Ordered pizza for Birthday party. Pizza arrived perfectly on time, nice hot and fresh. So delicious. Everyone enjoyd it so much!!!!! I would highly reccomended !!!

Ordered a pizza to pay with cash and the delivery guy said he had no change and he said he would be back with my change soon a hour later still no sign of change not impressed how tops pizza send there delivery people with no change what a joke

Despite the fact that the place doesn't look perfect, the food and the staff are wonderful, we will be back soon

Amazing place it’s a special day when you get to see a celebrity. Went for a Checky midnight snack and got to see Mickey Mouse and his boys dancing around the back. Some idiots go to Disney land I go to top pizza and have all the fun and no queues amazing place would highly recommend

Medium pizza is 10.99£. Is it a joke? These staff are the worst ones I have ever seen in london. Moreover, their pizza is too expensive to make the situation worse they charged 13.99£ for medium pizza even though their medium-sized pizza is not really big. Worst experience I have ever faced in my life. It is so hilarious 😂 😃 😄 😁 🤣 AVOID.

Friendly staff and delicious food. I went there on Tuesday and got a buy one get one free offer. I ordered Veggie hot and Veggie lover and both were amazing. Staff was friendly and soft spoken. Food was served hot. Just the space was not for dine in (although they have 2 sofas but that doesn’t help). Better to take and enjoy your meal. I will definitely go there again.

My friends and I (all young women) were getting harassed by an old drunk guy and owner did nothing, instead he joined in with the drunk guy. Then proceeded to say horrible things about us when he thought we couldn't hear. What a nasty establishment.

Driver could not find us and marked it as delivered. Manager who claimed his name was "Alex" after repeated calls and telling us it was out for delivery told us the driver had returned with the pizza but to get our refund from head office, tried to claim they could not send another because, despite the documented deliveries from them we have had and the previously mentioned phone conversations, they did not deliver to our area (colliers wood, south Wimbledon). They appear to be running some kind of delivery scam AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

This was basically the only place open after 10pm! The pizza was good. Staff was friendly. The guy really insisted I buy a medium pizza, but the small was perfect for one person!

From the slums of Shaolin to the top end Milan based Trattorias, you’ll be amazed to learn that the best pizza-pie that money can buy is produced by 3 (sometimes 4) Iranian culinary geniuses that reside on Wandsworth High Street. If I could give 6 stars I would. Strongly recommend. Not to be missed, especially when wasted!

I love a real Italian pizza and we all know this isn't it but, it's our local trusted Tops and its the best guilty pleasure in Wandsworth. Guys working there are true legends, food is always fresh and when l need a pure cheese tomato and mushroom deep pan indulgence this is the only place l go to, tried and tested.

Surprised at the low reviews. Never had a problem and probably do the best Pizzas in the area. Can be busy on Saturday but normally only take 45mins to an hour. Ordered a pizza and swapped toppings around today and it was correct.

I have ordered off them about 3 times and they have got every order wrong or late but today I ordered off them and it got delivered to the wrong address so I called them and I was speaking to someone and they said that they was the manger and would not give me his name and he was very rude and told me that my food was already delivered and when I questioned him about that as I did not receive it he told me that there is nothing he can do can't contact the driver and he will get back to me and I had to call them back now he said that he was now starting to do my order which will be about 2hours late I will never be ordering off tops pizza again and will be making sure none of my friends and family do either

I ordered a pizza today and was not pleased with the presentation of the pizza when it arrived, the pizza must have been held to the side as all the toppings dropped to the side and the pizza was congealed to the lid.

The worst ever pizza they put solt on Piza and when we ask not to they become upset the fact is this Piza is not good standard avoid all coast.

This pizza place is amazing and I have tried loads trust me. Me and my family all order from here and the manager Ali always makes them to your individual taste and requirements. This time we tried the spicy chicken wings..wow they were so tasty..highly recomend this pizza takeaway !! : )

Ordered 2 thin crust got 1 thin and one deep pan ...youd barely recognise the pepperoni as such as cant really find any...and the margherita was burnt to dark brown

I ordered a deal. (Pizza, garlic bread, and side) I received the pizza and the side but no garlic bread. I rang up and complained and the guy was insisting he got it delivered to us. 3 1/2 hours later and it's still not here. I rang up again and spoke to a really rude staff member and he was claiming it was busy, I never ordered from tops pizza, and my address doesn't exist. He was shouting at me down the phone and he eventually said he will get it delivered in an hour max. Still no garlic bread and still not happy with the service. I will never be ordering again. And I will be going into the shop now

Ordered the pizza online and the website said at 15:45 will be ready for collection. Get there for 15:44 and apparently pizza was made earlier but then it wasn’t made because they had to confirm by calling me!? Two different excuses for their incompetence.

