Claimed that they delivered my order but never did and Just Eat will not refund me. Avoid at all costs, they are a scammy business who do not answer the phone, fulfil your order or refund you when they don’t. Instead, they record it as delivered and keep your hard earned cash. I’m seeking a chargeback from my bank for this.

Worst subway I've been to, the staff are too stingy and not approachable. I asked for 12 cookies of all which I would like them to be choc chunk, these 2 guys proceeded to tell me thats not possible and they need to save some for customer satisfaction, I AM THE CUSTOMER???!!!!!! Where's my satisfaction. Others have told me they've had similar experiences at this subway. I have nothing against the food at this subway, just fire the staff (including the manager). When replacing them make sure the screening brings forth kind and honest staff. Just some practical advice for subway.

This was a Sunday afternoon. It wasn’t that busy, I ended up leaving after waiting forever to get served. I looked forward to ordering a pizza and never got the chance as they ignored me. They didn’t give me a menu. I had to ask for one. The waiter ignored me and paid attention to a customer who arrived 20 minutes after I did. The rest of the staff were so busy making the dessert orders. No one came around. So I decided to leave. You need to sort this out. This poor customer service and management. I won’t be visiting again. This was time consuming and disappointing

Paige was absolutely brilliant. Food was amazing, will come again.
