Worst subway I have ever had so tight with their food basically paid for bread staff wasn’t that friendly literally looked like they couldn’t be asked won’t be going back there ever again

I just wanted to leave a review to say what excellent service me and my partner received. We were looked after by Chris and she was amazing. She was polite and friendly, she explained offers we could avail of and suggested we download the app, she also took the time to show us how to use it. Honestly she is an asset to the company!

I visited the shop yesterday around 9:30 PM and was disappointed with the overall experience. The staff showed poor hygiene practices - handling food without gloves, while rubbing their faces, and dealing with money. The presence of flies throughout the shop was also very off-putting. As for the food, it was below average. I tried the curly fries, pepperoni pizza, and chicken wings, but none of them were worth the price. I won’t be returning.

I had an excellent experience here. I ordered through the app but it threw an error. The manager, Peter, and his staff worked hard to help me, sorting it all out without giving me any hassle. A most thoughtful customer experience.
