disapointed

Food took a good hour and half to arrive. When it did my order was wrong and the food cold and chips uncooked. Manager did agree to replace this but still had to wait an hour. By this time I had been waiting nearly 2 hours for food and had to go to work. I did get a refund, management rude and put the phone down on me when called to complain. We not be using you again.
