Shocking customer service Refused to do an order because I complained before. Will not be returning

We have ordered via food hub also by phone and we sometimes go in and order. So in total we have spent a fair bit of money. Tonight's order was stone cold and not nice at all. Nobody ate it and I flung it to the birds. I don't want to have to reheat my food as soon as I get it... pizza doesn't not reheat well. I contacted foodhub and they informed me that I could have a partial refund if I return the order... it's on my grass awaiting the gulls in the morning. I unfortunately will not be ordering again as they clearly do not have any customer service skills for returning customers.

I have been a few times. The staff are welcoming and friendly but more importantly they bake the pizza the way YOU want. I don't like a thick base so the 1st time I enquired if they could do it thinner. They asked me how thinner and they did it! The pizzas are tasty and at a reasonable price.

finely weve found the perfect pizza and kababs we thoroughly enjoyed the pizza chicken kebabs and normal kebebs so delicious highly recommended

Out of utility, popped in here a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday evening and had (with The Boss) a brace of the most indifferent pizzas ever. Against my better judgement, a spontaneous family get together developed into a clamour for pizzas - "No!" I cried only to be beaten down. The outcome of this was a handful of the best pizzas we've had (in the UK, at least) for ages - go figure...

Not really a pizza person...but had Friends over....they fancied Pizza....so thought we'd give a local business a try....Well impressed....we Ordered 4 Pizzas and 2 garlic breads....the Meat Feast was excellent....Cheese and Ham/Pineapple also Excellent....and Cheesy Garlic bread was swimming.....was so good...we will be ordering Again......!!!!!!😀 ... ..

Our plans for feeding the family who had popped in, suffered a set-back, prompting us to carry out a strategic review. Rather than faff about, we plumped for Old Faithful. Three lovely and fresh pizzas, were picked up and enjoyed by all. There is a new menu with new offers and new prices (unfortunately). Can't grumble, as they've held their prices for years.

The youngest popped in here to collect a celebratory meal for us to mark her imminent departure from the family home. A couple of pizzas and some of their roast chicken and it pleasing to report an improvement in the quality of the food after a slight dip earlier this year. Not quite back at the levels of a year or so ago but getting there. The modified recipes for the pizzas (a few little tweaks here and there) have paid off, too.

After what became an extended day's shopping, popped in here for emergency victuals. Three of us were fed to capacity and a high standard with pizzas (note, no apostrophe), roast chicken and an outstanding kebab, all for under fifteen notes. Great quality, great value.

located within the civic centre this is a good pizza shop the only thing i dont like is the too thick dough perfect if you are a thick dough person but the food tastes good

Although there's been a slight decline in the quality of the ingredients used, this little place, tucked out the way at the rear of the Civic Centre still produces the best range and quality of pizzas in the area.
