Subway in Wandsworth

Worst subway I've been to, the staff are too stingy and not approachable. I asked for 12 cookies of all which I would like them to be choc chunk, these 2 guys proceeded to tell me thats not possible and they need to save some for customer satisfaction, I AM THE CUSTOMER???!!!!!! Where's my satisfaction. Others have told me they've had similar experiences at this subway. I have nothing against the food at this subway, just fire the staff (including the manager). When replacing them make sure the screening brings forth kind and honest staff. Just some practical advice for subway.

The "saver sub" advertised outside the store was said to cost 3.99 however in-store i was charged £5! i asked an employee who seemed unbothered and careless and he replied "that is the cost of the sandwich itself" this is extremely misleading and borderline a scam! Please beware of this when visiting this branch.

Very poor compared to Tooting. Took no care in the production, like their mind was elsewhere. Didnt separate the two sandwiches.

Staff are always nice to chat to. Subs are decent too so no complaints here

I visited this place 2 months ago and was shocked by rude behaviour of the staff. After ordering the food, I let the staff know that I intend to sit down to eat. The reply was a shocking ' you can go and lie down there' followed by laughter. He seemed to enjoy making such stupid jokes on clients.I never faced such an insulting behaviour from any shops in London. Unbelievable

Unfriendly staff. Vege/salad options limited to five. Extremely skimpy amount of salads given, ended up with a pathetic wrap that was mostly wrap without filling. Put me off Subway for good.

The worse Subway I had in my life. Mostly there was just bread. 5th slices of salami (both types), 4 slices tomatoes… Hello wake up Subway management..,take away the license from them. Look at the sandwich…do you like it?! They charging almost £8. My dog eat better food!!!

The staff here is definitely overworked as she is the only one attending to all customers. The dinning chairs and table are not cleaned after every customer, thereby making it an easy source of transmitting the covid19 virus.The outlet will do better with at least a cleaner, to ensure the dinning tables are cleaned. The attendant is quite efficient and with a smile despite obviously overworked.

I’ve eaten at many subways in London and this is by far the worst. The quality of the sandwich is awful and the people are much worse. They are incredibly rude, do not care whether you get what you want (I asked for jalapeños, they put gherkins on. I challenged them about it and they shrugged and left the gherkins on but added jalapeños). Customer service is none existent here. I have had other friends who have visited here too and we all agree that it is appalling. If this was the first subway that you have ever eaten, you might enjoy this sandwich. If you have any understanding of what a subway should normally taste like, this will be massively below par. Avoid at all costs.

Got sandwiches for me and my partner who's pregnant, asked for one of them to be extra toasted because of the meat, they did that and threw in an extra cookie for us for my pregnant lady, whoever did this THANK YOU AND BLESS YOUR KINDNESS!!

Asked for Italian Herbs and Cheese, opened up to a VERY STALE bread of another variety. Ordered vegan option was questioned etc with mean side glances. Just overall, sad, corporate, disappointing

Yo y mi pareja pasó por aquí para nuestro favorito sub, Pollo Tika :) El personal era realmente bueno aquí tengo que decir, debe haber sido un nuevo chico, ya que se empeñaban a vender carne y queso con la doble oferta de comida. Debería haber dicho sí, como podría haber sido más barato jajaja. Está limpio, tiene algunos asientos, así que ¿qué más se puede pedir. El precio de Metro ha aumentado en los últimos años, así que no es realmente un almuerzo y barato pero es muy delicioso.

Nada especial, pero nunca tuve un problema. Conseguir mi almuerzo aquí regularmente ya que trabajo a la vuelta de la esquina. Personal amable, servicio rápido y gran subs!

Staff never seem thrilled to have customers. Pretty small branch but has a few seats. Almost next door to a secondary school. Can get very busy.

Gran ubicación a Balham metro y metro. El personal siempre es amable y es ideal para un almuerzo rápido.
