Our favourite spot for a chilled Friday night pizza, drink and tiramisu - bustling atmosphere, quick service and the pizzas are 10x more delicious than anywhere else. I like that the menu is fairly stripped back, it makes ordering easy - but with the specials board to try something new if you fancy. Came in the evening and despite the restaurant being very busy we were served very quickly by the lovely Fede and Ishan who took good care of us :) the food was just perfect and the atmosphere was fun and very friendly!! Would definitely recommend!!

Food was fantastic but the service was actually terrible, wait staff didn’t seem to want to be there and were sat on their phones as well as blatantly ignoring us when we wanted to order. Had to ask the chef on numerous occasions to get the waitress to come over. Very disappointing because the food really is great!

Ordered the Napoli for delivery. The pizza arrived cold with 3 anchovies and large slices of garlic. Lacked flavour and thought. Really disappointing and will not be returning.

Great pizza, Garlic bread very average! Amazing Tiramisu!! Not very attentive service by the lady who served us. No smile. Didn’t seem friendly. They called us a ‘very dull table’ behind the pizza oven. We heard it unluckily 😂 Owners should employ mature friendly staff rather than kids who cannot be bothered to serve customers properly. We won’t go back again. Sorry.

We had a lovely lunch seated al fresco. The sharing platter has some great selection of meats and we had a pizza with a lunch deal that was a bargain. The manager and servers were very welcoming and offered us water and drinks quickly..worth visiting

A nice dinner out in a buzzy environment. We loved the Neapolitan style pizza, our favorite was the salami one. The aperol went down really well with the food and our waiters were friendly.

Extreme disappointment with the customer service I experienced during my recent visit to your restaurant. Firstly, we were not offered any tap water, which I believe is a basic courtesy. The wait for our food was also ridiculously long. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing other customers who arrived after us receiving their food well before we did. Even 15 minutes after they received their orders, we were still waiting for ours. Moreover, no one came to check if we wanted another drink, despite our glasses being empty for over 20 minutes. This lack of attention and service is simply unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, we observed numerous pizzas being prepared for takeaway while the customers dining in were left waiting for an unreasonably long time. This is not the level of service I expect or became accustomed to receive from your restaurants.

Really great pizza and excellent service - especially good with allergies: they take them seriously, and it’s really reassuring to know that there’s such good care taken with all handling of ingredients. Shout out to Paige, who checked all my food for allergens, and took extra care to ensure everything was handled properly to minimise the risk of contamination!

Horrible pizza- ordered with buffalo mozzarella and pizza came soaked with water. Had to wait about 25 minutes to get our order taken due to sitting outside. Unenjoyable experience.

I came with my kids Wednesday lunch and the lady that took care of us was so kind and lovely! The pizza was very yummy and they also surprised my kids with animal-shaped pizza which made everyone very happy!! Grazie!

Ordered pizza from here twice and both times the pizza arrived stone cold. I googled and apparently cold pizza via delivery is a known problem with Franco Manca. I don’t recommend delivery from here. Dine in may be nice but I wouldn’t know.

Great service and delicious traditional pizza

Franco Manca battersea. I recently visited Franco Manca in Battersea and had a delightful experience. The Margherita pizza was exceptional—perfectly thin, crispy crust with a rich, flavorful tomato base and just the right amount of fresh mozzarella. It was simple yet incredibly satisfying. To top it off, I had the tiramisu for dessert, and it was fabulous. Creamy and perfectly balanced with coffee and cocoa flavors, it was a perfect end to the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The chef's expertise was evident in every bite, showcasing a deep understanding of authentic pizza making. The overall experience was wonderful, making it a perfect spot for a casual yet delicious dining experience. Highly recommended!

Had to sadly amend my original review of this chain. I had to complete write off Franco Manca from my list of decent places and out in those never to visit again. The quality has gone down the drain very very quickly in most of the restaurants. I feel they opened too many too quickly without ensuring people were properly trained nor quality of ingredients was on par with the original restaurants. On several occasions the pizzas were literally inedible with ingredients overcooked and some still frozen on top. Disgusting. Of the old recipe ( original pizza on a budget) only the ambiance remains. Avoid there is a lot better around.

One of my favorite places to eat at on Northcote, the staff are all lovely - especially Paige who always makes my experience at the restaurant the best! The delicious pizza is a plus too, would definitely recommend :)

It's very interesting who is that idiot sprinkling raw onion on top of the pizza. Extra shallots doesn't mean raw faking onion on pizza. And shallots don't cost that much to do that to a regular customer ALL the faking time

Basics done well, and value for money! Popped in for their lunch deal. £10 for a pizza and soft drink. Bargain in this day and age. Pizza was great - just perfect. Go for number 5 if you love anchovies and love that salty sea taste. Service was quick and efficient. Best part? They only charge 10% service charge! Unheard of now in London - when everywhere is 12.5% or even 15%.

Haven’t had a Franco Manca and it didn’t disappoint! The pizza was better than I remembered and wait staff who served us were lovely, Paige and Laura. Special mention to Paige who was wonderfully personable and funny at he end of the meal.
