Good speedy experience I was in a hurry and food was delivered within 10mins

The food was absolutely amazing ! It’s so cosy and all of the staff were very welcoming on my visit, I had a lovely time definitely going again

Great service and fantastic food

Me and my mate always go here for our meet ups 🥰, the last time wasn't a great experience, don't think they were short staff but none of the old ones where there and these staff were not it🙄 we were waiting a very long time with every order( Starter, main and dessert) had to get up myself and ask someone to take our order every time and just went to order my drinks myself. Usually we do have a great time staff were always on point, the Food is fab 👌🏾 ( all the times been over 6 times last year), alcoholic drinks wonderful 😀.

Pizza express is a fav of my chain restaurants in London But Things have changed… So much so, that I used to do their £5 lunch deals in central/west london - daily!!! And bdays were the best, spoils.com But the other night - had a few bevvies with a mate and he was like 02 priority- kak alles tbh Then tonight, a”Chris” and staff were on it…best night and best pizza at pizza express in years!!!! I love central/west end for quick lunch but a nice dinner Balham is the spot, the cost, homey and now my best pizza express pizza! Thx team x (Shitty night into a great one!)

Went here for a relative's birthday, really nice service and excellent food. There was a really cosy feel and the booths were very comfy.

Nice food and drinks. We waited more than 45 minutes for the dessert. Apart from that everything good.

Balham Pizza Express is a gem. The staff are lovely - attentive and friendly - the decor and atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. Oh, and the food never fails to meet expectations either! Plus, my daughter absolutely loves it!!

Booked a table for 6.30pm. Arrived at 6.15, lots of families, had to get through pushchairs in entrance. Checked in and my name was on booking but no table available after looking round he said ‘you could sit at the bar until something comes available’. We left and won’t be back anytime soon. Found a really nice restaurant nearby.

Pizza is quite nice and dough balls are amazing but it is very overpriced. Staff wasn’t that good either.

A lovely meal for our daughter's 8th birthday. As usual, the staff went the extra mile and brought her some additional ice cream with a candle in for her birthday.

Spacious place, busy but they manage. The pizza had lots of extras, very helpful staff. Chili oil was not spicy though.

Chris was our waitress and was absolutely fantastic. She was smiling, kind and so patient with us as we tried to work out the best deal for us. Excellent service too. Nothing was too much to ask. We ordered 2 large pizza and ate the whole lot. Pizzas were the best we had ever tasted. Large restaurant with lots of families. A few screaming kids but it was ok. Upstairs toilet needed a clean pls. Excellent Pizza Express. Thank you.

Great pizza express, large size, lots of families when I was there, so easy enough to get some space for a bit more quiet. Attentive and friendly staff and pizza is excellent

Me and my friend came in for 2 pizzas and had an amazing time. We were treated as if we have been coming here everyday. The two waitress Chris Shiv were very hospitable, polite and attentive. The manager Sofiane was an incredible person and ensured we had an unforgettable time. I would most definitely recommend this place for the hospitality alone.

We arrived late closing time, despite this Sofiane provided excellent service and was incredibly attentive, being very friendly and accommodating. Can’t remember a manager being this helpful in all my life. Chris was also incredibly helpful. An amazing meal will definitely recommend.

Just had a lovely meal with our 1 year baby here. Her first ever pizza! Such a family friendly place. And our server Shivangi was so nice and then told us about the kids meal being free with a paying adult, was a great bonus treat.

Went on a Wednesday night service was slow. Spent 2hours and a half there with two other people. They took their time and did not check on the table once.

We had our first lunch out together; my 15 month old daughter and I. We were really looked after and the food was delicious, quick and ample. Baby ate dough balls, pizza and an ice lolly so I had enough time to eat my delicious Romano pizza too. I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Express in Balham for years, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, with a menu that offers something for everyone. The staff are the best - friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. Whether I'm dining in or ordering out, the quality and consistency of their food and service keep me coming back time and time again. Highly recommended!

I've visited this branch a few times and I'm never disappointed. The food is always delicious with so many vegan options and the staff are always attentive and friendly! My most recent trip was on a Tuesday evening. The atmosphere was lovely and our server, Chris, was so lovely and attentive to us. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing service!! Food was upto my italian standard. Special thanks to Asiry who actually had a knowledge of Italian cuisine and we had such lovely night at this place. Very easy access through tube and it is not as busy on weekdays. Definitely coming back!

It is a wonderful place in every way. It is quite spacious, as you rarely find in London. It is clean and neat, with tasty food and quality service. They offer indoor service, but they also have a terrace. It offers a warm and pleasant atmosphere with a delicate ornament. The staff is very welcoming, caring, nice and friendly. I think it's worth a visit.