I ordered a pizza from here today. It took 2 hours to arrive. After waiting 40 minutes initially I was informed that the pizza would be here in 20 minutes. After another 40 minutes I phoned up to ask what was going on and was informed that it would be 10-15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes more I called back and said I wanted to cancel the order. The guy on the phone was quite argumentative told m they had had issues getting it ready (which was omitted when they first told me it would take 20 minutes longer) and actually hung up on me. I waited 5 more minutes and as I called back the pizza arrived. I called back because I wanted a refund and they made promises of a free pizza the next time I ordered, despite them having made this promise before and never recieving one. I don't usually write reviews but this isn't the first time I have had an issue in recent months. The quality has also gone downhill as my deep pan pizza actually ended up half deep pan and half thin base. I could have breathed on the pizza and I would have ended up warmer than what arrived today. The two stars is for the apologetic and polite nature of the delivery driver.

Although I am not great lover of pizza but my family is. Not saying is bad but there plenty more fish in the sea. Lots of choice in Wandsworth now. Especially there is one called babillon pizza on garratt Lane. The choice is great, lot cheaper & especially t their Square vegetarian pizza are great.

Been visiting this Tops Pizza chain regularly for the past 25 years and never had a problem, pizza is also very good value for money.

A small pizzeria, we bought a family pizza with tuna and a purple onion that cost 12 pounds. While we were waiting for the pizza to be ready, we saw a sign that said pizza + extras + drinks + garlic bread for 12 pounds. It seems that the discount does not apply to tourists simply stole shame and disgrace.

Unhygenic! Bloke (who was wearing a hoody with the hood up) took payment and then handled food without washing his hands. The chicken wings have bread crumbs on and the meat feast pizza has hardly any meat on it, go to one of the many other pizza places nearby is my advice!

Ordered 2 pizzas one of which was vegaterian. Opened my box to find chicken on my veggie pizza and when I called back I asked the guy what was my order he read it back to me excactly to what I ordered then when I asked why there was chicken on the pizza he said there wasn't he then stated that his chef doesn't make mistakes after arguing for 10 minutes he eventually sent out my new pizza and collected the old one. Not good enough poor management and if you have allergies I would recommend you not to order from here as clearly there's no due diligence.

Was told when I ordered my food it would be 50 mins because they were busy. 90 mins after ordering I called and was told it would be there in 15 mins. Food arrives, pretty much cold, and half the order is missing! 2 slices into my pizza I find the longest black hair ever - absolutely disgusting. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Where can I start, really bad customer service. I ordered a pizza and asked for them to take away mushrooms as I am allergic to it. When I got the pizza, it had mushrooms and tomatoes (which wasn't even on the menu). When I called them, I spoke to a guy called Wasy. He was arrogant, patronising and rude, even accused me of lying. I sent him a picture of the menu and the ingredients I got on my pizza. He pushed the blame onto just eat and just eat called him. He was reluctant to change the order, did not admit that he was in the wrong. Baring in mind, I sent them a note to remove the mushrooms. All of this, took 3 hours.

Very poor customer service. Ordered 2x super pizza's at approximately 12.45am and got them at 1.20am. Waited 40 mins after because of a staff mistake which was not an issue because we all make mistakes; but the lack of effort to compensate for the error was shocking. I demanded some money off my order as I'd been waiting for 3 times the initially advised time and was told I was getting a good deal on the pizzas so I can't get any money back. Instead I can get a 50p drink for wasting half an hour of my time. Shocking is an understatement. Pizza Go Go has a much better customer service down the road. Avoid this place.

Told food would be an hour as busy.... 2hrs later it turns up after i called 1.5hrs in and told the driver had already left ( i live a 15min drive max from the shop). Pizza was warm at best and had no apology or explanation. Worst service ever!!!!!

This is quite literally the worst pizza I've had in my life. There was no tomato sauce/passata and the cheese was more like cream it was disgusting. Paid £1.10 to add roquito peppers which I absolutely love and they are nowhere to be seen. It's the halloween weekend and I think I've actually been tricked. I placed my order at 6.30pm for ASAP delivery. Restaurant added an additional 25mins to my delivery indicating it would be delivered at 7.40pm. At 7.50pm the order hadn't arrived so I called the restaurant and was advised that they couldn't provide me with my entire order so it hadn't left yet but the driver was leaving straight away with my order. At 8.20pm my order still hadn't arrived so I called the restaurant again and was advised that the driver had only just left with my order-this is when I lost it and also because they had closed my order on Just Eat as being delivered at 7.40pm. Pizza was delivered at 8.30pm and was warm, not hot. Waiting 2 hours for a warm pizza delivery is ridiculous and attempts to complain were met with a response of 'call on Monday to speak to the management'.

Been going here for 10years+ but recently the inconsistent service, menu and prices have become rather disappointing

tastes AMAZING. the pizza and the ribs were soooo good and it came before the delivery time which is always a good thing. my only problem was they forgot the chilli sauce for the ribs which would have made it taste even better but I would definitely order from them again 👏🏽💯

Great quick pizza! Only £2.50 for a personal pizza with 2 of your toppings and ready in around 10minutes! Been here twice since I tasted it the first time. Definitely recommended for a quick cheap pizza.
